The ladies in here are always so sweet! I have been coming here for years. Prices are good too!

This is my official beauty supply store of Hyde Park 🙌🏾 Staff is so nice here and the prices are great 👍🏾 I came in looking for some colored edge gel which is really hard to find and amazon sells for double to triple the price of stores. I was very happy with the selection and the price. Both ladies were super helpful and really nice. One lady was brushing a woman’s hair who was trying on a wig and I even heard her offer a discount if she bought the other wig she was trying to decide on 💁🏽‍♀️ She helped me find everything I was looking for too. The lady on the register was very nice and helpful as well, she greeted me when I came in and wished me a good day when I was leaving. I understand the other beauty supply store in Hyde Park deals with the high schoolers more so they are on high alert, but I like the customer service here, as well as the selection and prices so I will be back 👌🏾

The. Parking lot rules is so bogus over there. My car was booted for backing into a park instead of pulling in. No warning sign but booted. And then said plus you was in there for more then 15 minutes. Really!!! Never again will I shop in no of the stores over there. And yes this is my neighborhood

I find the owners/employees to be a bit prejudice. If you want our money you should be more polite and less suspicous. Not all black people steal ;) Besides them watching me like a hawk and neglecting to greet mebthey do have a lot of great products for a decemt price.

I’ll keep this short. I went into this store and was followed around for my entire visit by an employee. It made me extremely uncomfortable and angry. When I did finally check out, they overcharged me. They somehow “accidentally” charged me twice for the most expensive item I purchased. The woman was very condescending and unapologetic about being caught trying to steal from me. How ironic...
