Keep up the great Service Shelor Motor Mile !! I know that I can trust the quality vehicles they inventory because of the deep inspection and shop process as they receive cars. Ive had 100% success throughout my years of driving, by buying with complete confidence that I will get a quality car, with the service that comes with it. Off to buy another tomorrow.

Was there for not even five minutes an it was the worst service ever. Left Nissan to go just look around some more and when my father went to ask a question to a man, he didn’t even give him the time of day before dismissing him and pointing him to another guy to assist him. Literally left and went back to Nissan to get my car and hands down the best service. Don’t waste your time with Shelor Christiansburg.

Not long after posting my service concerns (below) I received a very courteous phone call from Shelor acknowledging and explaining the issues that precipitated my dissatisfaction; a dysfunctional phone system and a staff shortage. Had they not occurred concurrently, the magnitude of the problem certainly would have been diminished . I was assured that both issues are being addressed and I had the opportunity to immediately schedule an appointment for service.I understand technical glitches and hiring challenges and expect both will be rectified at Shelor shortly. Most especially I appreciated Shelor reaching out to me in a professional, courteous and thorough manner. Thank you. I AM SATISFIED!CONCERNSCalled hoping to schedule service. Automated answering system says all staff are busy with other customers, but I can leave a phone number and get a return call. Has anyone EVER received a return call? I haven’t. Called back a couple hours later determined to just stay on the phone until I got to speak with someone. This time the automated voice said there were 14 customers ahead of me and the anticipated wait time was 56 minutes. I gave up. Bought my vehicle here, but this lack of service would make me reluctant to do so again.

2 complaints. 1. Took my son here for his first car. Bought a used vehicle. Thank God I bought the extended warranty, not even 4 months later had to have the entire engine replaced. I think shelor needs new mechanics. 2. Was looking for a new truck for myself. Why can I not SEE a picture of a new car ok their website? I want to see what Im looking at. Not a comparison. And then while you look online you get a pop-up every few minutes from sarah wanting to help you.

I went online and was approved for a car. Went in the same weekend, I wasnt met by the person I had an appointment with. I was given the run around, over 6 hours later I was asked for a down payment of 2 thousand dollars. Then was sent home. I felt robbed by them two days later, I came back. Finally had the car and was immediately towed the next day. I wasnt given a rental or a different offer, and when I asked for my money back they said no. That I was obligated to take it so, no Im not going back this place is a scam.

Just got a vehicle in Feb now setting in shop with a bad motor and they making me feel like its my fault. Be careful what you buy especially older vehicle thats been setting cause I dont think they check everything like they should the car only has 67000 miles only drove it 7000 miles make it make since.

Shelors has always been the go to for my family . Here I am with my daughter in law picking up her new car. I want to give a great big shout out to Mike Mundy for great service. Mike youre awesome sauce thank you so much.

Was the worst service ever! My wife and I was there for over 5 hours and got the run around when we could have gotten a yes or no or working on it and also with a guy in the Subaru area that seemed inpatient and left us to be with someone that had alittle money. It’s true! Money talks!! I bought a car there last summer and had a total different experience and with someone else but this was the worst. I will not go back or recommend.

I had to bring my toyota van in to fix recalls and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They got the work completed in a timely manner and also did some additional work. Specifically, there was a young man there by the name of Dustin who certainly went the extra mile, so to speak, to make sure everything was done in our best interest. Just when you might think customer service was dead in this country, in walks someone like Dustin. He was empathetic and professionally resolved any question/issue I had. To top it off, I left a phone charger in the rental vehicle provided to us, and because we live so far away he took it upon himself to mail the charger back to us. Thank you Shelor for having employees like Dustin!

I purchased my Nissan Altima year ago and not even six months after I had it it was givin me issues I took it to the motor mile dealership multiple occasions they kept insisting nothin was wrong come find out I need a whole new exhaust manifold and catalytic converter pieces of my car have been glued together instead of properly repair since I’ve had my car I’ve had to replace everything on it I’m goin end up puttin in what I bought the car for waste of money time I would not recommend gettin used car from them any car for that matter they need do more thorough checks on three vehicles before sale I will not be purchasing any cars from the again
