Called today to get information on my previous eyewear details. The woman on the phone stated to me that she cannot give that to me due to the fact that I havent been seen in over a year and my prescription has expired. She also stated to me that they dont keep expired records, then in the same breath stated that if another doctor needed the information they could release it to the doctor over the phone. I have a right to my medical information and I was denied the information. A complaint to the medical board will be made.

I had my prescription done for contacts and the doctor wrote my prescription down wrong. I took the contacts back and associates were irritated and rude about fixing the problem. I gave them another chance and now I have contacts that are incorrect again. Associates were rude to my wife as well, and she was just asking a question for me while I was a work. I gave them many chances to correct all of the issues I was having, and I still dont have contacts that I can see out of. I am done with this crew. Going somewhere else so I can talk with professionals that care about customer relations and helping people be able to see clearly.
