I was very impressed with this shop, they did a complete front brake overhaul in 40 minutes. This would have taken any other shop at least a couple of hours. Finally a good shop with reasonable prices. Great people, thanks!

Great service! My exhaust came loose after hitting a pothole. I took it first thing in the morning and I was out of there in like 15min. They showed me what was wrong with the car and told me everything they were gonna do to it. Definitely will be coming back for muffler/exhaust needs in the future.

I would never go back there went for a oil change left my car plus want other work did,they didnt give me a call letting me know they was doing the other work,then state he did the oil change but my light was still on and said he couldnt get it off,in never had problem anywhere else with the oil light after a oil change,,,,never again

Was at pep boys and they quoted me 375 for a flex pipe replacement, called them and they got it done for $80 in like 20 minutes. Amazing service, made sure to show me what they had done, gave me a 6 month parts and labor warranty.

Was recommended here from another local mechanic for exhaust work. They swapped out 3 catalytic converters on my car and also swapped out some old pipe. They did this with me bringing and providing my own parts. They provided the labor for install along with a full tuneup for about 1/2 the cost of what my local AAMCO was charging me. And about 800$ than what another local mechanic was charging me.The guys there are great and easy to talk to. Joel, the owner is an awesome person and really humble and easy to deal with.A few weeks after having the work done, there was an issue with a leak in the exhaust and a check engine light came on. Poncis stood by their labor warranty and repaired the leak at NO cost to me. OPEN SUNDAYS!!! Big plus because 90% of auto shops are closed on Sundays.I came here March 18, 2018 with a hole in my exhaustion pipe. My car would make a loud noise when I drove it which was not good when I had clients in the car. At the time I was in school and did Uber. That day was a big day because it was St Paddy’s celebrations downtown and I needed my car fully operational. I went to the shop at 9am and was out by 10am. This place is so well organized for a auto shop. The employees are super efficient in getting the cars in and out. They show you the problem before completing the work which I loved. And the best part of all the prices! I was expecting to pay $200 or more I paid less than $100. I can’t remember the exact price.

Fair prices without trying to sell you work that is extra. You go in for a flex pipe work thats exactly what you get. They wont sell you something else thats not needed to make a buck.

I went to change a catalytic ... my catalytic in good condition and I will put another one that I buy, you hear that workshop did not want to give me my catalytic ... a robbery in the eyes, the owner is very dishonest first half a price and then hey me wanted to charge more than agreed .. do not go to that place in cicero ay better workshops bayan by cermak aya are not thieves
