Walked in here almost two years ago when taking my two young sons on a walk around the neighborhood. Weve been back almost every week since! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Really nice store with a really nice selection. The staff was very friendly. Their independent section is some of the best Ive seen. Their manga selection was a little lacking but thats par for the course in any comic shop. I look forward to shopping there again.

Very open fell and much larger than prior location. Paid street parking is available. Great broad range selection for adult and kids.

Its not good man I am angry at them because you can get two packs of pokemon cards per customer and when it was my turn they did not want to give me any cards cause they say 2 per group but it says 2 per CUSTOMER

Great comic book shops with tons of back issues of Marvel and DC comics. Theyve also got an excellent selection of newly released comic, graphic novels, collectors editions and memorabilia . Nice helpful staff as well.

Comic shop chain location with a neighborhood feel. Perhaps its the building its in, or perhaps its the friendly staff, but this Graham Crackers is really a great store. I love the selection of trades and single issues. And the fact that they have access to the inventory of any other Graham Crackers doesnt hurt. If youre a comic fan whos out off by comic shop chains stop in and give this location a look. Its certainly made me change my mind.

Really love this location, theres actually enough space to move around without feeling like youre going to back into someone, which is unique for a comic shop! Plus Kayleigh and Nick are awesome. Now if I could just remember to put my Pokemon Go code on the sign up sheet...

First time guest, small selection, back stock un-shopable, and never greeted or offered assistance by staff.

Love this store! Its not my main store but Im always treated well any time I stop in, and Nick is always super helpful when I need help tracking something down. Definitely recommended!

Special shout outs to Nick! I am getting married in one month and I have been painstakingly trying to track down copies of the Spider-Man wedding issue as groomsmen gifts. He has been helping me for over a week gather up as many copies as he could. I just picked then up and theyre perfect. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable and I always have a great time when I visit. Love picking up my subscriptions and chatting with the manager Nick or the other staff. Great selection & you even get to pick out 3 free 50¢ comics on new comic book day (Wednesdays).

Graham cracker is a nice place I oftentimes come here if the other shops dont have a item or something of that sort I just wish there anime/manga section was was as big as there old location but they always have a nice graphic novel section and collectibles so thats a plus

When I moved to Uptown last summer I wasnt sure if there were any comic shops in this area. It was a nice surprise to discover the Edgewater location. Its clean, well organized and the titles I like are always in stock. Nick is always right there to help with anything you need and you can tell that his concern for the customers is genuine.

I have never really been loyal to a comic store before, but Graham Crackers is now the only place I’ll go to. The staff is so great that they’ve spoiled me for any other place in the city. They remember what I like, hold things for me, and are just all around amazing. In an age where customer service is a thing of the past, GC is a breath of fresh air, and an absolute pleasure that resets the bar on what can be done with a caring team that never disappoints! Give those kids a raise!!!

I would highly recommend a visit to this store if youre on the north side of Chicago. The sales clerk was friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. He also asked thoughtful questions about me as a collector and advised me on their news feeds. They had a clean and well-organized store. The back issues offered a nice selection, were well-priced, and also organized. I would recommend a road trip to visit this store and their Lakeview location as well. Kid-friendly.

Up to date on all comic books. The staff has excellent comic book knowledge. Will hold books of your choice to pick up on a week to week basis. An they have lots of cool comic book related accessories.

Good comic shop with a huge selection of comics and some memorabilia. Does not carry much in the way of MTG or tabletop gaming. Reasonable prices make it a great comic store.

In response to Sonny Rs post below...I have literally followed the staff across three locations in the city now. (Starting at Lakeview I think, then Edgwater, now Andersonville) and have traveled far out of my way to buy comics from the friendly staff here.I am sorry Sonny had a bad experience, but they should realize that on a Tuesday afternoon at a comic shop, the staff is going to be prepping for the Wednesday rush and might miss you.

Great shop, tons of comics. Small amount of collectibles. I would much rather go to a Graham Cracker in a better neighborhood as they tend to have a larger selection.

I have been frequenting Graham Crackers for quite awhile now. I was sad that the Andersonville location moved to Edgewater because it is a bit further from my house but Nick is still there so all is saved! Nick is always very friendly and helpful. I have special ordered a few items through Nick and he is always quick to fill the order and notify me when my books come in. If you need comics on the North Side, Graham Crackers is the place, and Nick is the man true believers. Nuff said.

Always friendly and helpful. I am also a bit bemused at the other reviewer who said the place looked cluttered. Must be some hipster n00b who first walked into a comic store for the first time last week after seeing Justice League. Its a comic book shop, dummy, not an art gallery. I have been frequenting comic shops for the last 30 years and if I walked into one that was NOT FULL of comics, Id assumed they just opened recently. GCC in Edgewater is precisely what I expect a seasoned and established comic store to look like. Long boxes full of comics and action figures and back issues covering the walls. No, I dont own stock or know any employee personally; just happy to put the shop over and take a stand against doofus reviewers.

The best GC location. I’ve been to most of the GC through out Chicago & Suburbs and the Edgewater location has the best customer service.

For the past eight years I have gone to GC Edgewater and because of Nick Lipe there is simply no shop in a 50 mile radius better. I should know because I drive that distance monthly to shop there. Mr. Lipe is the most professional, knowledgeable, do anything for any customer to make sure you get the books you want manager I have had the pleasure to give my business to. This is from a high end collector of 28 years. Nick could operate out of a tent in a parking lot and I would only do business with him. He IS customer service !! His team including Kaliee has brought the comic book shopping experience to a new level. The shop is always clean, bright, fully stocked, and never out of any book I need and they finds all special requests that I have. Support this shop and praise this managers passion for quality service and staff. The Comic Gods of Edgewater!!!!👍👍👍
