Went to pickup an online order. 1st I requested in-store as I had to get some other items while there...system switched it to curbside.The in-store team is completely separated from the curbside team. The in-store rep told me I need to get to the other side to pickup my item. Walked around but there was only produce by the other entrance. Went to customer service... told me to go to in-store for my curbside pickup. Spoke to 3 team members and a lead. One escorted me back to in-store where she finally said I need drive over to there door. A customer heard and told me they have a parking section around the corner of the building.I knew there was a link-button in the pickup confirmation email to alert them Im in route for pickup... it opened a screen with only headings. I tried it at home, while in route, and at the store.In the curbside parking lot their phone number is posted. Called them. Told me to pull around toward the back of the building. LOL Drove back there to a single side door, where they brought the package out and placed it in my car.Needless to say, not a smooth transaction.

Walmart is affordable and convinient than most places. Sometimes very long lines to pay. You can find everything from home decor, clothes, shoes, garden stuff, produce/food, outdoors stuff cosmetics, cosmetics, bicycles, toys, etc. You want it, they most likely have it. Check out their clearance racks and shelves.

There was plenty of parking and the carts werent overrunning the lot like many locations. Its an older store - about 10 years I believe - but is extremely well-maintained. The display aisles were neat and in order. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. And what more could you want? A Starbucks in the parking lot and a Subway inside the store? Got them!

Wrong price tags or no price tags at all, fitting room locked for 15 mins and nobody was attended to open. I wanted to buy 4 pair of jeans, couldnt.

Rebuilt from the Ground up or at the very least greatly remodeled and now with self service support, it is quick and easy to get in and out

Fun my kids enjoy it because they can look at all the toys😬

The store manager was rude and unprofessional. The store was overcrowded. The shelves were empty and the store was not clean. The checkout lines were halfway through the store aisles. There were no shopping carts in the hallway. People were going into the parking lot and getting them. The registers were not working properly. Some of them could only accept cards-no cash- no cash back-no link card. Because of that the checkout lines were not able to flow properly. It depended on your payment type.Handicapped electric carts were few and far between. According to store personnel they only have 3. For a store that size to only have 3 Handicapped carts is insane. I have been to smaller Walmart stores that have more Handicapped carts then that.This is not the first back experience I have had at this store. In fact I have never had a pleasant experience in this store. I would not have been there except for the fact that something I needed was in stock at that location.I originally picked curbside pick up however it wasnt ready even 2 hours after I placed the order. So I ended up buying it in store. Now I have to wait and make sure they dont charge my card twice for the item as it shows right now as 2 charges.I avoid going to that store if at all possible because there is always a problem.

Great Cant Complain I Would Shop Again At Walmart

The issue with this store is not enough check out lanes open.Also,its hard to get a handicap scooter. Please work on these issues.

This was a last minute purchase. I already went to one place and that was online. Since I was almost in the area, I decided to head here. Normally while in store Im able to navigate to the department wanted. I was thankful that security gave me directions to get there. From pickup to checkout took less than 10 minutes.Recently other stores Ive been to when asked where a particular item is, Im told it is out of stock or Im not told the specific location. Especially when the app or website says its in stock.Kudos to the Walmart Supercenter on Cicero, keep up the good work.

We stopped here for some things for our family picnic the next day. This store was clean,well shocked and had everything we were looking for, from fresh produce to the volleyball equipment we wanted. Plenty of check out lanes helped us check out quickly

Only thing I hate now since the Covid mess, you dont have hardly any cashiers. So have to wait and self serve, since nobody wants to work now. But it is a pretty decent store.

Has a vast variety of HomeGoods, food, clothing and shoes with a pharmacy. Most of the prices are affordable. It was clean and spacious. Lines moved reasonably well. Produce department is not comparable to Petes Fresh Market though and some items can be beat at the Dollar Store, and Ross. However, I still find myself leaving with more than I intended to buy.

Great discounts in foods and clothes much lesser.. than other Shopping stores Great Services when you needs help.

I tried to call Walmart and nobody answered the phone in all departments phone ring for about 3min and sec. In all departments its a dam shame store full of employees and nobody answered the phone needs better management and resources plus team work.

Went in to do some house shopping. It was great; I had no problem in finding the items and in general. It was a quick and easy trip! Love coming here all the time!

This is actually one of my favorite Walmarts to go to. Despite being a sometimes sketchy area the store is always well maintained, well lit, and there are always security guards outside in the parking lot. The only time I really dislike going to this location is on the weekends obviously. On the weekends they really never, ever, ever have enough cashiers. Do not expect a quick checkout, you will be waiting in line at least 15 minutes before you can pay. Thats why they lost one star from me. If you go during the week though you will find a clean, stocked store full of actual friendly employees. I even get my groceries delivered from this store and they do a great job at that.

A new home store for me and my family. Love the crew there and Carmen was definitely heaven sent. Thanks for going out of your way to find & helping me decide on sleep bath essentials for myself and children. I love the down to Earth was from the associates there and the check out was great.

For my surprise I didnt stood in line at the money place for very long time. So maybe 3 minutes. However me and my husband went there because the Walmart on 83rd and Stewart closed the money place on me and I was being told that it was because the person who should start to work wasnt there. The person who closed the money place could not stay longer and make some overtime?! What a poor customer service at 83rd and Stewart.Here at the Walmart supercenter, great job, nice and friendly people are working there.

Not to crowded looks like they were doing some renovation when I visited other than that just a typical Walmart

I have been in this line for 40 minutes and I am still in this line. There were only 4 registers open along with self check out. The lines went back past the 1st row of clothing. Suddenly they open up registers with no warning and people that were not in line are getting checked out. The organization of this location is horrendous and they dont care about their customers returning. This used to be my favorite location but I think I will find another one. Every time I come the store is crowded and there are not enough registers open.

I found every thing I needed. I love all of the Walmart store.

Its always packed but the checkout has improved. I wish they were stocked up on all shoe sizes for kids. I can never find my kids sizes.

Other than having to stand in a long line, they had great selections of clothes, food, electronics, etc.I recommend shopping here since they will more than likely have what you are looking for

We just did an internet order pickup here, and it worked flawlessly. We did not go into the store. The parking lot had some of the most ridiculous, inconsiderate driving Ive ever seen in my life however.

Tried multiple times to call and ask about products they never answer tried a few times on different days electronics and other departments and never answer they phones tried bedford park and they always answer. Bad service at cicero location.

This store is so massive it could wipe out entire ecosystems if it wanted. Great use of 50 foot ceiling. Could supply a small army if necessary. Like isnt it crazy that we have buildings that millions of people could fit in.

I had an order was to be in curbside pickup. I checked in on my way. I gets there, Im told your order is in store pickup. But it was ordered in curbside. OK I go in the store, used kiosk to check in. There is no one there. I waited 18 minutes (eighteen). And then I had to go look for somebody because the worker at the door said he couldnt leave his station (really). I will NEVER place another order at this store.

Computers not working, just 1 person working the area. Perhaps some managers can help the line go down.

I order frequently online for delivery from the Cicero Walmart, and let me tell you that when my delivery order was left behind and it was the last delivery for the day, Tanya from Pickup/Delivery was on it, and made sure I got mine first thing the next morning and was so nice, and really went above and beyond to make sure that my experience wasnt a bad one. She really listens to her customers, and really cares! Tanya... YOUR THE BEST!!! Wal-Mart is Lucky to have such a great staff in that area!!

Pretty great store. It is big, and has a great selection of items; however, lines are usually pretty long. It is also not rare to find only about half of the registers being used. I have seen some new buildings nearby tho like a Wendy’s and Starbucks (among others) which makes this trip more worthy.

It was like every other Walmart. Busy, long lines. Not many cashiers open but we go there for the low prices so I suppose one compensates the other.

Awful customer service like the cashiers can’t handle situations and allow people to cut the line and act like it’s funny and normal. While they end up with lines up to the fitting room and act like its normal to allow this kind of behavior. You would expect more training like in the other big chain stores but it seems not in these stores.

Bought cheese from Walmart didn’t notice it was sliced open due to a worker cutting open boxes. Never returning again. The barcode it on the back lack of Walmart employees not noticing it. Frustrating get all the way home just to notice it was open.

I usually go to this Walmart often, though recently while not to blame the store for the most part many things are missing due to the supply chain being interrupted. While you can still shop for your necessities it is slightly annoying to come up empty handed at times. Otherwise helpful staff and Great prices.

Its a Walmart, pretty standard for all locations. This particular location is always really busy. Parking lots are usually pretty packed, and it is inside as well.

This is one of the better Walmarts that I have visited. Most items are in stock and where they are supposed to be, not scattered all over the place. Employees, for the most part, are helpful when asked where something is and do not respond as though they are doing you a huge favor. All in all, I definitely recommend this branch.

What started off as a cold and rough morning was cleared up by the Walmart service team. Bad battery situation. The customer service staff, managers, and automotive department team member were completely stellar. Car is cranking just fine now !!!

Very nice place for the price , could of been a lil more cleaner with the jacuzzi but we will be back .

New scan and go is super easy. It also makes the shopping trip go much smoother. Checkout is so fast and easy now.Recommendation: get Walmart app and use scan and go!!

Its got the things I need but I could do without the old lady in check out talking to me and basically everyone else in self check out like were dumb kids or something. And good luck getting any service at the auto center.

I have never enjoyed coming to this Wal Mart. My package accidently was shipped here. When asking a employee for help, its as if, its a burden for them to answer a question.The only good comment I can say is the pick up area wasnt half bad.

Best time to go is early in the morning. I was disappointed with this visit. There was no milk. How can you not have milk? Also, you need to have more than 2 registers open besides the self checkout. Truly a disservice to the public on this day. Especially during the holiday season. Needs improvement.
