Lets just say this place is a rip off... I am Hispanic so I can say with certain this place gives Hispanics a bad reputation. Nothing but want to be acting like they have knowledge... NO THEY DONT! Please take your vehicle somewhere else.... This place services Auto Bank Car Dealership another rip off place....

Late March I brought my vehicle in for service, Car was brought in for engine service. The car engine seems fine however I now can’t get the headlights to turn on and when I turn on the car the whippers front and back won’t shut off. Robert whom I believe is the owner, kept my car for nearly 4 weeks and yet was never able to fix the wiring they clearly messed up. Then tried to claim that the issue must have been there before I dropped off the car... as I told him no sir.. I would have noticed if the whippers wouldn’t shut off.. I now have to take it else where to have it looked at again.. he charged me over $2200,00 for this.. what a disappointment..

I was told one price on the phone and then was charged an extra $50 at the place then what I was told. But they got the job done on the quicks

Went there because my flex pipe broke and exhaust fumes were coming in my car the price was very reasonable and I was out the door in 30 mins. Great service and they said by the sound of my engine I should get it checked but did not pressure me to do it

Exhaust was not done right went back owner grabbed a crowbar and went at it. It ended up getting worse owner said to go back in 4 days just ended up going to another shop in the end paid twice for a job that should have been done correct the first time.

Best muffler shop in the Cicero/Berwyn area. These guys always get the job done right and fast! And always cheaper than other shops. Was quoted 790 for a exhaust at Midas and these guys did it for 200! I highly recommend them.

They need more experienced mechanics. Completely misdiagnosed my car and i ended up paying for work on my car that was not needed.

I have taken my truck in several times. I use to like this place. Ignoring all the bad reviews I would still go there. I got my truck a few days ago. They had to do work on the timing tensioner and change the water pump as well. When I got my truck back it felt like something was slipping when we would accelerate. I took it back immediately and they mentioned it sounded like the motor mounts. The owner admitted that they had to remove at least one to get to the spot they were working on and that it probably just needed to be tightened. They open the hood and to my surprise two of my motor mounts were broken. It was near closing time and he suggested I bring it back tomorrow to get a quote! They were not broken to begin with! He claims I probably didnt notice because of the other problem I had. Thats bs because you can clearly feel it when you take off. There is absolutely no way I would not have noticed. I refuse to go back to them they couldnt even admit to their fault. Then the following day I realized they had also dented my truck with some oily hand print right next to it. Im beyond upset. They could have admitted their fault and I would have got it fixed there but no suddenly they never touched the motor mount at all.

I took my brother and his car here because his car sounded like a muscle car from the sixties. There was a problem and my brother told me it was with the exhaust and the muffler. The people here confirmed our suspicions and instantly told us what they could do to help us. They also told us other concerns regarding the pushings by the wheels but they didnt push. They offered us information and were easy to talk to. Over all my brother was happy with what they did and the price they charged. Highly recommended and will be returning if necessary for further issues.Contrary to other reviews they do accept major debit and credit cards.

The owner is a character, very nice guy. Sometimes he doesnt listen and made to feel like ur bothering him but ill definetly go back.

Worst mechanic shop I have ever been to. was told it would take 1hour to change a broken brake line. i returned after 1hour30min to find out they hadnt even gotten the line yet and it was goin to take another hour. This has happened multiple times there and they just dont care. Every time i have taken a car there they have had a problem. will never go back there again

Dont have a car but i will say this. everything is a smell like cacka

We took our truck and we told him to check it because we wanted to take it to do the smog test and after changing the antifreeze sensor and thermostat, the first time we used our truck it threw out all the antifreeze and did not show the temperature. We returned it and it said that the gaskets of the engine heads were burned and that is why the truck was heating up (it never heated up, it did not pour oil, it just didnt mark the temperature and threw the antifreeze). I had charged for the supposed work I had done, my husband watching YouTube videos changed the thermostat and the sensor again and flushed the antifreeze and it was fixed already passed the smog test. He removed a cover that had the engine on top and when we asked him he gave us another that was not, we returned it and said after another one falls I will keep it 😐
