Bad customer service. They never answer the phone! Step it up Target in Chino. Hire more good people to help.

Target offers a variety of homegood products without being overwhelming like Walmart. Even at its busiest I prefer Target busy over Walmarts never ending chaotic lines. I would rather pay a bit more at Target than go to Walmart. Plus, walmart treats its employees like garbage and dont want to support that.

They have made the store look much nicer. Make sure you check you received all items if you ordered online for pick up or drive up. The staff is very friendly!

Some things are very expensive. If you want something quick, best place to shop around

Best time to shop here is in the mornings. Happy greeters. Small selection in Bullseyes Playground & Dollar Spot section. Their dollar spot holiday items always come a few days later than other stores. Quick pick-up and drive-up service (yes, done it all). Inside store is clean and great variety of items. Clean restrooms. A variety of clearance items.

One of the workers literally followed me around the store.. the same employee just had a lot of attitude and I don’t know why she acted like that. Mostly nice employees and a nice story in general but this experience made me super uncomfortable.

Close to home my go to store when I cant make it to the grocery store.

The attitude is bad, the environment is bad, especially the manager is very arrogant, I saw them discriminate against low income!

They answer the phone and just leave it sitting there.. I could hear someone scanning items . I call back and nobody answers. Thats bad customer service Im calling b/c the security tag was left on the pants. Inconvenience for me. Theyre a gift how embarrassing that would have been if I didnt catch it before her bday.

First time using the curbside option was very impressed. Very convenient and didnt wait to long I will be using this again

I thought Wal-Mart was bad at not answering the phone! Boy was I wrong! Ive called multiple times different departments just to listen to the ring tone.

Great app design, my items for drive up were ready within an hour, great customer service, and easy return options.

Everytime I come here the shoe area is a disaster and The food court area tables are dirty. So sad.

Target has always been a family favorite. I find the best prices and selections. Friendly staff and security team. Store is always clean. Family bathroom for my elder mother and kids. Costomer service team is understanding and easy to work with. Target app is a great resource for checking prices and saving money as well as saving 5% with the card. Way to go Team Target!

Aysha from Beauty was really helpful in recommending me the right product. She even physically searched on her device for another product instead of guessing or flat-out telling me no.

Wanted to get some medicine for the house just in case. I like to drive up option to keep as little people in the store as possible. Even though you are associate could still be at risk I think its better keep the traffic indoors minimal. I do want to Thank your staff for being out there on the front lines. My job is also considered frontlines however you deal with customers directly I ship to customers so there is a big difference.

If you come home with this for your husband he may leave you. This should not be in the mens section or any other section.

Some employees at the return sections are sloppy.Other than that, this Target is definitely a 5. 🤙They always got everything I need and especially my tech goodies such as earbuds, headphone splitters, USB-C chargers, pop-sockets, mobile chargers, video games, etc. Theyre not Best Buy but theyre definitely the next best thing to it. Theyre 0.7 miles away so this is definitely my go-to. Again, talk to young employees working at the return section... verrrrryyyyyy. slowllllyyyyyyy.

This Target never has what I need in stock. It is so disorganized. It is worth the extra 20 minute drive to go to Chino Hills Target instead.

Unfortunately, this newly remodeled location is DISORGANIZED on a regular basis in many areas throughout the store. It makes the shopping experience a frustrating one while trying to find a pair of shoes or purchasing a toy for a gift, etc. PLEASE TARGET MANAGEMENT get back on target to create a more organize store for a positive shopping experience. I will leave on a positive note and is important to recognize are the cashiers for being extremely friendly.

I am very upset with this location I went in to purchase a bike went in Saturday asked them to put it on hold so they can put it together I told them I didnt want the display when i go in to pick it up today they said they put it together and it wasnt the display i get it home and the handle is stripped and couldnt be tighten so i took it back well waiting for them to help us I went to see if the display was there and it wasnt they gave me the display. The gentleman that was helping us name was Steve he was great and was willing to help us but just very unhappy that we were lied to.

So easy to pick up my product, will definitely be ordering more often.

Target is bae. Theyre brands that they have are all so great! Even the target brand, I trust! The app pets you search things in the store too to find easlier or to see if its in stock. Like wow!

I love this store location and shop here frequently but I do have to say that some employees here are very rude and unprofessional. There was this one time where I stood in line so they can ring me up but only to be told after a few minutes that his lane was closed but he still had his register light on and no close sign so basically I waited in line for nothing.

Team member quickly and efficiently found my package so that I was able to leave store. I appreciate this service at this difficult time.

I feel at home at target. I usually go to a different Target than the one I recently visited, but the store had everything I needed and I will go back to that store and other targets too.

Came on Thanksgiving evening to pick up my black Friday order and was in and out so fast it was amazing! The customer service rep and the gentleman who helped me load the 55 TV into my car were so kind and courteous. They really made this experience so great!

Your store does usually have what I am looking for. I refuse to shop at WalMart. I think BOTH entities should be looking more and more to American made products. There are plenty out there. The only reason there is so much demand for other countries goods is that they are selling theirs through from a very cheap labor standpoint. But we need to try to either bring them UP closer to our standard or just not buy from them There are some great companies helping to lift up the out-of-country worker. Such as Shea Moisture. The website for IBuyAmerican.com gives an incredible list of American-made products, as does Clark.com and madeinamerica.comSo PLEASE, incorporate several of these companies into Target and Wal-MartThank You

This is my favorite Target in the I.E. this location is always so organized and clean. Employees always come up to me and ask if I am finding everything okay and its never hard to find someone to ask them where something is. Great customer service!

I love this store (even though it is an older store now). They have the nicest and friendliest employees. They have excellent prices and are very close to my home. I have all my prescriptions filled here. The pharmacist is very nice and has called me many times to discuss my medications and let me know when and if anything has changed. I believe she goes above and beyond and it shows. Target is my first choice for almost everything that we need. The only bad thing I can say is that the restrooms are less (way less) than desirable. They rarely seem to be clean (to my liking which is basically stall pretty clean and toilet not plugged up.) So the store and the employees more than make up for the lacking restrooms. Please keep up the great work.

Large and clean store with lots of helpful associates. The food and Starbucks area is always clean and food is always hot and ready. The store gets busy sometimes but its always easy to shop here.

I come here all the time and staff is usually friendly. Today, however, was a different story. I was perusing the hair care aisle when I politely interrupted a beauty consultant while she was talking to a family of four. They were blocking my exit from the aisle and I said excuse us. I was there with my son (in a shopping cart) and my sister. Well the beauty consultant looked up at me, rolled her eyes, gave me a dirty look and did not move. A minute passed and she moved. She was still giving me a dirty look. She was acting like shes a MAC counter girl or something. Calm down girl its just Target. I wish good customer service and courtesy was required for this type of employee at Target.

Absolutely my worst experience ever shopping. Store Manager Michael (would not give me last name, at the Chino on Philadelphia location) was the rudest, condescending I have met. I will not shop at Target again and will take my business to Walmart and Amazon.

The store is not well kept. I saw a woman with her dog in her cart through the entire store. This is extremely unsanitary since the carts are not cleaned and people put their groceries and babies in these carts.. The shelves are not properly stocked. There were no plastic bags in the produce area. Its difficult to find anything in the health/beauty areas. Honestly, this store needs better management.

Pick up was very quick

The pick up line was way too long! waited for 35 min before I had to ask a mgr to open a new register. Target should implement a 3 person max system for pick up orders as ordering online is supposed to save on time or we might as well just use in store purchase and stand on regular lines.

Had not been to this location since remodel was completed. Looks really nice as you walk in. Because everything is still new the store is very inviting.

Not the cleanest target especially for an area like Chino Hills it needs cleaning up. Came here for something and the shelves were empty and though we got good help from a target team member we were informed there was none in the stock room. definitely a lost sale for target on this. I like to come here because this location is close to my moms home, however, sometimes, there just dont have enough variety than other Targets carry.

Has to be the shadiest Target parking lot I have ever been to. California has actually managed to turn Target in to Walmart.There were a lot of undesirables just milling about just standing making you have to go around them.Very weird feeling.Inside the store is clean employees are nice but there are empty shelves and things in disarray.Checkout for us was pretty fast no wait.

I just went to the store and trying to purchase instant pot multi cooker and was also trying to get a price match for it from the app / online but the female that was at the self-checkout and I asked help from (Im not sure if that was her station at the time but she was there as well as another female) anywho, she didnt get me the price match after I showed her my check out in the app for the price that I was trying to get it for it and a screenshot. I was super bummed. And she told me that it wasnt scanning for that price in store but I told her that it was on mine and from what I was aware they can price match but she didnt and now that I get home I see that its still that same price I was trying to get it for online and in the app and I am super bummed. she said I could only purchase it online even though I had the product already in the cart she could have just price match. Unfortunately I did not get her name and I was trying to call the store for Guest Services since I left already but nobody answered. Way to go target employees. 😡FYI this was between 10 and 10:30 p.m. Friday May 17th.

Besides not likening the layout of the customer service desk at this target its pretty good. I get a lot of deals by ordering online and picking up in store but if you order big things like cat food and litter they dont keep it at the desk and you have to wait awhile

I LOVE Target however the biggest drawback of this one is when its time for check out you feel like youre at wal mart . I really wish this location had self check out like most stores. The lines are typically long and the store seems under staffed.

Great service, horrible customers. The place is almost always messy- even in the parking lot. I just witnessed a woman push a cart up in the tree curb instead of going 12 feet to the cart return. Ive seen a woman get caught for stealing, and 2 cop cars are outside right now. BUT its still Target which I apparently cant live without- service is always great! Returns, purchases, pharmacy, electronics, Starbucks, cafe, so I dont want people to avoid this target solely because the place tends to be messed up by careless guests- just giving a heads up

I was going to review earlier in the year since experienced bad customer service at the online order counter. But no one is perfect and the job can get overwhelming. Despite that I haven’t really interacted with the employees there.
