Balloons look EXACTLY like pics. A few busted during installation and they returned immediately with replacement ones. It’s a joke to be charged 500$ to say the least. I sent a giant pink balloon to my niece and her husband to welcome their new baby girl. I am a return customer. Their service is great and their balloons make such unique gifts!

I was disappointed with this company. They dont know how to operate a business well. They had poor communication and no proactive customer service. They were also disorganized. They sent me a receipt for my order but no other correspondence. I had to be the one to proactively contact them to ensure everything was ready for the scheduled delivery. Carl was the individual who emailed me back, misspelling my name in both emails, and informed me everything was ready for my order. He even confirmed the address of the destination it was to be delivered to, but the day of my delivery, Paris312 called me saying they were at my house. Not ideal. And when I arrived at the restaurant, they didnt even take out 2 balloon arrangements out of the large plastic bags so we had to do that and set them up when guests were arriving. They also displayed the large balloon garland too low. My guests were constantly ducking underneath it. The one good thing is that the displays were pretty and looked like the pics, but there are multiple companies capable of doing that. For spending hundreds of dollars, Ill use a better company for my future parties. Its not just the displays that matter and they clearly dont know that or dont care.

We ordered Glam Tan balloons for Baby Shower and were very happy with our choice. The quality of balloons and accessories were absolutely wonderful, they were delivered and set up on time. Moreover, one ballon in bouquet of 7 did pop and the team brought a replacement of new bouquet very quickly. We will definitely come back and order balloon at Paris312 again! Thank you, guys!

Paris312 provided a balloon garland and giant balloons for the diploma pick-up for Northwestern University, Doctor of Physical Therapy program on June 25. They did an outstanding and phenomenal job. This was my first time ordering balloons from this place, and I was so happy with how they turned out! I wanted to surprise my mom for her 60th birthday on Friday, and she was so happy with them! I ordered a pink balloon bouquet and the number 60. The delivery was on time (they said around 9-11 and my mom said they came right at 9:30) and the gentlemen who delivered them was very friendly and enthusiastic. My MOH recently placed an order with Paris312 for my bachelorette party that was planned to be the pinnacle of decoration for the Airbnb we were staying in. She’d scheduled for delivery between 1pm-3pm on the Friday the bachelorette party was to start. We’d centered our arrival plans on making sure we could get the balloon decor set before the attendees arrived. By 4:30 that afternoon we were left waiting. My MOH called the Paris312 service line and received no answer. Shortly after, she’d received an email stating her order had been cancelled due to an issue with the card she’d used. The order had been placed in a timely manner to ensure the decorations were made and delivered in time for the party. She received no phone call from Paris312 about issues with the card until AFTER the scheduled delivery period. Why was there no communication earlier than this period in time?! Why were we not made aware even in the day previous to delivery?! Yes it’s just “balloons for a bachelorette party,” but the fact that this is solely the purpose of our order it was very upsetting for me to see my MOH so upset on the day of MY BACHELORETTE PARTY because of the lack of communication Paris312 provided her about the order.

Paris 312 is a fantastic, affordable way to give someone a celebratory experience during these socially distanced times. Twice in recent months we have used them for virtual celebrations — one 30th birthday party and one baby shower — and both times the balloons wowed our friends. The basic packages aren’t very expensive and delivery is free with a $25 purchase. (Though of course we tipped well in appreciation.) The staff was wonderful in working to be sure the balloons got to the right place and person to achieve the surprise. It is a great find to enable you to bring fun and beauty into remote celebrations. I love these people!

Planning a two year’s surprise staycation party was fabulous with Paris312. We walked into our room at the Langham and found 50 beautiful balloons floating and a gorgeous balloon display featuring the number 2. Momma may have had more fun than birthday boy with all the balloons but it was truly magical. How they delivered all the balloons in minus 0 temps I have no idea. When we checked out the balloons were still floating strong and I was so sad to leave the balloons, if only our car could have fit 50+ balloons I would have taken them all home. I ordered a balloon delivery late on a Saturday night for a Sunday afternoon birthday celebration for a friend. Not only do they fulfill orders THAT quickly and on a Sunday, but they offer FREE delivery! I realized at the last minute that we wouldnt be able to tape the balloons to a wall like the order suggests (we were using a common space in our apartment bldg and it is not permitted) so I emailed them bright & early asking if could edit the order. They offered to string the letter balloons into a banner for me to hang instead. It was PERFECT! And it arrived 30 minutes earlier than my requested delivery window.
