This place used to be great. I would go for my lunch break almost everyday. The cashiers where awesome. They ended up as managers. Now the staff there is not so great . They overprice things. There was a coffee sitting on the back priced at like $700. With . It sat there for months. They have these old dirty over priced gym shoes in show case. Now the racks are all empty. I have been back 2or 3 times hoping it goes back to when it was good but it’s getting worse. I just left there and I asked the price on something they were pricing because I had not found nothing in the store. The cashier said that it would not be priced till a hour later when she was pricing them right in front of me. I thought they wanted to sell stuff since it’s a non profit. The staff of old would have priced it and sold it to me right then and there. Oh well.

I literally love this place so much. I’ve been here a few times and every time I always find things I love and for really amazing prices. And the staff being super cool and nice is such a plus. 11/10 would go again.

This used to be one of my favorite thrift stores in Chicago, but after today I won’t be back. While shopping and waiting for my mom to finish looking around, I was scolded by an employee for sitting on one of the pieces of furniture for sale. I had my basket full of items to purchase next to me, so it was clear I wasn’t loitering. In typical upper class white people fashion, this place wants to pretend to be inclusive and supportive of all types of people, yet there have zero disregard for someone who needed to rest for a couple of mins while shopping at their store. Additionally, their store-branded shirts go up to a size XL… not at all size-inclusive which isn’t surprising given the fact that they don’t have an ADA accessible entry way either. Apparently this store is for small able-bodied people only.

DONT BOTHER! I had a pile of donations ready for them and when they finally came, they wouldnt take ANY OF IT. I had great dresses, a brand new desk that was sent to me on accident, and organizational stuff and they wouldnt take any of it. Maybe if they said over the phone here is what we are looking for or asked for photos of the items I wouldnt have wasted my time Dont waste your time! Go somewhere else

Yet another great Chicago thrift store.

Came here from public transit/walking and had an easy time finding it. Found some cute sweaters for me and some button ups for my fiancé. They have sizes up to 3XL so I didn’t have trouble finding the sizes I needed.

Love the thrift i always find good things for good prices, the clinic itself is amazing and everyone was super nice and supportive and made me feel comfortable. Def recommend if you have any concerns about your sexual health

I scheduled a donation pickup for a number of items and it was a complete waste of my time.I don’t recommend them. They bothered to show up only to say they had no space in the store for it. What?? Why ask when scheduling the pickup how many items there are? Why even show up? Horrible experience.

I love it, the store carries everything furniture, clothing shoes, board games, dinner wear, pots and pans. Just about everything.

Lots of clothing and very cheaply priced furniture. Spacious. Could use more knick knacks, but they get what they get. Display windows always look fantastic.

Absolutely useless. wouldnt take a 1 year old, $2000 sofa because no one would buy it, its too bulky. No, I think its because your pick up staff are a little lazy. Offered to take pics and send before booking. Could have dealt with it differently rather than waiting a week.

Employees are great and very welcoming.*wanted to add more since I go often now. Customer service is superb. Greeted with a smile every time. Wide variety of stuff to choose from. And when they have sales you won’t leave empty handed I promise lol.
