I went into this store on Labor Day weekend and bought nearly $100 worth of product. I paid additional cost to have my merchandise shipped. I have NOT received my purchased items and have since talked to someone in the store a week ago and they claimed they would call me back... that hasnt happened either. Now when I call no one answers. I suggest the owner get in contact with me immediately.

Got here 10 minutes before they were scheduled to open, waited an hour and no one opened the shop, so I turned around and biked home.

Small, not much selection, nothing like the Packers Pro Shop in Lambeau Field.

Summer “off season” but staff was not knowledgeable- didn’t know if they had things in stock and when they “didn’t see it on the shelf” they walked away to greet other customers walking in. Had to try and chase salesperson down and received no help.Some inventory but your better off ordering from the Bears online shop or NFL website.

Really poor signage. It’s a wonder they sell anything on the basis it’s impossible to find.Eventually found it. Despite saying it was open on google all day, the joker boys in the shop had the door locked and it said closed until 1. It was 12.30 ish.Went off to the planetarium and came back. He’d penned over the closed until 1pm and now written closed until 3 pm. 2.45pm. Came all the way from London to get messed around By these jokers. They could not even be bothered to open the doors and explain this coming nonsense.

Paid $25 to park to go to the store and then only to find the store isn’t that big, did not have a Bears Jacket of good quality and sizes. Total disappointment compared to the other Aports Tems Stores!

Ship by and receive by date has come and gone, no email with a reason and customer service is impossible to get an answer from. This would be the second Jersey I ordered from them that has taken over a month and confirmation email with send by date meant nothing to them.

Guarantee ship date is a lie! Be careful when ordering from here, they do not send status updates, nor tell you when something is back ordered! Never again will I order from here...never!

I have been waiting for a week now for someone to get back to me regarding an order that I placed, being held @ a FedEx facility. I called the actual store & was told that the online store was in the midst of inventory ALL WEEK! The only thing Im requesting is the rerouting of my order, and Im obviously willing to pay the extra charge for the rerouting. I was then told @ the store that the general manager would call me to resolve the problem. Im still waiting. Also, their online stores website page where you are supposed to fill out a form to send them an email doesnt work. It feels like Im dealing with a cheap business in some developing country.

Always has the latest and greatest in bears wear.The tribute to service are my favorites and always fly off the racks. Clearance rack always has great bargains

Store doesnt have everything your looking for!!! Great store but parking price sucks was there on a no game day spend 10 minutes in the store was charge $22 for parking thats why I gave it a 2 star

Took a cab to get here from the Hancock, having checked online that it was open, and it was closed because of the half marathon. I dont see why the store opening and a race being run are mutually exclusive, but either way, I checked online and it said it was open, so thanks for the wasted journey and water dollars.

The staff was so nice. I came in a closing and they still helped me with everything and were patient. The prices are very fair, and I purchased a Forte Jersey.

I feel even fatter walking around here because the floors creak every time I take a step.But other than that, Sporting Goods galore! Id go broke in here.
