Lake Hallie AT&T handled everything well. Eau Claire shut down with no warning and Lake Hallie picked up all the slack. Good helpful people.

This place is a scam absolutely do not go there. Maxx was so nice he hooked us up with every service we could possibly pay for hope you got your little commission check. Buyer beware..

Went in for a new phone. Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable but slammed me with an insurance plan without asking or informing me. When I confronted him in the store a few days later he said sorry but I could tell he was anything but sorry. He claimed it was “ automatic “ but that does not pass the smell test. I have gotten many new phones and the insurance is ALWAYS optional. Also said he couldn’t cancel the insurance so I had to call ATT and wait on hold for an hour to get it canceled. I don’t appreciate getting slammed, being lied to and having my time wasted.

Had gone to simply get a new phone. Not get a new contract, not to change plans, just to get a new phone. The employee had wasted my time (probably 15-20 minutes) trying to get the computer to work so that they could try to sell me moving to first net. My phone plan is now also supposedly 100 dollars more a month. Plan on never going to this store again and will take my business to the one near Oakwood.

Stay away! This not a AT&T owned store. They falsely say you MUST add insurance when getting a phone due to return policy, They also add the next upgrade feature for $5 without saying anything. This has happened twice. They only care about commission and use questionable sales practices. Thankfully the REAL AT&T took care of it and made it right.

We were so pleased with the help that Jared gave us today! One of our phones “bit the dust” and Jared efficiently helped us file a claim and get another one coming ASAP. We are so grateful for his willingness to help.

I wanted To change one of my lines from postpaid to prepaid I called the store to make sure I had everything I needed the manager told me that he could do it but it’s not his job I called AT&T customer service they did not have Jared’s last name listed AT&T called the store and Jared refused to give them his last name this is not an AT&T corporate store stay away

My experience with Alex at this AT&T store was incredible. I bought a new iPhone with accessories. He helped me set up the phone and explained lots about it. Also how it works with the system in my truck. I was waited on immediately and his expertise made my time there very short. I would so recommend this store. I was very happy!!

Went in to set up a new phone..... For real... The manager told me I didnt need to be on Wi-Fi. Sent me on my way, and the phone stopped syncing with the old one. Dont go here. Its a bunch of kids running it.
