Very friendly customer service. Ordered some shelves on-line and pick them up curbside delivery. No waiting. The store has all the greatest storage devices in the history of man. Not just boxes, but storage that could be used as decorations too. The alpha shelves are wonderful. They will help customize any closet or pantry or wherever you want to put them. They often go on sale. Check them out its a great place to go.

My husband and I had the best experience designing our new closets with The Container Store! Patrick D. was beyond helpful in designing our closets, answering questions and concerns, and meeting our needs, aesthetically and monetarily. He was a joy to work with, and he made the process way less intimidating than we thought it would be!

I finally had my garage done last year and had Container Store design and install the storage. There was a problem with the original design and subsequent modifications making it over to what was installed but Container Store fixed it immediately. Love my garage storage now, would definitely recommend!

If you are looking to organize or even just pretending to want to organize this is the place to go, they have wide assortment of products ranging from logic to something you may not expect.You need a spice rack they got you covered, need suitcase on short notice they got your back, containers for you oils or various liquids used in cooking check, usb cable manage items big 10-4 good buddy, you want to organize your closet come on down, they will help you with that.And of course a wide assortment of other products include household garbage cans, various office supply items and wide arrange of nick nacks that would be lucky if you use only once, but sometimes the once is all that is important for the item.The only word of warning I have is try to have some self control, I know I didn.t.... unfortunatley :P

Absolutely horrible customer service, particularly from Kyle. Had been waiting 45 minutes for them to correct a previous order pick error. When I asked how it was going, he rolled his eyes and said “someone else is helping, what more do you want”. Avoid the eye rolls and screw ups and shop elsewhere

Tip - Container Store does a 30% off elfa shevling every year at the end of January until mid-Feb or March. Great gift idea of a new closet for Christmas!They will help you design your closets and will cut everything to how you need it. It is all pretty quick. We have hired the installers and installed it ourselves - while not hard, getting installers is def the way to go if it is more than a couple of pieces!

How much do I love the container store? Can you love a store too much? I think I do because I can spend hours roaming the isles, just looking and getting ideas. I have intimate knowledge of the elfa system and have users them for closets and pantries and every apartment I have ever lived in. Making spaces better and leaving them for the next tenants. The landlords should thank me. I just moved and I got some new ones for my room. I love em 🤩. Plus, I love all the over the door hooks and doodads they have there to help you maximize and organize any space.

Its the happiest place on earth - I love The Container Store! I dont mind that things are a bit pricey in here because, to be honest, most of the stuff in here is cool, rather unique (or hard-to-find in person), and high quality. Its kind of like an in-person shopping experience in a home and office organization magazine. I wish they had a cafe so I could just hang out there with a coffee on a rainy day.

This place is useless. You ask them for help, they say they’re going to call someone and never do. Then when they see you they say nothing like they already forgot what you asked them 5 min ago. Then when you do find someone they’re of no help whatsoever. I’ll spend the extra time and go to a different location because this place is a waste.

This store is generally busy but the staff are usually as helpful as they can be. Ive worked on a number of Alfa closet systems with designers from the store and have been happy with all of them. If youre an organization geek dont step in the store....youll never leave. 😉

When you live in a small apartment every inch of space counts. I find being super organized goes a long way. The container store always has a solution no matter how odd my needs are. From dog treat to socks to random cords i may use one day they have me covered. It is not always the cheapest but the quality is very high

What cant I say about the container store, this place has a container for everything you could imagine. They have other household knickknack items too. The kitchen tools section is wonderful, I have reorganized my kitchen with lots of containers from this store. Want to stay organized? This is a great place to start. They have good prices, the staff is always extremely helpful and the store parking lot is large so there is plenty of parking.

Can always find something in there that u can use. They have a container for everything. If this was Oprahs same favorite store, then it is a pretty good store. Place is always clean and organized. The staff is very sharp and kind as well.

This place is every organizer’s dream ❤️ although, the prices at this store seemed a little inflated in my opinion. I think you can get the same items for less at different stores, but if you are looking a wide array of containers, this is a one-stop-shop for you.

Nice selection great staff

The staff were extremely helpful. They wrapped all of our purchases and even loaded the car. They have a very nice selection of storage and organizational supplies and furniture. The prices are a little on the high side, but the quality is usually a bit better than similar stores. The check out can also be very busy on nights and weekends.

I found the item I wanted online but wasnt sure how many I wanted so I decided to go and see them myself. They were on sale and the line was quick. There were plenty of sales people available on the floor and everyone was pleasant. I was back home in about 45 minutes. Nice!

Easy in parking, helpful staff, and a great selection. At first I was like nah, looks like a yup store thatll charge me an arm and a leg but it wasnt bad. They have lots of sales going on so patience is key! On top of all this, their staff makes product recommendations in like a pick of the week section. I know you might be thinking okay well they could just be recommending to sell the worst crap but they seemed like quality products with well thought our reviews. I appreciated it

I have never had a bad experience at the Container Store until today when I was lied to about their customer tracking program. I was told Id get a discount today. Thats not true. I hate those programs and I never sign up for the hem and now theyll be hounding me to visit a store I go into every 5 years or so.

Searching for travelers containers and id holders and suitcase spotter tags. This is the best place for those items. They are inexpensive and color keyed to let you see your bags on the conveyor belt. Plenty of parking available.

I went to buy a plastic containers , I was very impressive with the varieties and quality of products.

Love being here. I found everything I need, plus some things that I knew I could find a use for. Pretty expensive, but very good quality items. They can also customize a closet or pantry for you, all you need is the measurements and some pitcures. The staff are also very friendly, and will only bother you once or twice. Very large store, and Im sure I spent 2 hours at least in there.

My wife is under the impression that this is a six star store out of five. Whenever she goes here, it means we need new boxes for a closet or shelf or drawer. It means we need more hangers, but only THIS kind of hanger. And, I mean, I like being organized and I like the stuff and its all seemingly quality stuff, but ... the prices add up. Otherwise, seems like a fine place...

I always find something really worthwhile, from a little $2.00 kitchen gadget all the way to a custom closet installed (we have 4 of them) very knowledgeable employees at the North Ave Chicago location!!!

Best service and selection of home organizing and storage products. I am also always surprised that their prices are as low or lower than larger department type stores and online retailers. Way easier to shop and find what you need here than at Target or Amazon.

Great place for home organization. My girlfriend made me come here to work on closet reorg and we left with 2 dozen boxes and some drawers. They were helpful when deciding what items I should get and made lots of suggestions, very good service.

Container store is awesome. You can organize pretty much anything with the stuff youll get after a trip to this place. Every time I get a new piece of gear, I take a trip.

I love boxes. Boxes of all shapes, sizes and color are great for categorizing stuff and making sure I can easily find what I need. If youre like me, then the Container Store will make you feel like a kid in a candy store. This place has every conceivable box, container, storage receptacle you can think of. If youre home, car, garage or office needs any form of organisation, Im pretty sure the solution can be found here.The variety is huge and the prices are fairly reasonable. Try to go when theres a sale going on and you can find really really good deals on some items. The place is well laid out, never feels crowded and staff are always on hand ready to assist. Do note that you are buying boxes so it will get a little bulky and cumbersome to carry home if you dont have a car!
