Visiting Chicago for a meeting and I was passing by this showroom and saw all these cars.. My son as any teenager is obsessed with them so I wanted to snap a few photos for him.. I asked one of the guys working there (Emad if I heard the name correctly) and he said its OK... He was very friendly and polite as well as the guys working there who didnt mind that I was in for just the photos..

Super nice sales people, with an absolutely spectacular inventory, I didnt expect to see a performante in a showroom this early, but they had not just one but 4. They also had some rare and unique cars up stairs. They didnt seem to have any issue with me taking pictures. You cant touch or sit in the cars, but that is pretty standard for high end dealers like this.

Bentley Gold Coast has always been a stop on our annual trips to Chicago! They cease to impress with all their AMAZING exotic cars!They have Bentleys, Ferraris, Bugattis, Porsches, Lamborghinis, and basically ever foreign car brand you can think of! They even get crazy stuff in sometimes like Porsche 918s, Ferrari F12 TdFs, Spyker C8s, ect.They only issue I have is that the employees often overlook you and are sometimes rude. But thats to be expected given the high class atmosphere and the hundreds of daily visitors.Id definitely make this a stop on my Chicago trip again!

I bought a McLaren 675LT from here. I’m on the west coast so I did the transaction through pictures and the description from the sales manager. Car only had 1,300 miles on it. Manager promised me a part that was missing on the front of the car. There were other items on the car that I needed to fix when I received the car that wasn’t described to me. First time this has happened to me in over 20 high end purchases. Managers usually know that they can count on multiple sales if the future if the customer is treated right.Night and day story before and after the sale. Quick prompt responses before the sale and after the sale it was me constantly bombarding him with texts and calls for the missing part. To this day I still don’t have the part that was promised. Name of the manager I dealt with was George Chiarelli.

This is a really nice place. The sales professionals always let people walk freely so we can check out the cars (since most of cant afford them anyways.) Id recommend this place if youd like to dream a little and see some nice cars.

I am shocked at how difficult it was to get a service scheduled and how I was treated once I arrived. I have never had such a bad experience with a service department.

Best place to see unique and rare rides in downtown Chicago

I was traveling from Nevada to Chicago, just as I crossed the Illinois border at 11 pm at night my engine light came on my 2017 Bentley and I had no acceleration. I called Bentley Roadside they said they will only be able to pick up the Bentley and hold it until the next day. I explained to them I need a loaner vehicle tonight to get to my meeting in time the following morning. Bentley Roadside put in contact with the Service Manager Tom from Bentley Gold Coast.I explained to him my situation and he sent a flatbed that night with a loaner vehicle for me to drive. They picked up my Bentley and I was able to make to my meeting in the morning.I picked up my Bentley the following day and able to complete my travels on time.That is what I call Bentley Service at its finest.

I would first like to say I have been looking at Bentleys for about 4 years nowand never felt like it was the right time to purchase until we met Chris.My husband and I absolutely loved working with Chris. Chris had no clue if we were actually going to purchase the car or not but he made us feel welcome andanswered all out questions. He spent hours showing us different Bentleys untilwe found the perfect one for us.Chris was very knowledgeable with all the features the Bentley had to offer andmade us feel very comfortable with our purchase. We purchased the car while we were vacationing and Chris set up all the arrangements for delivery by thenext day. I truly believe that if it were not for Chris I may have never actually purchased mydream car but he made it so easy.

When I came to this shop hoping to see amazing cars, most of the workers were the most arrogant people I think I’ve ever seen. BUT!! I want to point out the old fart with black heavy thick framed glasses and fake Armani suit, because I walked up to him and asked him about a Lamborghini I was thinking about buying and as soon as I walked up to him he said “DON’T TALK TO ME.” In the end, don’t waste your time going her just to get disrespected and looked at like your trash.

My husband purchased his Lamborghini here and I bring it in for service. The staff is always so kind.

Good luck trying to get these guys to respond. I wanted to buy a 2015 Bentley V8S and called them, left a voice mail and followed up with an email. No response. I then asked my local dealer to call them and arrange a deal. Same thing. They left a msg, no one returned the call. Business must be great when they can ignore buyers. I purchased another Bentley locally and I noticed the one I wanted is still up for sale. Stupid company.

I did not end up buying the car I looked at, but feel compelled to leave a positive review. Chris, with whom I worked, went out of his way to get me all the information, pictures, and documents available for the car and answered numerous questions. He was very responsive, even calling me outside business hours. His efforts allowed me to make an informed decision, even though it meant I had to pass on the car. 10/10 would work with BGC again.

I bought a car from Chris at Gold Coast and could not be happier. They did everything they could to make the deal as smooth as possible and even paid to ship the car to Houston from Chicago.I was nervous purchasing a car and shipping it but they made the transaction easy and comfortable as possible.I now keep an eye on their inventory to see if they have anything else I cant live without.

Always a blast seeing some amazing cars here. Saw some really rare cars too. The SVJ look so so sooo AMAZING! Missing it earlier this week something else. As a watch fanatic they also have a great selection of watches. Will be coming back to buy some of the watches and maybe even cars.

I recently purchased a Ferrari Scuderia from Chris at Bentley Gold Coast. I bought the car after seeing it on their website. Chris was extremely helpful in providing the information I needed. The car is exactly as he represented it. Chris was very efficient and promptly responded to all calls and emails. Lisa in finance was able to get better financing for me than I would have been able to procure on my own. Overall the experience was excellent and I love the car. I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle in nine months from Mr. Michael Burdi at Perillo Bentley Downers Grove, Illinois. It was a Rolls-Royce Ghost, sight unseen; right off the showroom floor. When I purchased my other two vehicles (a 2019 Lamborghini Huracan Spyder and a Bentley Continental GTC Speed) I purchased them the same way, from Mr. Michael Burdi, over the phone, sight unseen. My salesman for ALL three vehicles was Mr. Michael Burdi and when I received the vehicles, they were precisely as Mr. Burdi told me they would be, exactly as described, down to the smallest of detail. In closing, Mr. Michael Burdi is EXCELLENT to work with and I highly recommend him to everyone.Jeff Elkins

I was there to look at a car I would possibly buy. On the top floor there are a bunch of cars in the back, there crossed off and have a sign that said “please ask for assistance.” I went down to the old man in the black, heavy, thick glasses and the fake suit. I wanted to ask him a question about the car in the way back. When he saw me he answered in a rude tone saying “what do you want.” I asked him about the car in the back and he said it was a Ferrari and went back to what he was doing. In the end I didn’t buy a car there and I would say don’t buy from places that treat you like your a peasant and can’t even afford a tile that’s on the floor there.

Love, Love, Love My New Ride!I had been searching for a new car online and came across the Levante. I called and was lucky to meet Rudy Guerrero. Rudy answered all of my questions and always replied to my follow on texts through the completion of the sale. I flew into Chicago early in the morning and was able to drive away within the same day. Truly, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend.The only disappointing delay was waiting a entire month to receive the title.

Amazing place to window shop, Ive been here a handful of times whenever Im in Chicago to check out the inventory. The staff is usually incredibly patient considering the amount of foot traffic and nonsense they have to deal with, like people casually leaning on a $2mm+ Bugatti to get pictures for their social media.Went there this weekend to look at a Ferrari, and the salesman I spoke with was so incredibly rude to me, I walked out. A friend of mine had warned me of this after he went here to purchase a Bentley and had a similar experience. Amazing inventory and awesome dealership, but Id be hard pressed to buy anything here. Its sort of striking to see so many positive reviews on here regarding the sales staff, because my experience was anything but.

Rude. Think the own the sidewalk. Drive cars on sidewalk. Dont care about pedestrians or anyone who isnt a patron. Theres this guy/bum always hanging around that makes you scared to walk by.

When I first walked in this dealership, I was interested in looking into a Ferrari f12 and the owner right way approach me and show me the car right away! They treated really well.

Looked for history of a car that was serviced at this dealership. Would not give me that information. So apparently the service history is forever gone as they wont give it to anyone but the owner, and there is no owner as the car is sitting at another dealer. Wasnt looking for personal information, just service history. Guess now I have to guess what has been done to the car. Thanks.

I have purchased 3 Lamborghinis from this dealer. My most recent visit was by far my best experience. I have always worked with Mir, and he really went above and beyond this last visit. We purchased an Aventador, and he was amazing with the whole process. The process took no longer than one day, start to finish. We actually drove our new car home from Chicago and it was EPIC!! Cant wait to order a new SV.

Oh my gosh. Its the best supercar dealership in Chicago. They have Maserati to Lamborghini to Ferrari to McLaren to Bugatti you name it. They have this classic Lamborghini Diablo. Go there if you like supercars and you live in Chicago

REALLY uninformed receptionist. A receptionist at a professional, high-end dealership is supposed to be your first POSITIVE experience calling into/visiting the dealership. I asked her for simple hours of operation during a Holiday (Labor Day). She told me, verbatim, that she wasnt sure but they were probably open until 3pm. I replied by saying it was important for me to know as I needed to plan my Holiday weekend and whether I could make it to visit the dealership on Monday and asked if she could double check (called her on the Saturday before Labor Day, btw... it wasnt like I called two weeks in advance). She literally told me to CALL BACK LATER. Seriously? No, thanks.

Great selection of fine cars and nice showroom. I would not recommend buying any car from here because today while I was here looking at the cars, there were kids running around hitting and kicking the cars. The Spyker C8 must have a few scratches now and the interior probably has shoe prints, scuff marks..etc after they let the kids loose in it. The weather stripping has been ripped up and we heard something snap inside but not sure what it was. Its a shame such nice cars arent being looked after properly. If you are a lucky individual that can afford one of these cars, look somewhere else.

Was there a few years ago when I was younger. I am now in the market to buy a Mercedes like one they have. Won’t be buying here, they treated me like a peasant when I was just browsing and looked down upon me. When i touched a door handle a guy all the way across the showroom yelled at me. People really need to learn how to sell a car in the Chicago area. Unless you’re only going to sell Bentley’s, I suggest you don’t treat ponteinal future customers like that.

This is a terrible dealership - terrible. I have had many experiences working WITH them (I have a car transportation business). Every single time I send a driver out for a car pickup from them the driver ends up waiting 2-3 hours at their location (despite phone calls in advance). I must have worked with them about 10 times in the past 3 months (from customers calling me to pick up their car at this dealership). The people working here are incredibly rude - not to mention HEAVILY disorganized (they literally dont know where your car is half the time - as proven by the fact that my guys need to wait there for hours before your car is located). I work with a LOT! of dealerships and I would never recommend this dealership to any of my contacts looking to buy cars, and as a transporter for luxury cars I do have more than a few contacts

Great place to go buy your first Bentley :) I know Joe the owner since late 80s, my dad used to buy his cars from him when he worked for Hanley Dawson Cadillac, they carry very fine Italian and Britz cars. Bought my first M1 from them.

Worse place to try and do business.. No one returns your call the manager Roland only return your email but to say he has nothing to do with selling me a vehicle! I sent someone to this dealership to put hands on a Rolls Royce for sale and no one had time to show him the unit... Keep in mind he made two attempts on two different days. We spent money on plane tickets and hotel to view a vehicle and this is the result bad service!!!! Please think twice before making any purchases from this dealership!!! I will copy this to many sites as possible for buyers to be ware!

Very poorly set up. Very young inexperienced kids moving very expensive cars around the show room not being directed by anyone. Salesman to busy looking at their phones to help out, or making remarks about not being able to afford something. Rude service besides the lady at the desk. I not be returning for any sort of business or pleasure.

Bad Experience from the start. I walked in with my mother the other day, and no one even had the nerve to say hello and welcome. In fact, the employees gave us dirty looks as if we didnt belong in there. I was actually shopping for a new car and wasnt even offered help or anything. They only started talking when I touched the Lamborghini and took a look at it. They were upset that I touched it, assuming that I didnt have the ability to buy one, which they assumed wrongly. Even then, when I told the guy that I wanted to purchase a vehicle, I got absolutely no good explanations for any questions that I asked and it seemed like he didnt want to help us. Overall, I was very upset with my experience there. I think its safe to say that I wont be coming back there ever again.

Great place with amazing vehicles. The people working there were friendly to my son and I even though we could barely afford the Hot Wheels versions of the cars we were looking at.

They have amazing cars and they dont mind you just walking in to have a look.

Bentley Gold Coast is the type of dealership that give car dealers a bad name. Full of promisses, but in the end, not a dealership I would recommend. They are quick with excuses, and poor on results. Find another Bentley or Rolls Royce dealership, the time spend looking for another car sales company is well spent!
