Friendly staff, helped me pick out a backpack that fit my needs!

I highly recommend going to this store. Amazing products and very sanitary! The two ladies who were there when my sister and I went were very polite and patient with us.

Very cool store. Friendly staff. Found several sweaters that are a good fit for a slim build. Jackets seem extremely warm. Everything is very high quality.

I leave my backpack at the store to be fix since March 2020. I totally understand about the Covid situation but, the store has already been open for a month and a half, I have to call them again and again to ask for updates (more than 6 times). The assistant manager keep informing that it will be fixed by next week or week after. Keep postponing like 3-4 times. I have been waiting for 6 months to replace the strap for my backpack. I will keep the community updated on how this work out.

Nice and helpful staff, not pushy at all. Even when you dont buy anything they are still very nice. Makes for a pleasant experience when youre looking around for gifts or looking at things for yourself.

Wonderful experience here today. Came in to purchase two Singi Down Jackets. The manager took are of my wife and I personally, calling several stores in several different states to ensure we received the right jackets. Thank you so much for helping us on our move! Went in to buy a parka and had a good experience on 12/4. Girl working was super helpful explaining all the differences in the jackets to me and helping me find a good size. She was very professional even though I came in pretty close to close andHad a lot of question. I ended up getting the jacket she recommended me because I loved the fit and warmth and they had a promotion where you cans get a free backpack with purchase, which made me super happy as I love their backpacks. I was pleased to learn their jackets have a “lifetime warranty” which made me feel good about investing the money into it.

It’s a very nice boutique. Simple and effective layout throughout the store; men’s on the left, women’s on the right. Price is very similar to Patagonia. Service was good, there was only one girl working in the store (didn’t get her name, but kudos to the kind blonde) but she did a very good job of being attentive and helpful to about four different groups of customers. Not an easy task.

This was my first visit. I was impressed with the quality and style of the clothing. If you are an active person go take a look for yourself. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A friend and I went here recently because shes a huge fan of the brand. The salespeople were nice and she ended up making a spontaneous purchase that she was really happy with. They also had great magazines and a free tea sample from a nearby tea shop.

Fjallraven is a great store. Ive been there twice since it opened in Wicker Park, and each time have had a great experience.The quality of the clothes is great, but the staff is really what makes this place so cool. Both times Ive been Ive had great conversations with the manager, who even invited me to the special store opening event. The staff embodies the brand; nice, helpful, and cool.

Nice atmosphere. Very personable and unpretentious staff. With the help of the Store Director, I found two great buys: The Kånken No.2 & the Kånken card wallet. The Store Director is doing an excellent job! My hat is off to him and his team!

The people there helped me decide on buying a bike and I ended up coming out with two pairs of shoes because I was looking for shoes while thinking about whether it was worth it to buy a bike. The staff are very knowledgeable and really willing to help a bud out. Amazing Service.

A manager named Ben was very rude to my husband who was trying to drop off the jacket for repair. He called and confirmed with him beforehand what is needed but he asked for a written confirmation from the customer service (?) even though we had receipt with warranty. He was very unprofessional.

Small little shop that packs some of the best jackets, pants, beanies etc. that money can buy, we love our gear, worth every penny and the staff were all very helpful, everyone was extremely nice and they helped me locate everything I wanted even if it was at a different store.

The people who work here are always super friendly. They are there to help you with whatever problems you have with the products from the brand, or when you are making any buying decisions.

I was ready to drop some serious money here for a jacket. I asked the person behind the counter for some help looking for a specific down jacket. She just pointed me in a general direction and went back to to moving around some items around the store. I asked a few questions about the product and she had no idea and didnt even try to find the answer out for me. I proceeded to leave the store , research more about the product myself and purchase it online.

They sent out my jacket to be fixed for free! Decided to buy another jacket.
