Not a very pleasant experience. My dad ( and I) purchased a dryer in March 2021. It was promised to be delivered in May. It didnt come until June. Then it was broken. We called and ordered a new one after many conversations trying to get the problem fixed. We were informed that we could call GE and pay for them to service the broken dryer that was delivered. No way. Then we finally came up with a time frame of September to expect the dryer. We waited on that. September came and went with no delivery. I called and found out that it would be the week of October 18th. Monday October 18th, I called to check on when to expect the delivery that week. I promised a call back. Nothing. Wednesday the 20th, I called and was promised a call back again. It will be Thursday morning....guess what? nothing. SO I called again. I was informed that they are so busy they couldnt get back to me. I was looking for delivery on Friday since it was promised October 18th and I was also informed that the dryer was in stock on Monday, but still no follow up. Finally, I had plenty to say on Friday as there was no follow up. Paulette let me know that they are busy and she couldnt make a return call. Funny, I work for a dentist and if I promise to call someone, I call the person. She said well thats great that you can find the time . Unbelievable. So Friday afternoon I called with a bit of an attitude...with a promise to have delivery on Monday 10-25-21. But....if they dont call me by 10:00 am, I should call them. Really?! I did call them as they didnt call me. Again, a promise that they will call back with delivery time. NOTHING. I called at 1pm after being disconnected several times in the 12:00 hour. I was told they will call back. Then Paulette said they left a message with delivery time. No one called ...myself or my dad. No message. She said she would call back with time. She did. She said that it will be between 2-4 pm. Thats great. They showed up at 3:50 pm. He finally has his dryer and it works. 7 months later. Hurray! I will never go to Keidel again for anything. And to think, My dad worked with them for years with no issues. He retired many years ago. Just not the same quality of service. Poor customer service. Dont waste your time with this company.

This company is a total joke. No one ever answers there phones, and they never return voicemails or emails. I was sold a refrigerator only to learn months later it was the floor model. Once again no returns on my phone calls. Delivery and installation, was a total rip off. $940 to deliver and install, but they dont do any modifications. Strictly plug and play.Also when I finally received my floor model refrigerator, it had a dent and no operating manuels. Once again, no answer from the company. Dont buy from them. Wolf products are priced at MSRP,.go buy from Ferguson.

A complete failure on the part of Kiedel, both service delivery and customer service. Will not return.
