This place used to be my go to. But its looks like management has changed and this place is gone to sh##t. I had issues with washer which didnt seem to spit out any water. And the latch on many of the dryers didnt even close. I tried to explain to management my issue but they just looked at me confused like they didnt know what i was talking about. I dont know if it was a language barrier seeing as they were asian but i knew they could understand why i was upset. It was funny seeing them bumbling around trying to fix the dryer latches obviously not knowing what they were doing. Wouldnt even put a out of service sign on them. BEWARE.. Save your money and go to a better place with well functioning machines.

Its ok but needs to be more cleaner they had a little soap on top of them.

The entrance door is automatic and the people here are trying to clean and help! Free dryers are also big saves here♡

I come here EVERY week for years now, there use to be a sign on the door that said last wash at 9:30. I have seen people come in even later than that. Tonight I walked up to the door and was told by the same lady in older reviews that she was closing at 9:15 because there was way too many people inside. However there was ONLY 6 cars in the parking lot one being that ladies black truck. I have never seen any other worker here lock the doors early. The place was not anywhere near over packed like she claimed. Don’t want to work until regular time give the job to someone who does!

The Washing machine didnt have enough water for the clothes to wash.

Almost always packed only place around with free dry. But they need to put some soap to wash ur hands in the bathroom and clean the bathroom better

Their new employee is rude and closes an hour before it actually closes. She said it was new rules but they can’t post a new sign or update their information online to let everyone know. I went to take my clothes to wash at 9:20pm because they don’t close until 10pm and she tells me she closed at 9pm. Why is it when the old employees are there I go everytime between 9:00-9:30pm to wash. Been going to this location for more then a year now and this rude new lady wants to say that she’s new and there’s rules. MY ASSS! She just wants to close early to go home early. Watch me go in next week at 9:20pm when she’s not there and the old employees are going to be fine with it because they don’t close until 10:00pm !!!!!Oh and by the way one of the owners there can’t help out when their customers need help. They just ignore and keep doing what their doing. The owners can be driving in a brand new Mercedes but can’t upgrade their business. SMH.

Some washing machines dont wash well & leak water. Dryers ripped my clothes.

Been Coming here for over 3yrs Gets Packed so dont be Surprised U just Have to know When And what time to get here Find Out on your own lol
