My experience has been wonderful working with the Chico Miracle Ear office! Monte Mishier is a wonderful guy, very understanding, patient, and a caring man. He made the experience a good one, and not scary at all. Never having hearing aids before it was a little scary for me. But after working with Monte I was very comfortable with having the hearing aids as a part of my world now. I would recommend this office to anyone !! The staff is very nice and caring as well. Monte is also training someone and with Montes training I am sure he will be as great as Monte is !

The specialist was professional and caring when examining and fitting my grandmother for her hearing aide. He treated her with kindness and was respectful of her limited financial situation. It was a relief to know that she wasnt taken advantage of!The office was welcoming and the front office assistant treated their customers with warmth and professionalism. Id recommend this office for anyone with hearing needs!

My wife has had ear problems since she was a child. She needed a hearing aid and we were lucky to come here. Ean is very good at what he does. He is passionate and wants.to help in whatever way he can. I highly recommend this miracle ear for your hearing needs.
