I went here to simply inquire about the price only of a van.javier, decided that i need to fully fill out a full application. i did not want to do this at all, i had a simple question. javier not only negatively pressured me , but forced me to fill out this application to simply be told the cost of the van.I was instantly approved as i have perfect credit. The van in question turned out to be a CNG natural gas only vehicle, javier did not know because he is inept and only wishes to make money. .javier, verbally became upset on the phone screaming this van is a regular gas van. screaming.... this is how he decided to speak to a customer.so.. i went to the lot, opened the gas door & photographed the CNG nozzle. i sent the picture to javier, he would not reply... why? he would not come out of the trailer to the lot? why? because he got caught trying to scam me into to signing thus buying this CNG van. I could not buy this van there is only one CNG gas station in chicago.Javier is clearly a used car scammer, this place is a scam shop.i have contacted the BBB , City of chicago & several other illinois state vehicle regulatory services.its clear javier is an unprofessional and over emotional person who is a detriment to this business.do not do business here.

We bought a 99 Honda Accord in 2012 and it ran like a champ to someone borrowed it... They broke the ball joint and didnt bother to get it fixed so they left my baby on the side of the road and took a bus back and told me after the fact and my baby was gone... So time for a new car and were back again to get another vehicle from here... Great customer service and reasonable prices and friendly staff...

I’m only giving a star in order to leave a review. Please avoid this place. They are extremely ruse and disrespectful . They talk to you as if they are giving you the car fit free. They have two employees by the name of Cynthia and Paula. Between these two I’m not sure which one is worse. They have no customer service ethics nor phone. They want to talk to customer or atleast me as if I was there child or husbands. This behavior is repulsive and unnecessary. They need to be retrain and how to treat customers. I would hope a manger would leave me a number for me to contact them but I will also be reaching out to corporate. Go somewhere else.

Fortunate enough to be able to payoff this loan for my father. But my 1 star is because even calling to get a payoff was a process. Than being looked at sideways because I gave them a Certified Check from BofA instead of a currency exchange Money Order 🤔. Than having to drive to Cicero to get a GPS removed from an 07 van and than asked to take that same GPS back to the dealership.....

They Gave me a car then 3 months later once getting a refund is not acceptable they tell me I have to pay a mandatory $250 extra a month Maintenance plan.Then every 3 months my car is in the shop for a week with no loaner vehicle but they still want you to pay while your car is in the shop or they turn it off.Strongly recommend buying from elsewhere

Horrible car dealer, I do not recommend. I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from this dealer and was assured that I was making a good decision purchasing this vehicle and now ONLY 4 months later my vehicle in which I still owe $15,000 on transmission and engine has went out !!!!! And I get told to bring it to their shop meanwhile its nothing they are able to do to help me until they find a cheap transmission and engine 🤬🤬🤬 and I have no way no means of transportation!!!!

Buying the car is easy, its AFTER you get the car its a problem. I was called 2 weeks after saying my down payment of 1900 had been rejected by my bank.. When i was at work from 4-1 am. So they turned off my car, then i checked my bank and there were no issues it was taken out by them and it was their fault & NOT ONCE CALLED TO SAY SORRY. Or they have people call you that are not great English speakers and have no clue what they are doing!! Total Regret!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Went in this past Saturday to accompany my husband. After doing a bait and switch on him with the price Im glad my husband backed out of the deal. They supposedly where selling him a car for a bit over $10,000 and at the end of it all once we agreed on the price they come out with a net of $21,000. How does it make sense? They are still holding our $500.00 deposit. We were there late right before closing. They said come on Monday. We Went in on Monday and Tuesday only for them to tell him he had to go to the finance office miles away from there. They are just giving him the run around because he didnt close the deal. This will definitely get reported. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. And if you do look carefully at the final price once they make you sign stuff.
