Friendly and efficient its a very clean place all employees are great! And usually dont have to wait too long. 👍🤣😂😅

Efficent. Friendly, clean. On Sat there was no line. I was greeted when I went in, and I went straight up to the counter. I had 2 Amazon returns, which took less than 2 minutes. Great store. Convenient.

They were busy which I understand. I had a few questions in regards to my out going mail. She did call back and answered everything. I am still giving 3 stars. Shipping date was not stated as I was under the impression it was being shipped. My mistake it was 4pm Friday that it was paid for, there was no comment about it being shipped on monday after 8 pm.

Wow rudest service ever! So bad I left the store with out completing my transaction. While at another store in the same mall another woman approached me that had been in line after me and told me that the woman behind the counter was extremely rude to her in the past, for no reason as well. It was a really weird store. Get your documents notarized somewhere else. Good grief there’s a notary public on every block in this town.Response: I read your response. I told you where to stamp it. You were really rude. Evidently this is a frequent problem with you. So much so others have said similar. So much so a customer of yours told me the same thing happened to her. So nice try. Next day I got the document notarized at a competitor with zero problems. And polite service.

I was verbally assualted and threatened, without cause, by the female manager. I am still waiting on the owner to call me regarding this. Please do or I will escalate the matter.

This store is great! The employees are the best! So personable and helpful. We’ve had a box here for 16 years. Makes it SO easy for receiving packages, so we don’t have to worry about being home. Grateful for these people 😊

The employees were rude. I went in to weigh letters to find out proper postage as I had done numerous times before and they stated they no longer do that if you had already put partial postage on it. I’ve done this a lot in the past. A couple months ago a ups package got lost and I had to get them to start an investigation on it. They assured me they would call when they heard something. Never heard from them. Had to deal with ups directly. Never go here again

I went to this store today to make use of the notary. There was a line outside due to the new CoVID guidelines. They were extremely busy, the two employees worked their behinds off moving through customers with a smile on their face and apologies for any delays. I was there for awhile since I had 6 notaries to be done, copies and mailing to do. Way to go guys!

Had a large, fragile, and difficult to package, shipping. I was dealing with the manager who was A--number 1 for customer service. UPS picked the right person to manage this store. She is a credit to the business.

Wasn’t happy when I was tuned down because I had a fedex box and was trying to mail something for my friend. I’ve done it before, so why can’t I do it this time. Been coming here for years. Now gotta take my business somewhere else.

Unfortunately UPS stores have become only slightly less busy than the post office itself, but the employees seem nice.

Love this place! They are always smiling and happy to help.They will print any file you email them or take in in person.As well as copy and set up whatever you want. For little money.I really like my 24/7 access Postal Mail Box and that I can callto check my mail.

The woman behind the counter did not look me in the eye but spoke sullenly at me as she continued to finish up the previous order. I waited until she was finished and then greeted her. She could not hold eye contact for more than a millisecond. Not a very good start. It went downhill from there as every time I said two words she acted like she could read my mind and shot back some comment or answer that was irrelevant because she really COULDNT read my mind. I tried three times to ask her my question and each time she cut me off after two words, once even making a brushing away motion with her hand. All it was was an Amazon return. Simple, right? Youd think! I finally gave up and left without doing my business. If I could give zero stars I would, because thats what this store deserves. It was also filthy, from the entry door to the floor and everything else. Go to the one on East. Its well worth the drive, as the person behind that counter was the exact opposite of this one.

My daughter had a portable heater packaged and shipped by this contractor of UPS for me in my name. When it arrived at the destination in California its shipping box was damaged as well as the heater. On Nov 26, 2018 I filed a claim for the damaged heater. I have placed 18 calls between that time and today (01/15/2019) and still have not received my payment for the damaged freight or an idea when that will occur. I guess my only recourse now is in court!!!

Find another store to go to!! If theyre not on their phones theyre losing your packages, or they wont give you any callbacks when they do lose your packages, or theyll charge items that arent yours to your bill meaning I have tracking numbers for packages that dont belong to me. Find another store!!!

Has very lousy hours since COVID despite being way more busy with Amazon returns/etc. Closes at 3pm weekdays, and barely even open on Saturday.

Worst UPS store Ive ever been to. very slow, said the payment didnt go through when I had already been charged through my bank (and I showed the clerk!)just drive to the east ave one and save yourself the grief.

I used this store to take passport photos of myself and my husband. I then paid them to mail my application. It came back from the passport office saving the photos were not correct. This store was not willing to fix their error. They wanted my to pay a second time to resend the photos that they did incorrectly. I had a letter from the federal government yet they would not reimburse me my money. They do not stand behind their work.

The customer service here is excellent! I needed to print a poster for a presentation and the manager helped me pick the perfect option and showed me exactly how to save and send my file. It turned out great!

$240/ year for the smallest mail box seems crazy to me. But thats not why I am leaving 1 star. It is because the lady told me it was cheaper than the post office. Turns out its $106/ year at the post office. I feel like she should get her fact straight before she misinforms the public to benefit her own business. After my home and business burn down I need to get my mail somewhere and need to save every penny I can. Im not sure if she is just misinformed or intentionally misleading. Either way I will take my business elsewhere.

I first interacted with this store to try and have them send a fax to my insurance company. Unfortunately, they could not figure out how the fax machine worked and tried to say the telephone number was not for faxes (worked fine at a competitor I drove to a half hour later).The second time was an attempt to deposit a check into my USAA account. They could not get the check scanner to work.Now, I should have learned my lesson by this point. But they are near my house and I needed to print something up. I got a price for my document to be $12 dollars via their website. But it would not be ready for 3 days. So I drove to the location and printed it on the spot. The total had jumped to $43! Even after showing the employee that their website totaled less than $12 for the same document she was not able to correct the price difference.For a cherry on top, she charged me a $2 computer use fee for loading the document from my flash drive!I will be using the Kinkos across town, I recommend you do the same.
