I went there with my husband to get a new riding lawn mower recently. My husband always says John Deere is the best, so whatever, but I have a hard time supporting a company that receives most of their income in the form of welfare which is farm subsidies. What are the differences between the government subsidizing farmers with 40% of their income and the inner city single mother of four on welfare? The difference is farmers are getting a lot more money than a single mother.

My JD garden tractor need to have a couple of leak fixed in September 2020. The leaks reappeared in April 2021 but even worse. Took it in. The repair warranty expired in February 2021. I found another person to work on the tractor. Wont be back.

I bought a compact tractor here 2.5 years ago and couldnt have been more impressed with the experience. The salesman was personable, honest, and dependable. Ive since bought other attachments with similar good experiences. My one experience with the service and parts counters was likewise excellent. I give this place my strongest recommendation.

Took a zero turn in to get yearly maintenance they changed oil etc than called said it was ready and asked if wanted hydraulic oil changed. Told him yes. He pulled it back in than called to ay it was suddenly smoking. Sounds like someone forgot to put oil back in it . Called me and told me it was suddenly burning oil. After they checked it out cylinders scorched bad head than claimed it was like that before. Funny thing is never had problems with smoking b4. And if it had problems with it smoking they would have said that when they pulled it in before their service. Now they won’t fix it and have had it all summer. I bought a new zero turn already. From a different dealer. They have been nothing but rude since I told them to fix their problemGood news they sent me a bill for having not fixed it. $986. Why would I pay for something they ruined and haven’t fixed

I ordered the E130 John Deere riding lawnmower which was a present from my Mother in law, I ordered the mower over the phone with the salesman named John.To pay for the mower we used mother in laws debt card,done all over the phone yet.No real problems at all for transaction.Seems like its hard to keep these mowers in stock according to delivery man of my mower ,and I can see why,cuts great starts great rides great.operation of mower ,power of mower all things are just excellent and all made in the great old USA , Greeneville Tennessee I do believe,shout out to those guys also,great job done there,Thank You Tennessee Workers,you guys made my life alot easier to.All said and done you want a great mower ,you more than likely will need to pre-order if looking for one of these in this series ,took a good month ,but well worth the wait, and any questions about my mowers arrival,even if my sales person was not working that day ,the other sales guys were more that happy to assist me and did so.From the actual product downto the sales part of transaction and dont forget about the mower actually showing up in your driveway brand spanking new ,to that wonderful person that dropped it off,Thank You Kindly all of the John Deere Workers !!!Kathy Hedrington

What a joke!! DO NOT bring your machine there! Brought in for a hydraulic leak. Bottom transmission plate caulked. Then they said there was another leak probably the original one. Paid thousands still leaking!! Good job guys!! Hard to have trust in John Deere now!! No warranty either! In response to you. Didnt know caulk was a new JD part. Like everything from JD, very expensive. This is from my mechanic. When they put it together last time they didnt get the gasket in right and the bottom cover they just used silicone and no gaskets. Sad!!!

You know what you get when you buy green. Didnt have the part I needed on hand, but got it ordered. Great advice at the service counter too.

The parts department guy I talked to was very rude and seemed aggregated. I brought in a part number and he through a fit that that he could match the number. The Kohler engine I had wasnt sold there. It would have been simple to just say that. I will never go there again nor recommend it. Thats just the parts department. No idea how sales or services are.

Great place to get metal tractors for your kids .

I dont have to go here often but when I do I dread it. Their parts people are rude and completely unwilling to offer suggestions when they dont carry a part. Its a totally different atmosphere at places like Value Implement.

Closest John Deere store to the Eau Claire area. Huge display of tractors, implements, mowers and XUVs. Great sales, service and parts people.

I arrived approximately at 4:30 on 8/11/2017 to buy a higher end zero turn. After waiting a half an hour for someone from sales to help me, I finally gave up and left and bought a gravely just down the road. Extremely disappointed as everything my family owns is green!

Purchased tractor from them. Called to get maintenance information, but not helpful at all. Just interested in getting off phone.

These guys are terrible!! They dont communicate, when you call and ask information about your service its often weeks behind schedule from original quote. They overcharge and are not very transparent at all. Will never be a return customer after second time of giving them a try.
