Paid in November. Scheduled delivery Jan 8. Disappointed with wait, but scheduled day off work to receive. They called me the night before and told me that it wasn’t coming until March 16. When asked why was given three different stories 1. Lost in transit. 2. Warehouse closed for cleaning. 3. Production delay.Still will not answer any emails. Will not give refund. Caution. Get in touch with me if you want to see verification of any of this.

The Peleton commercials are less than inspiring or motivating. You take a perfectly fit individual/model and throw them on your over-priced bike and then what? After they supposedly continue exercising for some unknown duration on the money pit, they still look exactly the same as they did Day One. Perfect.

Im so upset with the customer service. They had the wrong delivery address for my bike and then made me wait another month to get it based on their mistake?!! Im more upset on the way they didnt acknowledge the mistake at all. Also, the first customer service rep hung up on me, had my number, and never called me back. Theyre growing quickly, I get it - but isnt that their problem to fix???

Helpful and friendly staff and great way to test out their machines before spending a small fortune to buy one. Seems most of the negative reviews here have more to do with the delivery crews or the TV ads, which doesnt seem fair.

Great service from Martin walking my wife and I thru the bike introduction and the purchasing process. He actually followed up with a email,outlining the bikes cost and monthly class fees. Peloton kept us informed on the delivery process and we were comfortable with theiroverall service.My wife loves her new birthday Peloton bike and all the great classes. Thanks Martin!

I ordered my Peloton bike April 16th and paid in full at that time. I was then notified I would not receive my bike until June 2nd! I cannot believe that I have paid this much money for an item I will not receive until 6 weeks from now! I have since then tried to contact their support team and cannot get through to speak to anyone! I was on hold for over 30 minutes yesterday and did not speak to a single individual. I am CURRENTLY on hold and it’s been almost 25 minutes.If you are thinking of ordering a bike be prepared to pay a ton of money, not see the item for months, and you can’t cancel your order because you can’t reach anyone to talk to them!!! I am very frustrated with Peloton and their customer service.
