Setting the appointment for a garage door tune-up was easy, and they were able to come by within a few days. The gentleman who helped us was very relaxed, but thorough. No problem there at all. Finished pretty quickly, and it wasnt that expensive. All in all, a pleasant enough experience.

We had service to replace a broken spring. The service was done on-time and done correctly, however, another problem arose as a result of the repair. I called the owner, Jill to talk about it and she was more than receptive and responsive to our concerns. Our garage door stopped opening, and last year, we had our remote replaced by Forest Door. So we called them late in the day and they sent someone to fix it the following morning. He replaced both springs and lubricated it. Now it works beautifully. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them

Overall great experience with this company. Our garage door was no longer functional for more than 10 years and decided to give this company a try for repairing. At first, I was expecting to get everything (door, cables, motor, etc) replaced but the technician just replaced the spring and lubricated. That saves a lot of money! This constitutes how much trustworthy this company is by not recommending to perform other unnecessary jobs. Our garage door runs perfectly smooth with no noise!

Very good experience. The receptionists first helped me troubleshoot my issue over the phone, to help make sure it was necessary to send someone out. Once we figured out the door needed a spring, they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. Bob was very helpful, and even though he didn’t have the exact spring, he called another guy and had him drop the spring off within an hour (which was KEY because of ongoing supply chain issues due to COVID!). 2 hours later the springs were fixed and the door was working! Highly recommend, also Bob has adorable dogs and ask him to see pics if he’s helping you with your garage door 🐶

Our garage door broke over the weekend. We called and left a message and they called back first thing Monday morning and Chuck was there by 10am. The rod that connected the opener to the door had ripped through the steel door. I thought this was either going to be expensive or a short term fix, but Chuck attached the new rod to a hinge instead. All for a VERY reasonable price. Will definitely call them in the future and recommend.

Remote was not opening garage door. Forest was able to replace the control board on this 20 year old door on the spot. The radio signal from the remote now works perfectly. Great to avoid replacing the entire opener.

I called this morning and a couple hours later Mike showed up at my house to assess my broken cable issue on my very old garage door. He was great! He changed both cables and used stronger cable than what was there, inspected everything, tightened some stuff up, and greased what needed greasing. My garage door works perfectly again. Forest Garage Doors has been there for us when we have needed them most. Always providing us with excellent quality work and excellent customer service.

I called them the day before Thanksgiving when it was pouring rain... I had a broken spring on a door that uses extension springs. I discovered Home Depot and Menards no longer stock these springs and they would take a week to order. So I called Forest Door, and Mike came over. In less than two hours from the time I called, the door was fixed, oiled, and the garaged door open/close settings were adjusted. Thank you Forest Door and thank you Mike for the great service!
