I can see why this business has poor reviews - they give poor service! Not a short story but I’ve already wasted my time here so I’ll just advise others if you want to be shouted at and double pay - this is the place for you!!

I’m not usually the one to write a bad review, but I genuinely feel that it’s necessary. I had recently got a tint job on my car and SPECIFICALLY asked for 35s all around bc it’s the legal limit, but put 28s on it. After the job was complete, I look at the car, sit inside, and find a scratch on the driver side glass. I told the guy working there that I can feel the scratch, and he claims that it’s my glass that’s scratched!!!! I told him to take his glove off to feel it and he still didn’t take his glove off! On the way home, I noticed a lot of air bubbles and major flaws on it. I would not waste your time to have a tint installed from these people. I took my car elsewhere to get the film removed and replaced with 35s and couldn’t have been much happier. If you don’t want to deal with poor customer service and bizarre tint jobs, then keep your distance from this place!!

It was a very pleasant experience. I installed tints, alarm , starter and strobe lights on my van . I was very satisfied with the service and all the guys around. Keep up the Good work Mr John!

John, the owner, is a wonderful guy. Took care of my Lexus with some wonderful 20 percent ceramic tints. Looks so good. Already referring the rest of my family there.

Not sure why so many bad reviews for this place. I have got the tints for all mines and my friends cars and they have done a great job each and every time. Owner is friendly. Reasonable prices.

WINDOW Tint installation- Cash only deal- Poor workmanship ( had to come 2 times for installation)- employees swearing each others- Did not clean the mess they made after the installation- make you waited so long even though made appointment. took 4 hrs- Didnt put back screws that they put out from the car door- Owner doest not have bussiness ethics, only wants money, poor service- Still have multiple bubbles in tinted window.

Took my Toyota there for back and side window tints. The owner give me great deal and did outstanding job in little under 2H. He also advice me not to roll my windows down for couple of days to make sure tint dry.ThanksUpdate: I got brand new fog lamps for my car. I call the place and My Sound and Security took care of the installation for little under 2h with the great price I could afford.

Unqualified staff, unprofessional, was told one price over phone then another when i arrived. Car was spotless when i droped off and when i picked up car it was filthy. Excuse was that it was a black car and didnt want to scratch it but had no problem telling me car was finished when the driver window was scratched. For the price i paid i would expect more. Stay far away from this place. Now i see why they have very little business. Beware!!!!

Nice people - horrible service. They basically did a hack job (according to the dealer) when doing work on my car. They left aftermarket wires in the engine and caused a fuse to blow. I tried to provide pictures and the repair receipt but they basically told me it wasnt their problem. Save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else.

Called in today at 1:30 asked them if I could come in for a tint job, they said come right in got there at 2 and left got a call back at 3:30 saying my cars done. very cool owner I have no clue why the reviews are so bad. Horrible experience ....very unprofessional, the owner is a liar and trys to pass old products as new. I bought $700 worth of sound system products . But never again should I step foot in there..dont go there and if you do have the amazon app open in your phone and compare his prices to the site !!!!! This place blows dog, the owner tried jacking me an extra $50 to have my remote start hooked up after removing blow and go equipment. Never said upon instal that it would cost more to hook it back up upon removal. Just poor customer service. And as it turns out, it is only one wire that needs to be plugged back into the ECM. Long story short, I only paid this douchebag cash and here is is trying to rake me for $50. Complete TOOL!

I usually dont write reviews but in this case it will help you. I went to the place since its in my neighborhood. I went there and asked how much would it be for tints, the owner of the shop told me $200. I told him I only have $150 Ill come back later. As soon I head to open the door he stop me and said its ok Ill only do it for you. Took my car keys right away.i got curious why he drop the price so quick and take the keys.i asked are you gonna do a good job?? Are you not gonna leave any bubbles??. He answered me, now you gonna tell me the job I been doing for 20 years is not right. I trust and left the car for tint. Went back the tints has bubbles, especially the back one. I told him the tints have bubbles, he looks at the tints and told me even if you pay $5 million it wont be perfect. The ones you see are factory, and said dont worry the water will go away in 3 days max.it been a month now and the bubbles are still there. I would definitely prefer you guys to not even enter in his shop. He will talk sweet but dont know what they are doing. Pure rip-off. As you can see in the reviews Im not the only who hate there job. Those you have sense of how will job come out even its not factory. Will hated Cuz they have shop. Spouse to be professional not just taking money and do what you can do at home. Stay awayyy from this shop or youll end like me writing an review. Peace ✌

The worst place that anyone can go to doesnt respect nobody I have an acura ILX 2017 got there at 6 he said he can finish the work today . at 7 the guy who was working on my car said he got to go home he left my car with half job on a Saturday night asked me to go back to him during the week ,when I went back he could make the speakers work so he want it me to buy new speaker from him . I cant believe that I paid 150 for useless wires . Man you are the worst person I ever met in my life .

Totally not recommended take my car to polarize and after 3hrs. The owner calls me saying that my windshield had broken when I went to see what had happened, he simply told me to take it fixed and when it was ready that he would finish the job ... when he told him that as we were going to meet who was going to Paying, he said with a smile on his face because I was not his problem, it was when I got heavier and told him that I was going to call the police, he agreed to discount me $ 50 but the glass cost me $ 170 and I lost there, Well, that part of the owner, now the quality of the work for the same reason, my glasses with mini bubbles when I asked what was happening with that told me that they were going to do as much as possible but if it was not fixed that it could no longer be done .. !!!! I wonder then so that I pay a professional place? and all without counting that the joke took me more than 5 days to achieve my polarized in my car a headache ... if it works for you, thats what happened to me, this is my experience about this (professional) place ...
