New owners go out of their way to help I appreciated it

I was never physically at chino muffler I dont work for them I dont own a car my folks only do mechanical business for their cars with Fastlane Auto the man that runs it is Dan and he owns the business in Prescott Valley no one including me or my family for anyones future reference does business with Chino Muffler anytime cant make an evaluation of how the company would be to do business with honestly

I dropped my vehicle off to get a new exhaust system put on the owner told me that it would only take a few hours for him to install so I left him the keys to my vehicle and told him I would pick it up later that evening when I return to the shop my vehicle had not been moved the owner told me he did not have time to get to it and that he would call me when it was finished After several phone calls and 3 days of waiting I return to the shop to find my vehicle was just barely beginning to have the exhaust installed So I sat and waited for it to be completed 8 hours later at about 11:45 at night My exhaust was Finished but for me only to find horrible splotchy weldsAll over my exhaust system My experience with Chino Valley muffler is that customer service And communicationAnd over all quality is clearly not a priority for this business owner and would not recommend taking your vehicle there
