Always helpful! Willing to answer all questions. Was able to match a foundation color super fast. Very knowledgeable when finding the correct foundation. Because I already had foundation on. But she was able to swatch a little area without messing up my foundation.

I cant express enough that Maria was AWESOME, even at 6:27am. Ive been to multiple MAC locations for products. This is the ONLY time Ive felt valued as a customer. She took the time to understand my needs, and anticipated my wants. She wasnt there just to sell me a product, but to ensure I got the products that I needed. MAC dropped the ball the last visit I had, at the JFK airport, Maria picked up the ball, and made MAC a solid score, with GREAT customer service.

So conveniently located between Terminal 1 and the EF gates. I realized Id forgotten my foundation, I walked in, and 5 minutes later I had foundation and was ready for my flight. The store design looks amazing too

I visited today and was served at 9:52a.m by Amanda.The entire time during my visit she was on her phone.I asked her do you have this product and she said no.She didnt give me any customer service or ask if I needed any help, nor did she try to find substitutions.Not very attentive at all. Not enthused at work.Didnt answer product questions. Her cellphone entertained her.

Im a Flight Attendant and shop at Ohare during sits,so do my co-workers but Ibwont be shopping at this location ever again. The young lady working the counter on Aug 5 at around 230pm was doing her makeup when I want into the shop, asked her if I would buy a lipstick and some items if she could do a little bit of makeup on me, she stated no because she was busy. Yet a customer came in and she applied makeup to this customer also she was applying makeup when I first walked in. Very rude and this is the second time I get attitude from this location! Bad customer service!

Shopping at MAC Cosmetics, 1-, 99 Upper Level T2 St, Chicago, IL 60666 inside terminal 2 at ORD is easy and convenient to pick up items. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is my little haven in O’hare. Employees are always helpful & I always end up with something beautiful & fun.
