This location is great. There is a junior high school near by so Monday-Friday they set out water cups on the counter for the students to grab when they get out of school. The staff is always very friendly. I want to mention Nick today because he went out of his way to make our visit amazing.

My dad ordered a strawberry funnel cake frap and they gave him a strawberry cream frap. We went back and asked for the correct order. The cashier who had blonde hair with blue highlights gave us attitude when my dad told her what he ordered. She was persistent in us throwing away the strawberry cream frap and I was going to drink it because it’s wasting food. It’s not our fault they can’t get orders right and it’s not right that they waste food. We can care less about getting a free drink but the fact that she was being extremely persistent especially during COVID and being rude is not okay. She was very persistent and asked if she can have the drink and she threw it away which is very selfish and she gave us more attitude. I used to love coming to this Starbucks because the employees before were always nice but ever since they hired new employees we won’t be going back.

Blond cashier (wasnt wearing name tag) has bad customer service manners. I ordered a iced London fog latte, (which is not hard to make i am a starbucks partner and make them all the time) and she tried to talk me out of my order.Latter as I waited for my drink I saw her talk another customer out of thier order because it was a poor over. She told her they take 5 more minutes and that is just a lie.Its so sad to see fellow starbucks employees with so little care for thier job.My latte was watered down. Not going back.Theres a perfectly good drive through down the street with a great manager and customer service.

Used my app like always, ordered my drink when I was at Yum Yum Donuts which is right next door drove over and it said I had 11 to 16 minutes for my drink. But I got there they were making my drink they were very friendly and got my drink and left. So things went well

One of the best patio areas with a complete sheltered from rain hot weather or winds. Dont get me wrong but this outside area goes complete store length and up three more store fronts..... awesome.....

Called in a order for 4 travelers and the person who answered phone was very nice and professional and did not have a problem ordering it. The coffee was super fresh everyone that drank it was super happy with it.

Very nice place. Occasionally gets crowded, but really, any Starbucks gets crowded at peak hours. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and well kept. Perfect place to study.

Normal Starbucks, but bad employees, slow day took long as hell to help me both employees saw me and didnt help until 5min later and mostly doing nothing only one of the two was doing a drink. After I paid just left and didnt ask if I wanted my receipt and I was left there waiting then he said thats it your drinks over here. Didnt even bother telling me something or bring the drink even tho I was two steps from him. Not coming back here hardly get Starbucks but now probably even less.

No prices on cups. 20 dollar one was right by the 10 dollar ones so i ended up paying 30 bucks for that plus my drinks. Please add price tags ffs

Great people and service. Ive always been impressed by the service of this Starbucks. Generally, Im there to catch up on business admin stuff for my company. The one problem with this is that once school lets out (just down the street), the place gets packed and loud which makes it hard to work.Recently, Ive stopped going to Starbucks because of their stand on gay marriage. I believe Starbucks should stay neutral in culture wars because I believe it takes away from the original purpose of the business.

Employees very rude and disrespectful.. and on top of that there were FLYs where they have the Croissants and the other pastries. I mentioned it to the employee, and he said with an attitude, “oh I know I’ll throw it out after my shift ends”. I was so disgusted then he asked if I’m still going to order. I told him with that attitude and the fly chillen on top of the pastries, nah I’m good, he gave me this look and said “whatever then saves me the time”.. like wow, really.. ugh.. NEVER AGAIN!!

Gotta Love Starbucks, its a little pricey but its whats to be expected. The environment is always pretty chill at any Starbucks you go to. The breakfast sandwiches are good, my personal favorite is the ham and cheese. The pastries are good. They are better in the morning because they are fresh. The ice teas are great, my favorite is the ice green tea unsweetened. I would also suggest any of the teas with half lemonade. My all time favorite drink there is a venti double blended caramel frappuccino with nothing on top. Its a great drink on a hot day. Treat yourself to a frappuccino today.

Hit or miss on friendliness

Bad service. Seem to me that they are too busy gossiping and not helping the customers. I was there yesterday and they had 3 kids charging their phones and a male employee threatened to call the cops if they did not leave. Cursing followed. Not returning.

Poor service. Three people behind counter, ut only 1 doing the work. Ignored customers waiting.

As a barista, ive been borrowed at several stores. Yet, this store was the dirtiest ive seen. Its not bad, but i know my home store at euclid and shaeffer is much much better. And im not saying that because i work there but because we always go above and beyond to make the perfect moment.

MOODY blonde barista/cashier(didnt have her name tag)...the previous customer had to ask for 1/2&1/2 & she doesnt even have the courteousy to bring it out to the counter and verify nothing else was needed, even though there were no other customer waiting to be served.Looked like the night shift did not finish up their maintanance in the lobby. At least their bathroom was clean.
