Really interesting concept. All the typical convince items at a small store. Right now it feels like a novelty over an everday practically. Its definitely a bizarre feeling walking out having not checked out.

The future is here!! This is how I Hope automation will go. The store had incredibly helpful staff that walked me through the step by step process of downloading the amazon go app. Then I literally wondered the store, grabbed a cookie, and then walked through the doors. About thirty seconds later I got a notification with my receipt. I can’t wait until amazon’s example is spread to every buying experience in the country. It doesn’t lose the human interaction. Quite the contrary! I felt like I had more personal interactions and neither of us had to worry about the actual payment process.

Very nice store! Employees were kind and helpful, and the store was stocked fully. Great location as well, located within walking distance to many hotels.

Lots of healthy and fun food and beverage options that are priced way below what you would find in other places in downtown Chicago. They have 2 microwaves and a place to sit if you pick up a meal and the helpers are incredibly friendly.

Future of grocery/convenient store shopping!Super clean and high-tech. Pick up what you want, it will charge your account. If you put it back you will not get charged.Put what you want in a bag and walk out. No lines or cashiers.

Interesting idea and concept. A good amount of grab-and-go foods, prepared foods, fresh meats, and cookies. it is essentially like youre going into a Walgreens and dont have to talk to anybody- just grab and go. Everything in there looks pretty fresh too.

Super convenient, and prices were much more reasonable than traditional drug stores or hotel gift shops when traveling (needed some ibuprofen). Still easy to access if you don’t have the Amazon Go app.

Entered excited to see it.His idea was wonderful, but this branch was small (I do not know about the rest) and it did not contain any special products that make me buy it.
