Called Jake in sales, told him I saw a trailer on the lot I liked. He quoted me a price I liked and with out even knowing or meeting me he said he would hold it for me until I could get there the day after next. Took no money down over phone like I expected a lot of others to want to hold it. Wow! Got there two days later and went home with new trailer. I dont think I was there a half hour and the deal was done, perfect! Very honest and straight forward, very happy and great to work with!

I stopped in to talk to the service department about getting trailer brake lights wired, as well as a brake controller installed. Unfortunately, the service guy(Tony) was no where to be found. I left my name and number with someone in the parts department, and Tony called me about ten minutes later. We were going over the details of the service I was looking into and he said that he would need to see it to get an idea of how they would go about doing it. I offered to drive over then and he told me that it would be okay. When I got there, I stood over by his office for about 10-15 minutes before someone came up to talk to me. The same parts department gentleman went to go find Tony and came back to tell me that he was tied up with a tractor, so itll be a while before he can get to me. He saw that I was not pleased, asked me if that was okay, and I shrugged and walked towards the door. Needless to say, I felt seriously let down, and that my time was unnecessarily wasted.

Have had better customer service in a public restroom. Also Not ones sales person i talked to could answer simple trailer questions confidently.

This is the third time I have ordered parts here and they didnt call me when they where in.Its hard to run a lawn care business when I cant count on parts and service. I bought my gravely from them. But can honestly say I will not be buying another one from them. And I really wanted a new gravely this year.From buying the mower to now I have not have a good experience. Ok at best. One time the parts guy asked if I bought it there. Not sure that matters?

I stopped in and purchased a Gravely zero turn. First for the positives I got a great lawn mower at a great price. Sticker price was what was paid just had to add tax. Did offer free delivery within 50 miles. Didnt go that route because I really wanted to use my new toy. Now for the negative. The sales person was subpar. If I didnt go in knowing that I wanted to buy that specific lawn mower I probably would not have made a purchase. Salesperson did a poor job Im actually selling the lawnmower to me. Salesperson knew less about the lawn mower than I did. I will say the sales person was not rude or short with me. He also give me space when I first arrived to browse. All in all okay experience. I dont know if Im just old-fashioned I just want the sales experience. Would recommend to a friend just do your own research before arriving.

I purchased a snow thrower from Union Trailer on the recommendation of a couple of friends. I was not disappointed. They were sold out of the snow thrower I wanted at the time I called but had more coming in on a truck. They were great about communicating with me when the shipment arrived and set up a delivery date. They had a delay on the original delivery day but called to inform me and had it to me the following day. Friendly customer service. The snow thrower was delivered ready to go. The delivery person was friendly and went over the operation of the equipment. I highly recommend and would purchase from them again!

I visited Union twice, to shop for a utility tractor, the first time, there were no salesmen on site. The second time I was able to talk to a salesman and actually test drive the tractor I was interested in.After the first visit I visited their website and requested more information in an e-mail, and I received an automated reply stating that my request was received and someone would respond soon. That never happened.The second time I visited I talked to Mark. One of the things I asked him was about the warranty, he admitted that he didnt know but would find out and contact me by either telephone or e-mail. Before I left I advised him that I was not contacted in response to my email, to give him a heads up that their system was not working as it should, that was a week ago.Yesterday I bought a new tractor from a different dealership. One of the reasons I did not buy at Union is if they dont care enough to answer questions before the sale, what kind of care will they give after the sale?EDITDid you even read my review? Your response was very generic. In my review I plainly stated that I bought a tractor from a different dealer. Why on earth would I want to talk to anyone at your dealership, you missed the boat, that ship has sailed, too little too late, auf Wiedersehen, goodbye!

Incredible service! Had a bearing go out on my horse trailer on the way to a show. In an hour and 40 minutes they had me back on the road. Everyone else in the area refused to help me! This was really above and beyond, very impressed! Feel like 5 stars are insufficient!

After inquiring about a trailer and getting qualified for it. I was forced to buy another trailer through someone else. I kept getting ignored and pushed aside for a month 4 1/2 Weeks went by and they still couldnt get me the trailer. they then leave me a message saying hey if you could give us a call that would be great otherwise we are going to sell the trailer we are here to sell trailers.... clearly not lol

This place saved us when our wheel bearing and hub went out on our travel trailer trying to get home from vacation, none of the RV service centers could help us because they said it was a special order part or they were not open on weekends. Outstanding customer service and a huge selection of parts and equipment. This will always be a place we will reccomend for anyone in need of parts, trailers, mowers, etc. in the state of Wisconsin A++ rating!

If you are making a delivery there is no available parking here or on the street. The lot has room to maneuver. They unload pretty quick and will thoroughly inspect everything.

They are terrible said they had a trailer they did not have at one price and were going to work out a deal on the next size up and the sales person I talked had no idea what he was doing he wouldnt call back then I talked to another guy and told him what was going on he laughed and said he would call me back. I was dealing with these clowns for three days when the second guy did not call me back for 2 plus hours I went on the internet and found frenchville trailer sales who had the trailer I WANTED and had a reasonable price I bought it and picked it up the next day beware of this dealer seems shady!

Broke the drive belt on my HD 60, stopped in to get a new one. They didnt have one in stock so they went out in back and took one of a new machine...Now that is customer service 😂😂

I had a trailer that needed a new set of bearings. They told me it would be better to replace the whole hub. after 3 trips I finally got the correct hub and replaced it. (I brought in the old one for reference each time) When I looked at the other side, i thought I should replace it too. I went back and asked for the exact same part, but the tech decided to re-measure everything and sent me home with the wrong sized hub. not even the same type of hub I got the first time. i mentioned this before I left, but was ignored and told it would work. so, another trip back... this time a different tech looked up my first hub info and got me the exact one i needed. 5 trips... ok i thought, not happy, but, only cost me about $50 to replace both wheel hubs. 2 weeks go by and I borrowed my mothers trailer (a union trailer), and noticed the hubs were a little warm after driving 50 miles. So, i think, this place cannot be that bad, i will try them one more time.... I took the trailer in and asked them to re-pack the bearings. this was a wednesday.i was told it would done early thursday or friday. almost 2 weeks later, still no call. finally i get the call and was told the bill is $240. I called back and said what?. The bill was immediately changed to $155. ok...Today I go and pick up the trailer, I ask why so much.they get $80/hour and apparently it took an hour and half to replace the bearings... they did not repack the bearings, they put new ones in. ok, so for $24 in parts, they charged me $120 in labor. not a very good experience at all!!!!beware!
