Amazing place! First tried it in MI and couldnt believe my eyes when I saw it across from Wrigley. The staff is super friendly & the chocolate is just as incredible as ever. Shout out to Steve for making the best Carmel apples

We stayed in the Wrigley neighborhood for a few days, and visited this shop twice. What a wonderful experience! The caramel apples and chocolates were great and the staff is super friendly and kind!

This place was amazing! The candy apple covered in peanuts was delishhhhhhh and the staff.... amazing. They went above and beyond. They were the candy apple on top of the cake for my birthday night! I want to thank Steven and all the members of the team who were working on the night of march 23rd . They were already closed and did not hesitate to reopen the door to provide excellent service . Thank you thank you thank you.

I went in to Kilwins today after months of walking by with my dog and passing it on my way into the gym. The gentleman that greeted me and took my order was fantastic (Steve I think). He was friendly and patient as I picked out some chocolates as a gift for my family. The shop also smells amazing and I’ll definitely be back for ice cream as they had some limited edition flavors. My customer experience was top notch! Thank you.

We called Kilwins and the owner answered the phone-- we asked if they made chocolate chip cookie dough bonbons. I figured they didnt, but have been hunting for some after being reminded of a particular bonbon I tried 15 years ago. He said hm, thats a good idea! I should! and he made them for us custom! They were delicious and the customer service was phenomenal. Ill definitely go back!

I’m a fan after ordering some delicious ice cream from here through Uber Eats. My little niece wanted a rainbow colored ice cream and I had a feeling that the Superman flavor ice cream will do the trick. It sure did and she fell in love with the flavor, along with the stickers and chocolates that were added to the order. It’s the little things like that which make the experience more special. Can’t wait to order again :)

Best ice cream in chicago. My fav flavor is cappuccino with chocolate chip. Never found this flavor anywhere and always wanted to have this kind of flavor. Its like they heard me . Oh my god i am in love with this place. 😘😘😘

Do yourself a favor and take a break while you’re “working from home” to stop in this sweet little shop. Delicious ice cream and chocolates with fantastic and friendly service! Was denied service here because I had my dog with me. No signs advising no pets allowed (I’ve checked on previous visits) and previous visits with my dog have been permitted. While he was apologetic, the Owner didn’t offer any alternatives, such as serving me “to go” while waiting outside with my dog. I understand and respect the policy - I’m disappointed in how it was handled and that no solution was offered. I walked 20 min out of my way specifically to visit here. Lost a loyal customer today. I’ll go to the ice cream shop closer to home from now on.

I came in this cute little shop to pick up some sweet treats for Valentines Day off of the love of my lifes reccommendation. This cute little bakery gives a small town feel right next to wrigleyfield, a staple of the beautiful city of Chicago. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The treats were absolutely delicious. (I would strongly recommend the pecan caramel apples) This was definitely a win for my valentine and I and I have already began recommending it to close family and friends. .
