Employees are always nice and greet me at the door. Usually I only buy things on sale, and Ive gotten some good deals. Otherwise, many items just arent worth the full price tag. Anything nice here will cost a lot. I always have a coupon for purchases.I have gotten quite a few things that dont last and need to be returned because of cheap quality. I recently bought a kids pool and it lasted not even an hour before popping. Before that, I bought a blanket that couldnt even last through a wash. Youd think BBB would make sure everything they sell is good quality for the prices they charge.Once I tried returning something that a supervisor claimed they hadnt sold in 2 years. I had bought it just a month or so earlier. Keep your receipts!

I have to say this was literally the best customer service we have ever got! The entire team their is awesome but Julie the manage was so amazing I could have hugged her if it would not have come across strange lol. Not only did she help us on what we needed but she went above and beyond on everything for us! Thank you so much for everything Julie my husband I can’t tell you how much we appreciate all the help!!!

I understand we are still in Covid season, but on August 9th, my mother and daughter went into the Bed Bath and Beyond in Chico both wearing masks and wanted to look around for a few things. When they couldn’t find what they wanted, they asked an associate. She told them that it’s not something they carry. Ok, no problem my mon said. The associate then asked if she can help them find anything else. My mom said no, she was going to look around. Well, that’s when the associate told her that if she’s not there for something specific to buy then she is not welcome to just look around. That they want people only in there with a purpose to buy something.My mother felt very put off. What if she did end up buying something after looking around? But apparently we are unwelcome to look. What a shame. We are all fully vaccinated and still go in fully masked, yet if we don’t have something to buy in mind, don’t bother going in. Customer service has sure gone down hill over the years. It’s no wonder online shopping is still surging.I’m not mad about this trip my mom had, I’m saddened by how she was treated. Sad that I used to hold this store on a high threshold. Oh well…

Call me broke but some of the things they sell are shockingly overpriced... Actually most of the things they sell are overpriced. They do have quite a few unique items that might be worth paying an arm and a leg for though. Great kitchen stuff!

They did not have what we were looking for but the the guy that helped is was very nice, he went online to look and see who else in town my carry it and sent us over to look. He took the time to help us even though he knew we would be buying someplace else.

Who doesnt like Bed Bath and Beyond? We went in to get a mattress warmer and although they didnt have the one we were looking for, the associate was very helpful. He went online, found what we needed, and ordered it for us to be delivered. What a relief! Its a wonderful store with some hard to find items. Its stocked well, organized and a joy to be in when you have the time to do a leisurely shopping trip. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was I buying 1 other item, which I paid for up front at the checkouts, and it was a 10 minute wait. There was only one gal handling the front at the time. Another lady finally returned from break, looking bored & yawning. She didnt greet me, just rang the purchase up, gave me change, then walked away from her register. I still love the store though. Oh yeah, the bathrooms are super clean. :)

Nice, but cookie cutter shouldnt be the only concept here. Bring in some edge or some imagination to the patterns for the drapes.

We moved our son to Chico for school this weekend. One of our first shopping stops to help him get set up in his apartment was BB&B in Chico. The staff we extremely helpful! Customer service was the best Ive ever had in a retail store!! Thank you!!!!

I didnt actually go in or purchase anything.Im in the parking lot and my phone is asking me how it was so Im reviewing the parking lot as Im waiting for my friend.Solid parking lot overall, pretty standard and doesnt disappoint.Theres trees spaced out in the middle of rows every so many spaces, nice to have that.The light posts are satisfying and none of them of out.Overall Id rate the parking lot 4/5, will not disappoint you while you park and/or wait for your friendGood luck on your quest

I noticed a year ago the bedding department had better quality in bed spreads.. Also sheet sheets of 300 thread count or more now is little to non existent. And if you do find a set the pillow cases are sold separately at a high cost... This is a rip off... Been shopping this store 16 yrs plus... A sad to say in past few years bedding department has dropped in stock and quality....

Wonderful! Just thought Id check to see if they carried an instant pot! Opened door & there was exactly what I wanted! On Sale in walkway as I opened the door!! Needless to say I got one even tho I had forgotten my coupon, they gave me credit for it! Thus I not only got what I was looking for but for 20% less than I could get anywhere else! Woo Hoo!! Was also surprised to find they carry the scooter I needed when I broke my leg... Ordered it was here right on time & for less than I could get it for any place else!! This place is Awesome! Why go anywhere else!!!

Everyone that works at Bed Bath and Beyond in Chico CA, are absolutely wonderful. They are helpful, understand what you need, even if you are having trouble describing the item. They greet you when you walk in the door and thank you for coming to the store when you leave. I have not shopped there a great lot, but because of your staff, it is now my favorite place to shop. I just wish I n knew everyones name so I can add them to this comment. Thank You!

Had a good experience. Just went in not sure what to get some family members for Christmas. Found some good deals on coffee cups at 4.99 each(the ones that keep your coffee hot for 8 hours) and a Raider pillow for 14.99.

Friendly and helpful employees plus, their coupons help you save money every time you shop in one of their stores.

Excellent information and assistance from sales staff. 99% of the time, wanted items are in stock. Many items are a little pricey, but it is still a great store.

Might cost a little more but you get quality and if you stop in once in a when they always have some good deals on clearance stuff and they have things you dont see every place.

Employees are very helpful. Lots of variety in merchandise with new products every time I visit this store.

How many people don’t shop there due to whatever scent they have in the air. I was going to buy a new cappuccino machine, but the scent and accompanying headache drove me out. By the way, I’m not one of those hypersensitive individuals.

Great selection of pots and pans, always a wide variety of Keurig cups. Friendliest staff, always welcomes you with smiles and are willing to help find what you might be looking for. Even if this location doesnt have it, they will get it for you from another store.
