One of my favorite grocery stores around! Absolutely GREAT prices, remarkable variety of products (especially if taking into account the size of the store!), and friendly, helpful, professional staff. Wouldve given them all 5 (or more, if possible) stars but the only tiny drawbacks, as I see it, are the 9 P.M. closing time (11 P.M. was MUCH more convenient), and the fact that their stock is constantly rotating, so they may have everything you need 4 out of 5 visits, but that 5th one, they will no longer be carrying 25% of the items you stopped in for. But neither are serious enough problems to hinder this Outlet shopper!

I love this store.I shop here at least once a week. I come here first before I go to another supermarket.Its a nice clean store fully stocked with great inventory.Customer services is great. They are very helpful. If they see a line forming theyll open a new register.

This was my first time at a Grocery Outlet Store. What great prices and a great experience! You can buy most foods here, and get them for discounted prices! My favorite part though, was to the far left of the store, where they sold facial products; there were lotions, shampoos, conditioners, deodorants etc., all for extremely discounted prices! We bought lotion and sunscreen, which was so much lower priced than buying it in a pharmacy or regular grocery store.

Its got a great selection of food and random things like boots and toys. My kids love it

I’ve always enjoyed going to this store, it’s fun to explore the isles because you never know what you’ll find. This location is newly renovated and looks amazing! They always have the necessities and the produce section has never failed me. If my budget is a little tight for the week, The Grocery Outlet is a good place to stock up for less. With their everyday low prices, wide variety of products, and pleasant staff members... I recommend this store ***** 5 stars *****

The store was very clean, the staff was polite and accommodating. Navigating through the store was easy. The store appeared to be well stocked. The produce was fresh with a good variety of items. Of course the best thing is the savings you receive when checking out. Great experience and highly recommend.

First of all I have to say that the people who work there are amazing! I always look forward to shopping there. Faye, Dan and Angelina are the best and make me laugh and feel just like family. I highly recommend shopping there.

Good deals, nice people. There was a cart set up outside selling burritos, and they let me trade some radios we had for one side of the goat burrito. The side we got was the outside, but no insides to it! I ate it anyway, and had terrible gout the next day in my shorts. Probably that goat burrito chunk! Wish I had my pile of radios back! But the grocery store is also very nice and sells food, too. Just not goat. Thanks, store!!

I went today to buy flowers and plants. They had plenty to choose from. I always check out their plants. The prices are really good.

Every cashier and employee at this place is exceptionally kind. They are rich in conversation and super helpful. Besides this place having the best prices on food in Chico, from the cheeses to the vegetables, and the most unique food items, the staff simply makes it a wonderful place.

I always go to Fayes check out line and she is so helpful and kind and courteous. She deserves a raise...always smiling and excellent customer service. All the people are good there but Faye goes above and beyond to make people feel like valued special people.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. Great deals on organic and vegan foods. They dont always carry the same things, brands, but i like that, guves meva chancevto try something new. One thing is if you have a cat, this is not the place to shop. They carry only a small variety of products for cats, however its good for dog owners. Lots of deals for you.

Watching 👀somebody fall and get badly injured and management does nothing to see if that person is okay, no incident report or anything, that was surprising and sad.she had bruises on her face and was clearly shoken. I will clearly never shop their again....actually you should talk to Maria,she is one of your store employees and I know for a fact she saw the whole thing too and put her hands on her forced her to get up on her feet instead of waiting for an ambulance. It was in the parking lot in front of the store doors.about a week ago.

Good place to shop on a budget. Be prepared that they dont always sell the same thing twice. They often get overstock or discontinued items. Sometimes they carry good/hard to find skin care and hair products at super good prices!

Ive been shopping at Grocery Outlet since the fire made us move to the area in Nov. 2018 The prices are great they have good stock maybe not every brand but they do have good produce and lots of choices through out the store. All in all I give them 5 stars because of the fantastic staff theyre always helpful, and friendly the place reminds me of shopping at a local country store.

I keep feeling like the selection is small but I keep finding decent stuff I dont see at the other stores I shop at, like Beyond meat frozen pizza, pesto, larger Gardein packages, and vegan perogies. Dishwasher pods too. The vegan selection is pretty good and I get a feeling they have accessibility in mind because a lot of their items can be found on multiple shelves at different heights. Grocery Outlet, Bargain Market :)

I love our Chico grocery outlet. The choices are varied and I always find what I need Or something even better for a much better price. There beer and wine selection is excellent I’m never disappointed. The staff is friendly yet professional and always ready to help. I went in last night to pick up a few things after work. It was awesome Dan and Riki helped me to check out. It was great to see smiles. They were fast on the register so I wasn’t delayed and the conversation was wonderful.
