Outstanding state-of-the-art eye care from Dr. Haller and her staff. Expertise and amazing service.

I would highly recommend Dr.Haller! Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I were both taken care of at the same time so she didn’t have to go alone which makes it nice. The eye exam was much better than I have ever had and they went into detail about the exam and how the technology worked. My daughter loved the Dr and asked when she could go back 🙂 would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great eye Doctor!

Great experience as a first time patient. Dr. Haller and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Haller explains everything and offers tips for future visits. Very nice well decorated office with state of the art equipment. Vision exam was digital. Will definitely make Dr. Haller my regular optometrist. Highly reccomend.

Dr. Haller is very caring and patient. She makes sure you understand every test result and why they are done. She is willing to take time to answer any questions you might have. She is not only my Dr. , but a good friend. An her staff reflects her thoughtfulness.

The waiting room was inviting and comfortable, even though I wasnt there very long. The doctor and office staff were friendly, knowledgable, and considerate. I was very very impressed. I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day. My appointment was at 1:30. I had no sooner checked in than I was called back. Doctor came in immediately. Within 20 minutes of arriving I had been thoroughly examined and diagnosed!!! Dr. Haller is awesome. She was warm and personable and very knowledgeable. I am just really really impressed and grateful to be seen and cared for by her and her staff. Absolutely the best eye doctor I have ever been to.

Dr. Haller and her staff are wonderful! My daughter was very nervous about getting glasses and seeing the eye doctor and they were amazingly kind and gentle with her. We were able to pick up her glasses very next day! It was a really, really nice experience.

If you have a physical limitation and need a wheelchair, dont go here. This is the only medical office in Chillicothe Ive been to that does not have a wheelchair available for patient use. I drove an hour to take my mother to Dr. Haller and was not able to physically get her into the office without a wheelchair so we had to cancel the appointment. The staff said their obligatory apology but offered no attempt whatsoever to assist with my mother or devise an alternate plan to get her inside so we could keep the appointment. A complete waste of time!

I have been having trouble with bloodshot eyes, not being able to wear my contact lenses for more than 3 or 4 hours at a time, not being able to see clearly out of my glasses for well over 2 years. I told my optometrist about it to no avail. I went to see if I was a candidate for lasik and they said I had severe dry eyes and that had to be fixed first, so they recommended Patty Haller. She is a God-sent Angel for me!! I have been on my medications for one week and my eyes feel so smooth, my whites are white again and I can see out of my glasses!!! Im not allowed in contacts for 2 weeks while were healing my eyes, but OMG this is amazing!! I started noticing a difference immediately and each day just gets better, thats why I wanted to post a review so if anyone else is having trouble, they will see that she will help them!!
