Went looking for a nice refrigerator and found an excellent one at a god price. Thy always seem to have what i need.

Just moved to area and bought a nice, clean used washer and dryer set. Shelly was super friendly and really knows her appliances. Hopefully, wont need to go back but will in a second if I need a different appliance.

Great lady. Asked Her a bunch of questions and She walked Me through the problem. The Washer was shot. Saved me a bunch of money on calling a repair person.

Dont get your dryers here, they wont work and they will tell you that your house is the problem when the dryer they gave you is bunk. Their mechanic tested and even said it was broken then got mad when we were correct that it was broken.

Ive heard theyre decent people and I was hoping to support a local business and buy a used fridge, which is better for the environment. Win/win, right? Well, they have a pretty blatant sign on their door not allowing children inside. Since I cant leave my two year old in the car, Ill be taking my business elsewhere this time..

Many decades in the business and it shows. They almost talked me out of buying from them ,, telling me how to fix my own appliance. Then when I was dead set on buying anyway they even reduced the price for me to make it more affordable. I love this place

Great place. Knowledgeable staff for DIYers. Was 90% there fixing an old gas range and Seth got me over the finish line. Shelley was an excellent marketer. If you have rentals, flip houses, or just looking to replace your older appliances with something in good working order at a good price, this is the spot.

Great customer service

So I called this place and talked to whom I’m guessing is the owner and was told I could bring my like new stove I just bought into this place and do a trade and possibly cash exchange for my electric stove for a gas stove. Mind you this stove is pretty much spotless super clean and I was willing to also pay whatever difference in cash. The guy I believe his name is micheal! Doesn’t even come out to look at the stove in the back of my truck stands there peaked out the window and says “yea we’re not buying that stove”! Proceeds to tell me they will pretty much take the stove off my hands so they can profit from this like brand new stove and I could buy a brand new stove from them! I’ve never dealt with people so unprofessional like these people I do not recommend them wasted my time after telling me that yes it can be exchanged!

These guys have earned a customer for life! I went to another store and ordered a part for my freezer. That store didnt tell me that there was separate parts that needed to be ordered!! Hello if it was broken I think I would need to replace it!!! I called Appliance Resale and they gave me all the information I needed and they ordered my parts that the other store failed to order. APPLIANCE RESALE is the store to go to. They are very informative and extremely helpful. They have earned a customer for life. Thanks guys.

Great place, found a kenmore washer that has worked well for a year. When it needed a tiny bit of service requiring it to be taken apart, they picked it up, did the work and returned it in a timely fashion!I like these folks because they respond to my calls and their prices are the best.

Freezer works great, but fridge side wont cool. I spent three hours troubleshooting my Broken fridge, to be sure I called Appliance Resale because for $60 they will diagnose or repair the fridge. So their Experienced tech comes to Diagnose my refrigerator. He walks in, looks for the manual to the fridge, cant find it. Asks me what the problem is, I say the Diffuser Is my guess. He looks at it, tests nothing and says Yep, its the diffuser and calls me later for a $112 quote, Plus labor, Plus the $60 fee. Ive been troubleshooting for years, and I cant Diagnose without testing, troubleshooting, using a Voltmeter etc. Call Northern Valley Appliance, or Tri-County Appliance...cause Appliance Resale Sucks!!!!!!!

Great service and super nice people

This company is first class, although I feel the range I purchased should have been checked out better before they sold it, they stood behind it all the way. First the oven igniter was not working so Nathan came out and replaced it. While he was there he noticed that the top burner igniter was also not working like it should so he ordered it and came out the next day and replaced it as well. He did all that at our house under warranty at no cost to us. I will definitely use and refer this company in the future.

I dont have a problem with the owners but our apartments have provided 2 washers both of which have broken and the delivery guy is HORRIBLE. He is rude and doesnt care about his customers or if they continue to have the same problem if it were up to me I would never go here!

Your better off buying a new appliance. The ones they sell break down often. a new one costs more but in the long run you will save time, money and headaches.
