I love Chino Autotech. It’s the only place I’ll take my car(s). Very friendly and professional people. And trustworthy! I will say, their prices are a bit higher than others, BUT my issue is always fixed the first time around. Always! They do not do any work that they don’t believe is necessary and they’re very upfront about it. Also, if you have AAA you get a discount!

Jim, Jan and their wonderful mechanics have been taking care of my families cars for a number of years. The things I like best about Chino Auto Tech is the piece of mind when they tell you what they need to do to fix a problem and they actually fix the problem. They diagnose the problem And fix it. I took in my 2008 Volvo XC90 because a local “honest and dependable Volvo mechanic” in Rancho told me that I needed a new engine, and that he’d resolve my problem for $4800!Well, since my intuition told me to get a second opinion, I came to Chino Autotech... and they resolved my issue at a fraction of the price. And now my Volvo’s running like a champ!I finally found myself a genuine, honest and dependable auto mechanic! Yeah, I know... very contradictory — but please believe me when I say this... if you’re reading this review because you don’t trust mechanics (as I never have) and you need a shop to take your vehicle — well, Chino Autotech is THE place! If they’re anything but... I’ll eat my own hat!

Been taking my car here for years, very honest guys and great service. Recently had work done on my car from MIDAS which screwed up my car pretty good. These guys fixed it and even took notes and pictures of the damage for my own record. Hard to find a auto place you can trust, this is one of the few places you can.P.S. Dont ever go to MIDAS.

Terrible and pointless. They made me pay 200$ to look at my car and told me the inside melted and wouldn’t be worth it to add a timing belt or anything, almost made me pay 600$ to just do the belt and timing belt. I did it my self... on god. I added the belt and water pump, it turned on. I drive it every day now. Only paid 80$ for the pump and belt together.

These people that run this shop are amazing to talk too. They were so very helpfull even though we wernt going to be doing it with them.

Went here for smog check. It was for my mini cooper. Service was less than 45 minutes. Great experience. I recommend this place.Also took my pilot here. It took about two hours with repair. Needed to replace torn intake boot. After repair, it passed the smog. Theres a $5 discount on smog check if you have AAA.

Lack of the Mechanics self confidence to do a major repair led me to take the car to another shop. Theyre probably ok for simple stuff tho.

Employees act like they dont even want your business. Wouldnt get out of his chair to talk to you. Told me to come back tomorrow for a simple smog check.

My dad sends all his customers to this place. He has a Auto Shop in Rowland Heights. This is a very honest and ethical place to do business.

Friendly and knowledge staff. Expert mechanics. Clean shop with customer lounge and restroom. Definitely one of the better shops in the chino area.

My experience today was great! It took about 20 minutes for my cmog check to get dont. The minute I walked into the shop both Joe and the older gentleman was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend this shop for automotive work s well as smog. When and if I need anything else done to either of my cars Ill most definitely go back to this shop. 5 stars from me!!!!
