I give a 1 star for the photo department not the store as a whole. I go in to print some photos 3 people standing up front not 1 person knows nothing about printing photos including the 1 person who was in the photo department who walked out of the box as soon as I sat down even when a coworker asked her about the kiosk couldnt be bothered to come over and help. So to the 3 young ladies who couldnt be bothered maybe customer service aint the place for ya.

The Walgreens on James Street and Memorial Drive in Chicopee has the worst customer service and the manager on duty Saturday Feb 2, 2019 was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met. Very sarcastic and unhelpful. I guess that is to be expected when you hire just anyone.I left and went across the street to CVS. Excellent customer service and very helpful.I will never return to Walgreens!!!!

Online inventory it is not accurate. Three sold out and it shows more than 10 available.

Had the worst experience with the pharmacist at this place James Street in Chicopee,ma.. He was very unprofessional the way he spoke to me the first time I ever went to this location.. he didnt even explain my meds to me. He just said...JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK UP THE REST OF YOUR SUPPLY HERE AT THIS WALGREENS... (ME ) okay thank you WHILE hes just walking away. . NO other explanations. Knowing I had other questions.He seem bother if I EVEN try to ask him a question.. so I left .when we went back on Febuary 11 @4:00pm. to pick up the rest of my med supplies, was told that I need an authorization from my doctor to get the rest of what was owed to me .But the pharmacist didnt say that. So that being said everything was a mess Im late again on my medication Due to this place here not explaining things right..because I would had called my doctor to let them know to give me another prescription. . since the other pharmacy at St. James Blvd in Springfield, ma. gave me the wrong strength. A lower dose then what I was ALREADY taking. And was sent to Walgreens in James St. In Chicopee, ma. to pick up a emergency supply. And was only given enough for a week . gave the Pharmacist a called there and ask to speak the the Pharmacist and he KNEW who was calling ,I had told the Tech who I was and put me on hold for awhile until the phone rang again after 8 rings pharmacist picks up and I explain the situation over again and he just told me we gave you a emergency supply out of courtesy and kindness! I said ohhh... okay so why that wasnt explain to me on that day. .. his response (pharmacist was sorry... but YOU STILL need a prescription. I hanged up called the pharmacy where I usually go to..St.James Blvd in Chiopee,ma. and I explain the whole situation that I explain here. And He (pharmacist) told me I DONT even see here in my computer that they gave you an emergency supply..I was like WOW! And that I shouldnt have be treated that way. And that they WILL call my Dr. to get authorization. Im done with walgreens.. been years with them and another thing is that they NEVER have your medication and is ALWAYS back order. So we suffer the consequences when we dont take our meds on time. But THEY NEED A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION!

My visit to this Walgreens location may not be notable, but prescriptions are always filled very quickly, which makes up for the mediocre customer service.
