This place is awesome. Most of the time call if you are interested in purchasing that day. Extremely helpful. I was just with a friend but I wish I could have bought a dozen things. Great quality. As other reviewers have said, youll pay more here. So youd expect the quality and customer service to be better. It was not in my experience. We bought an expensive ceiling fan/light. It stopped working after about a year. I called and they told me that they would not touch or take back anything thats over a year old, Id have to go through the manufacturer to get replacement parts and fix it myself. THEN they said they dont even keep records past 1 year so they could not tell me what I bought or who the manufacturer was, and theres no branding on the light. So at Ferguson I paid a ton for a light that I had to replace 1.5 years later. Go to Home Depot instead. Its cheaper. online they have just as good of selection. they take ANYTHING back at any time. they will order you replacement parts. But you probably wont need it because their stuff doesnt break after a year and a half.

Great show room with lots of options. Very knowledgeable staff that can show you options from $ to $$$$. Ask for Abigail. She knows here stuff.

The staff members are top shelf...friendly, knowledgeable. The average rating is for price you pay.I went to this location looking for undermount-cabinetlighting. The staff was great and they had what I needed. In fact, Fergusons was my fourth stop searching for these lights.The project needed 4 fixtures 3 different sizes... I was quoted $557.18. I could not believe the price.I reached out to an electrician friend of mine he made a call to a local supply house (F.D. Lawrence)....$246.97!! Less than 1/2 the cost, takes 7 days to arrive.

People were very nice and helpful. Has a lot of displays to help you choose. Appointments are necessary.

Lady at desk was rude. Needed bathroom and kitchen sink faucets. Didnt get help for either.

Great showroom of all the best brands. Vanessa was very helpful to me and helped me find all the best fixtures for my kitchen and bath that stayed in my budget. The team was all friendly and courteous. Most of all they really knew all the brands and products. Plus, they knew the styles and trends. I highly recommend Ferguson!

Big showroom. Service was great. They were very helpful. Prices seemed pretty reasonable considering the product is supposed to be better quality than Home Depot and Lowes.

Wonderful place to get ideas for all your indoor projects. You can browse without being followed by sales persons, however, they are happy 😊 to help if you have questions. If youre seriously looking for certain items, I would suggest you phone ahead and set appointment to assist you in all your needs. Ive dealt with Ferguson for many years and theyve been great. Ive done both a kitchen and bath remodel and I love EVERYTHING! Will post bath photos upon completion🤗

Ferguson Plumbing was a waste of time. I went there to get two bathtub parts. The man at the parts counter looked at the parts and said “nope, we can’t help you. Delta does not make parts like that anymore.” He just blew me off; did not even check the computer! He did say “you might check with Noel’s plumbing”. I went to Noel’s Plumbing and they had one part in stock and, after checking the computer, ordered the other part. Noel gave 100% satisfaction. Ferguson gave 0%! We will shop Noel from now on. Ferguson is a waste of time.

Impressive showroom. Tons of fixtures, sink and toilet options. They carry Kohler and moen along with super high end brands. Faucet and showerhead displays are very helpful.

A very nice showroom but the staff wasnt very interactive. To be fair, it was the week of Thanksgiving so they may have been short staffed.

I went to buy a replacement part for my faucet and the man at the counter was extremely rude! I would not recommend going there unless you want to be talked down to. Maybe he wasnt happy about working on a Saturday.
