My other go to when in the USA (besides Sf).And I can say I have frequented here more than the one in NYC perhaps due to the service.No complaints for: Phone/email/text/in person

Jamie was absolutely wonderful! Extremely attentive and super friendly. I wasnt even planning on buying the bag I did but because of him I decided to go for it. The other guy that was there was also very attentive and friendly. I went to all the other luxury stores and they were by far the absolute BEST and thats why I bought from them. This is my second order from this location.Angela was very helpful and gave me follow up within a day. After this pandemic, I am tired of waiting follow ups. But she did her best to help me even though the bag is not in stock this location. Here is the only Goyard location where get the phone call and give an answer. I love here! Jamie was top notch at this location. The shopping experience was pleasant and Jaime was very accommodating and patient. I am a now a loyal customer of this location for life. At the time I was choosing between a LV Neverfull GM and a St. Louis GM as a replacement travel bag. The service and knowledge of not only the product but Jamies ability to address what could be seen as a negative is what sealed the deal for me. I spoke to my husband about the drawstrings on the Neverfull, Jamie pushed the sides of the bag in and rebutt that problem. I also spoke about the clip on the inside of the Neverfull, Jamie showed me the bag clip to keep the bag closed. You have to really know your product to have a rebuttal for any concern a customer may have. The great service sold the product for me and I happen to love my bag as well.

I was frantically looking for the bag and I had called a few stores and Andy and Franklin (so sorry if Im butchering the spelling of your name!) went above and beyond to help me secure the bag yall! Its rare that I treat myself so when I find something I want - thats what I want! They helped me get exactly the item I was looking for, right size, right color, right attitude!!!! I had such a blast talking with them on the phone, they made spending upwards of $2,000 such a fun experience and I would shop there over the flagship stores Ive shopped at in the past just to be in their presence and laugh with them!
