To the woman who took my call over at the pharmacy: learn better phone etiquette. Im so sorry I bothered you and interrupted your fabulous and exciting day with my car. Also, for anyone going through the drive-thru for your prescriptions, expect to sit in your car for ten to thirty minites.

Disappointed in service. Waited way too long at counter. A customer in line finally hunted down 2 employees in an isle and asked can someone check us out? Another customer, using a walker, announced she could no longer stand and was trying to get on the counter to sit and rest. The employee approached and asked what happened to the self checkout. I said they dont work. She fixed the self checkout and told customers we could use that before checking anyone out. I told the cashier that the lady in line needed to sit and asked her if she had a chair. She said no theres one back in the pharmacy.

I’m sorry I disturbed that lady cause I wanted to pay for my purchase.

Transferring my prescriptions to Sams club pharmacy. What a big difference in professionalism! If there is a little knowledge or effort involved... dont rely on CVS on Bridge St. Chillicothe. Totally do not want to correct any problems. Just buy it over the counter quipped the pharmacy manager on my third visit after I had done what they asked me to do. Know it all know/do nothings. Byee

My dog loves picking up medicine, always a treat for her. Great place, never any issues.

Just moved here from New Mexico. Wonderful place. The pharmacy customer service is outstanding. They have gone out of their way to help me when I needed help. So glad I am part of the Chillicothe CVS family.

Excellent pharmacy! Very nice staff and excellent pharmacist. Prices in the store are a bit high but thats to be expected in a pharmacy.

Staff was disrespectful. I have had my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. I dont expect that ma y will continue to do business with CVS the way they talk to people.

Every time I go they have something wrong with my monthly rx. I get the same stuff have most on automatic fill and still it is priced wrong or not ready when promised.

They have help its just some people has a life as well Im tired of people complaining a bout stupid crap.
