I reached out about the watch via the omega website and was quickly put in touch with the local boutique. Fast email responses, easy purchase process, and an amazing in-store experience. Fanglu didnt miss a single detail! A hidden note to my fiancee in the box ( he didnt know he was getting it that day, he thought we were just looking), chilled and packaged champagne to takeaway (following covid guidelines) and they even unexpectedly gave me gorgeous flowers to take home. What a great experience with this Omega boutique!I stopped in to look at some Seamasters on a recent Friday afternoon. The entire staff greeted me and made me feel at home.Chloe Drujon was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable as she let me have my go at trying all the watches on my list.As I was about to leave I asked her about my Speedmaster, I was looking to upgrade from a leather strap to steel bracelet as I have been having a hard time finding one in stock anywhere. Chloe said give me a minute and went in the back, to my surprise she comes out a few minutes later with a bracelet presented beautifully along with my Speedy Pro! She gave me a fair offer and I had them install and size for me.My Speedy looks like a new watch now!Left a very happy customer and will come back to see Chloe for my next timepiece!

Was in Chicago for the day and visited here. I had a loose pin on my Sea Master and asked them if they could take a look at my watch. I didnt want anything falling off while walking around. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and absolutely took care of me. The young woman took my watch to the back and replaced two of the loose pins and tubes, one more than I thought I had. What a great bunch of people. I think I might have to use them for my next servicing. Thanks again!

Wow wow wow! While surfing Omegas website, I stumbled upon a very inexpensive Omega ring to match my Seamaster pro! Turns out they were only available through the Omega Boutiques and not online. Being that I live over 9 hours by car away from the nearest boutique, I put in a request for information. Within an hour or so I got a call from Alexis! She was super helpful and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns over sizing of the ring because I lived in another state. I placed my order with the Chicago Boutique over the phone and within a few business days I received my ring beautifully packaged! It was as though I had ordered a $10,000 watch (as opposed to the $200 ring it actually was.) Thank you to Alexis and the rest of the Chicago Omega Boutique team for delivering a top notch buying experience for something that costs less then my typical Amazon Prime Orders haha!

This boutique is a very nice, clean yet smaller boutique. The staff were extremely kind and helpful even disregarding the fact that we were sweaty tourists who clearly didnt look the part of a luxury watch buyer. The sales rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the product and had an answer for every question I had and she had no problem pulling out watches to show me. With Omega being my favorite watch brand it was nice to see the way they present themselves to the average looking Joe. I would certainly recommend the AD.

I visit every once in a while just to admire. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and encourage you try on watches. You can likely find timepieces discounted elsewhere but the boutiques atmosphere and customer service truly elevates the experience. If you have the means and are purchasing for a special occasion, Id say its definitely worth it.

I been trying to get a copy of the Speedy Tuesday magazine with no luck. Im a huge Omega fan with several watches. The woman on the phone was so helpful and said she would send one out right away.

I stopped by today and had an AWESOME experience here. I ordered some extra links for a bracelet and picked up a nato strap that will go well with two of my Omegas- a Speedmaster and 50th Anniversary GMT. If I had more time I would have most likely picked out my fourth Omega!But truly, the best part of my experience was the service. I was assisted by Gareth who was patient and extremely helpful and knowledgable. I only had time to pick up a strap, but I was treated as if I was purchasing a high-end luxury timepiece. It was really nice to be treated as if I was someone special and important. Its rare nowadays to get such service. I certainly will be back.
