Veronica from printing services is incredible! Helped me to ensure the files printed for work were of good quality and not pixilated. She takes a lot of pride in her work and was patient helping everyone as they came in. Cool under pressure. 100% recommend for all your printing needs.

I had to buy some super important thank you cards, letters, and envelopes. There are two envelope aisles and I couldnt find matching ones in one of them. Kenyatta walked me to the other aisle and helped me find matching envelopes. Happy and will visit again!

I was having issues with printing a large graphics file. One of the staff - Amanda, made several attempts to reduce the file size that wud eventually helped to get the file printed. Appreciate her patience n initiatives!!!

No customer service what so ever stay far away from this location if your black. You would be treated differently from the time you walk in until you leave the business. no one asked me if I needed any help which at the time I really did.only thing I was offered was a card with instructions.. this place I just terrible never going back

Im so glad this Staples is still around because they are getting harder to find. Every year, spiral notebooks (among other school supplies) go on super sale and I stock up. They are perfect for my needs, and the displays are overstocked so you dont have to worry about them not having sale items in stock. Thanks for keeping me organized Staples!

Last week I went into this Staples to get some documents printed off a flash drive. I thought I would have to drop it off and come back , but Gabe who works in the printing department showed me how to print it out myself. He was so nice and patient with me! As I was leaving the store, I remembered I had to get envelopes and so I went back and Katrina, who was very friendly and efficient helped me at the register. Unfortunately, when I got back to my office, I realized I had left my wallet on the counter, so I ran back and luckily, Katrina had found it and given it to Kenyatta (who I believe is the store manager) and she also couldnt have been nicer! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I usually shop on Amazon to avoid disgruntled managers and cashiers.But at this location, BRYON W. (manager) and TIARA O. (cashier) really impressed me and made me choose to come back to the physical store at Washington and Wabash (111 N. Wabash). Despite being extremely busy during the back-to-school sale, Bryon and Tiara were both kind, accommodating, and informative. They both went above and beyond their call of duty in customer service. Bryon knew item locations in the form of aisle numbers as well as anyone knows their own phone number or address. I personally was impressed with this, but I also heard other customers verbally express their pleasant surprise at his knowledge and willingness to help multiple people at once with their individual needs. Thanks for hiring such excellent staff!

Excellent customer service!! You can tell the employees that work the printing center are very busy, but they manage to find time to make the customers a priority and help you out without acting like you’re a huge pain. I was mistaken about a quote for something and was pretty annoyed at the time, but the employees amazed me at how they handled the situation even though in the end I realize was wrong! Thank you for you professionalism and exceptional customer service! You have really won over my loyalty and business!

So I went to purchase some paper for my printer, I stood in line to wait my turn, lady in the front didn’t even greet me, nor said anything to me. She was just standing there, 7 seconds later she kept standing there and said let me scan the item. I just put it on the counter and I thought that she was going to do it. She wanted me to do it for her. Might as well get some self check out matachines there. It would of been much better than dealing with rude people like her.

Well stocked supply store with fast turn around printing service available. Computer and computer supply knowledge was less than expected. Had a last minute rush two-sided print job done of two different postcards done. They printed one postcard to flip from left to right and the other postcard (both on the same order) to flip from top to bottom. Lesson learned - if getting print work, be clear on how you want it done as they will not think to do the same order the same way. Spoke up about it and was impressed to receive a call from the manager to try to make it right.

The employees here are incredibly unhelpful. They processed my documents incorrectly 3 times and then would not prioritize them the next morning. I went to UPS at 17 E Monroe St and it was a completely different experience- the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend going there instead for your printing needs.

Purchased a $1 notebook and asked if they could cut it a little smaller. Perhaps naively, I assumed it would be easy and not cost anything (or not much). I walked out of there paying over $7 for a $1 notebook. Of course, they told me the price after they cut it. I would have never asked them to do that knowing theyd charge me more than 600% the cost of the actual item. I Do not recommend you use them for any services.

I often go to this Staples to print documents, its close and convenient for me. However the last time I went, I was very disappointed in the customer service. I was standing at the desk and this woman looks at me and says can I help you? in a tone that sounded as if I were disturbing her. I tried to explain that the printing machines were not working for me. I used three different cards—all of which work—and tried every one of the machines. The woman proceeded to tell me that my cards dont work. I told her no, the machines specifically all said card approved before they displayed my files from my flash drive. When I chose a document to print, it said Unable to print. Please get an associate. I went back to the desk and told her. Frustrated with me, she said it cant read your file. I tried the file in PDF and as a Word document. The printer started spewing out papers with symbols on them, and then I was still charged for it. All of this happened while she stayed behind the desk, not even coming out to assess the situation herself. I have never felt like I was in the wrong as a customer so much as I did at Staples. She was so rude to me. I took my flash drive to the UPS store and they had no problem printing my documents for me and did it free of charge for my prior trouble. I will never go to this Staples ever again.

Not the employees’ fault. Staples needs to pay their enployees fairly. I used their online inventory function to make sure they had an item in stock so I wouldn’t waste time. It wasn’t actually in stock (despite what the online tool said) and I saw two employees in the entire store at around 6:00pm, both busy for minutes each helping other customers. The store itself was messy and poorly staffed.

I was in the Today, Print Tech was not helpful was not attentive I shop at the Staples for years.I was disappointed in the service. Knowing the have other projects did not like service I received not once did they asked did I need or could they help with my printing service.I feel corporate needs to know about service in the store.

Needed a poster printed the same day. Online system alerted me that my poster image was of low quality. I called the store to help me resolve the issue. Spoke with Richard who was excellent and helped me through the process. Just picked up my poster and it looks great!

Store is good but their price match rules sucks!!! Went to do a price match with amazon and one of the employee there said they only match those that are sold and ship by amazon as long as they are not prime. Meaning anything that has a prime logo displayed wont be match even if non prime users can avail it at the same price. I bet 99% of amazon stuff has prime logos.

I ordered a brand new monitor and it was dead on arrival, but I called a month later as I was away on business trip and did not have time to test out the product. I called the store and they report since I called 14 days after order there is nothing they can do. I will never order another electronic from Staples again.

This place is convenient but the employees are poorly trained and lack even basic communication skills.They have clear advertising everywhere of USPS services, which they apparently dont offer. When I questioned how to ship USPS didnt understand the difference between UPS and USPS. Poor guy hasnt even been trained on what their signage is clearly advertising.The product I was purchasing was marked as $2. I was then charged $8. They acted like it was MY FAULT that it was charged incorrectly and was an utter inconvenience to them to remedy their problem. I was just an utter inconvenience to them.I really will try and avoid shopping here. Staples should be able to do better!o

Was told a print could be done in 1 hour, it was pushed back 4 hours and eventually I was told they couldnt print what I needed before closing and ultimately paid over $300 for low quality pixelated prints. Was referred to staples customer support office of the president but they were arguably worse than the original experience.Avoid printing last minute here.

Terrible customer service! I was trying to return something from my companys business account since what I purchased was too large. All I was told is you have to call, theres nothing we can do. That by far is the worst customer service assistance a company can have. I wasnt even offered a Let me call and see what we can do since youre here anyway. Nope, just a You have to call and he walked away.

Conflicted in writing a review, but the printing area there is a lady who appears to be a manager.. I go to her and ask for help with the printer, which had been unable to access a file from my Google Drive or to open the attachment from an email. She tells me over the counter, didnt move her butt off the chair to show me how to fix the problem, and talks to me like I am an inconvenience to her day. She tells me, I just need to open the email attachment.. Really?? I did do that and its not working, thats the entire problem. So, the other man behind the counter wearing a blue shirt comes around to help me when he can. He was very helpful and apologetic, and ended up not charging me, I think, as a result of him also being frustrated at this womans severe lack of customer care and assistance. So the 1 star is because of this woman, not the guy in the blue shirt.

Staff was inattentive and both copy machines failed to print. Staff member J was particularly overwhelmed and undersupported because when directly asked about machines admitted they were frequently broken. Did not offer to do my printing on empty machines operated by store. Wasted 2 hours of my day, still had to go to FedEx

I visited here to get a print and they charging you to getting that print and the problem is their computer is so slow and not up to date, it took me 5 minutes to open Google Drive and after doing that it says your interest browser is not supported and I had to send that file to my mail and spend another 5 minute again to retrieve it.
