Chandni Exclusive was SO helpful when I walked in to find a dress for a Pakistani wedding. I had never purchased a traditional wedding guest outfit before so the employees were incredibly helpful and patient in helping me find one that worked. They have a beautiful selection in many styles and they were so accommodating. Couldn’t recommend more!

Hamid helped me find the best selections given my height. Initially I was worried with my shorter stature, I would be limited with options but that was not the case at this store. Hamid assured me he would be able to tailor everything to fit me exactly as it should. Not only did I find an outfit I really liked but he was able to tailor it perfectly to my overall size within 4 days time given that my friends wedding was coming up fast and I needed something last minute. This place came in clutch at a reasonable price well within my budget.

From Michigan. Everyone at the store is absolutely amazing. Put in a custom order in April it arrived on time in June. Came the following week to pick it up and uncle completely made sure everything was perfect. He made a custom shoe that wasn’t my size and he made them fit perfect. Would recommend them to anyone.

Hamid Mirza is a fair man and does the tailoring himself. They have a great collection of styles and prices are on par as other stores or even better. Tailoring is done in house with Hamid so you are able to save on your tailoring costs. Would recommend others to check out this place.

I ordered one of my wedding dresses from here, and it was such a great experience. The dress was made quickly and included all changes I had requested. The designer also worked with me to make sure the changes would actually look good and updated me with pictures along the process.Hamid Uncle was also the best to work with. He made the process very easy and was very quick to get alterations complete after the dress arrived. The end result was perfect! Highly recommend because of the ordering process, the customer service, and the outcome!

My fiancé got a sherwani from Chandni Exclusive and needed it to be altered immediately as hes from out of town. Hamid Mirza was very accommodating and helped my fiancé get everything fitted perfectly to his size within a day, just in time for our wedding. The service here was amazing and were so thankful for all the help.

Devon can be a tough place to shop and find what youre looking for, but Chandni (and JJ) typically are my go-tos. Chandni usually has the fancier wear (& a good selection of it) and in my experience have the most reliable custom ordering experience. Unlike many places on Devon, they know how to hit a deadline and wont drag things out, along with making sure things fit, which anyone can appreciate.

The collection is really great. Much better than other shops in Devon. They also did some alterations on the spot and the ladies were really sweet and helpful.

Wonderful customer service received for my three wedding outfits. Two were custom made in a month and one was ready-made dress from a mannequin. All outfits were tailored in the store as well.

5 stars can’t even due justice for this place. The staff was beyond amazing and helpful. My husband and I were shopping for a wedding in a few weeks and I will say, I was very difficult. But the staff was so patient with us, more specifically ME! She went above and beyond to find us the right outfits. We actually left to go seek out others store options for myself since my husband found his outfit. But, no luck. When I came back, our sales women found the perfect top to go with the blue sari!! Worst and fraud people. Going to report them Business Bureau. They have no terms and conditions of sale. And they lie. They didnt accept return. After threatening about Business Bureau. They accepted returns. Chandni exclusive refund only sale amount,not the tax. ILLEGAL ...My question is what is that Tax for???!! WHEN There is no sale.. anyways they gave me another big reason to report this business to Business Bureau. They steal tax. Fraud fraud fraud...everything is so expensive and very low quality clothes.

We selected a dress that I liked for my wedding but I wanted to change the color of it so the lady there showed me over 100 different swatches of colors that I could choose to customize a new dress in. It was really helpful to change the colors and still have good quality. I tried on my dress today and I loved how they made it specifically for me!! Amazing for custom bridal dresses. Wonderful service! The staff was very patient and very friendly, offering a variety of options and making sure we had everything we needed, including matching shoes and matching bangles. They gave us a wonderful deal on our sets and tailored for us on the spot within a half hour. We didn’t need to stop anywhere else! Chandni Boutique is THE place to go for all your Shaadi needs! Hamid Uncle designed both my Nikhaa dress and Valima dress and they both came out BEAUTIFUL! We also purchased several fancy kurthas for family gifts from Chandni Boutique. Wedding shopping can quickly get overwhelming, stressful, and expensive. There are certain ‘high-end’ boutiques that are nearby who would not help us out without an appointment....or told me to ‘come back with your mom beta’, and others who would not show you anything nice unless you ‘increase your budget’. You will see a stark difference when you go Chandni vs going to other boutiques in Devon. At Chandni Boutique they will take the time to listen to you and try every which way to work with you and find what you’re looking for. If they realistically can’t do it, they will tell you. Hamid Uncle was incredibly kind, worked with my budget and delivered on time what he said he would....beyond my expectations. *Also, it’s important to note, both dresses were made of beautiful fabric and the work was of very good quality!If you’re getting married, don’t stress out! This place is wonderful!!! They had everything I needed, tons of great choices that fit my budget and very friendly staff! Ive never been to an Indian wedding before, so I had no idea where to even start. Hamid Bhai and Sultana is AWESOME!!! They both were incredibly helpful and extremely patient with me each time (I went there three times). Very kind, considerate, and went above and beyond to explain how everything works and how to properly dress for a wedding. They really took her time with me and wasnt trying to push any items on me, but instead helped me find the perfect affordable accessories for both Sherwanis . I dont know how I wouldve done this without her help! Ive been to other stores in the area, and this one is by far my favorite!!!

We had an amazing experience at Chandnis. They have a great collection of Desi outfits including wedding dresses. We went here to buy lehenga for my ring ceremony and I was so impressed by their pretty dresses at very reasonable prices. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. They understood my expectations and did the alterations accordingly. The alteration service was very fast and complimentary. I highly recommend the store for the beautiful dresses and wonderful costumer service.

Great Customer Service! Had last minute changes to my wedding and Hamid Uncle made all the accommodations for us. This was an absolute lifesaver during my wedding. I cannot thank him enough for pulling through for me in school an amazing way

This place is absolutely disgusting. For my sisters wedding, they misplaced half of all the bridesmaids dresses and associated pieces. They gave my sister broken jewelry and refused to fix it. To top it off, their ability to give an appropriate fitting is disgusting. The male tailor had the nerve to tell me that his measurements were not off. And that in fact he did not sew my salwar top incorrectly. Instead he told me that my bra was bad and that my breasts are all over the place. He touched my sisters maid of honor on her upper thigh (without her permission) and he belittled the rest of them when they asked questions about their fit. To top it off, they got their notes mixed up and shorted my pants by 4 inches and took them in about 2 inches. They were not supposed to touch my pants. When this was discovered the week of the wedding, they refused to fix them, after stating to my sister that they would charge her to fix their own mistake. We are forced to find a solution on our own. DO NOT GO HERE if you care about your wedding, or in general want to be treated with dignity. The men that work here are apparently incredibly disgusting and unfortunately are the tailors. They will take all your money and make you and your bridesmaids feel sexually assaulted.

I bought my wedding dress here and was told that i would receive free tailoring. That was 4 years ago and they kept their word and did a beautiful job, especially since they no longer had the same lot of red silk as my dress anymore. The customer service is wonderful and the hand beading on the clothing is absolutely stunning. I would definately recommend this store to any bride-to-be to find THE perfect dress and have an enjoyable experience doing so. Great first class service on our bridal shopping. There we met the very best Salesman named Lateef, who was pleasant and did a wonderful job. Lateef is friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. He cares about the customers experience … He went out of his way to let us know a couple of things, we didnt even think to ask. He took the time to answer each question fully, and did not have the stereotypical salesman attitude. His courtesy, knowledge and professionalism stand out. He made it so easy and really wanted me to be happy with what I was buying. No pressure sales person. Lateef was a pleasure to work with. Really impressive service.

My wedding sherwani didnt get done in time. The owner had me believing it was in transit and a day before my wedding told me to come and pick out a different sherwani because it wouldnt be here. So upset with the whole experience. While I was there picking out a different sherwani, another family was there complaining how the owner promised one thing and totally screwed up their clothes and like myself and assuming many more, we had to settle cuz you cant move your wedding date. Will never buy anything from there.

They have a good selection of clothing. However, its not a good place if your want a lot of alterarions done. It will most likely be not to your liking because they go cheap on it. Told them to put 6 buttons on each sleeve, took 2 weeks and they only put 3 on each sleeve. Also messed up the grooms alteration by going cheap on the design.

This place has some of the worst customer service ever. In todays modern age, who sells you a suit, without some form of a garment bag? Am I suppose to carry my sherwani around in the USPS box that it was delivered in? They even said that they would provide a garment bag, but never did. Its one thing to not offer a service, but then to not provide it AFTER one says they would, is simply lying.Whenever you call them, and they say that they will return your call, but they NEVER do. As I said, worst customer service ever.
