OKAY my stylist was AMAZING! Tiffany is so great. She made me feel like a million bucks. Her energy was contagious & it was so fun trying on dresses. Even though I didn’t leave with one, I definitely would recommend anyone to go there!

Wow, I wish I could bottle up the experience! I had the most fantastic time trying on wedding dresses. I worked with Bri to find my dream dress. She is an absolute doll. She made the experience such a pleasure. There was no stress involved at all. I felt that she really listened to me and what I wanted. Then executed that vision. I am sad that I dont get to see her again to get my dress altered- that is my one gripe. I went to Lovely Bride Chicago for my first appointment in March 2020 right before things shut down and had the best experience with Tiffany, so when it was time to start planning again (after rescheduling) this was the first (and last!) place I went back to. Tiffany was so incredible to work with - she pulled awesome dresses for me that she knew would fit my style, budget, and tight timeline. She made trying on the dresses fun, even though it wasnt something I expected to enjoy. She was also so accommodating when it came to having my mom on FaceTime for the appointment since she couldnt be there in person. Tiffany and Olivia also put so much time into making calls to confirm that one of my options would arrive on time if I had chosen it. I really cant recommend Lovely Bride enough!

I purchased a dress here two weeks ago that I loved. A day later I started to have second thoughts about the dress. I called and spoke with the salon and they were super sweet and supportive. They scheduled me another appointment to re-try on the dress. As soon as I put the dress on again my worries went away. The consultants were so helpful and sweet- made me feel confident about my decision and in the end I am so excited to get my dress in a few months!

I cannot say enough good things about Lovely Bride and my experience there! I had two appointments, both with Epiphany, who made me feel like royalty. I went with a specific dress I wanted to try on, but ended up trying on several more that Epiphany picked out that were just as perfect. She was knowledgeable, funny, attentive, and also knew when to step back and let me take it all in. The shop itself was taking COVID safety very seriously (masks required, hand sanitizer provided, minimal guests allowed) and was clean and beautiful. Each dressing room is really big and you feel like youre the only person in the shop. The samples are very well maintained and I actually ended up buying a sample to save some money and would recommend that route to any budget minded bride! If youre looking for a luxury bridal shop experience with a warm and friendly vibe, Lovely Bride is the place for you!

I really enjoyed my experience at Lovely Bride-Chicago. My stylist was Epiphany, and she was so helpful and fun to work with. I could tell she really wanted to understand what I was looking for in a dress and went above and beyond to find options that could work for me. I first tried on the few dresses I had on my wish list but unfortunately didnt love any of them. Epiphany listened to my feedback and brought back lots more dresses for me to try, two of which I ended up loving and never would have considered for myself! She showed me how Lovely Bride dresses could look on me with different alterations or accessories which really helped me see what was possible for my future wedding dress. My experience at Lovely Bride was everything I hoped my first wedding dress shopping experience would be. Staff called and emailed me ahead of time so that they knew my style and it helped me prepare for what to expect.When I arrived, Jules was warm, welcoming and so enthusiastic. She guided me around to every designer with one of my sisters and let us talk through what I liked and didn’t like, and then she brought three dresses in at a time. Not only was she so helpful helping me get into and out of each dress, she was very professional and so supportive when helping me decide what I liked or didn’t like about each one. She made sincere conversation with me about my wedding and fiance, which put me at ease, and by the end of the hour, she felt like a close friend.I loved one of the dresses i tried on, but she knew I had another appointment that day and didn’t pressure me to buy it then. She took my measurements and said just to call or swing back by if that dress was the one. After a less stellar experience at the other bridal shop, I knew it was the one. I credit Jules and the entire Lovely Bride team for making my decision so easy. I felt beautiful, comfortable, celebrated and supported every step of the way. Thank you, Jules and Lovely Bride! I can’t wait to see my dress again!

I had the best experience with my stylist, Bri. I didn’t really have a clear vision walking in, but just by giving her a few description words and then adding something extra - she nailed it. She put me in some dresses that I would have never picked off the rack, and ultimately in the dress I chose. I’m so happy she told me to go outside of my box. Lovely Bride Chicago offered such a great wedding dress shopping experience for me and my crew. Despite the limitations due to COVID, it was still a blast and the energy was so positive! Bri was an amazing stylist! She was very attentive to what I was saying and feeling towards each dress and it was like shopping with a friend!

Lovely was everything I ever dreamt of! My stylist was Samantha, she was super calm and knew her stuff! We first set up a zoom meeting and went over of what to expect and she was able to answer my questions prior to the in person appointment. The day of, I went with my parents and we were in our own private fitting room. Samantha slowly brought over the dresses in my wishlist and helped me get in and out of each dress- she did not pressure me in the order of the dresses I tried on and at one point offered a veil and a small bouquet of flowers to add to the look! HOW AMAZING! With that being said, I tried on about 10 dresses- my final two Samantha asked if I was interested in trying on the dresses multiple times to help decide. I left lovely with the one!! Prior to leaving, allll my measurements were made, Samantha also allowed me to be involved in finalizing the size of my dress because I was in between sizes which I appreciated! Would totally recommend, not your typical bridal store. I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in to the minute I left!

Although I initially loved my experience at The Lovely Bride, especially with my stylist Epiphany (very genuine, helpful and put me at ease) I was very disappointed when my dress came in and they did not allow me to try it on in the salon. I was required to make a 15 minute appointment so I could only look at the dress due limiting their staffs interactions due to covid. The pick up took less than 2 minutes after I paid for parking thinking it would take 15 minutes. It left a bad taste in my mouth that the salon allows appointments for potential purchases during covid and then after they got you to make a purchase they don’t even allow you the time to try it on. Without getting to try it on and simply looking you’re required to sign a form stating that you understand the dresses condition and they are no longer liable.I completely understand covid precautions and keeping staff safe. I work in healthcare and would not want to be exposed or expose others anymore than necessary, but in my opinion trying on my dress that I had already purchased in a quick 15 min appointment time slot is in no way different than me staying in the salon 6 months earlier for 1 hour trying on multiple sample dresses.This just makes me think they got me to make the sale and then did not follow through with maintaining good customer service after the purchase. Especially from a high end bridal salon where I spent a significant amount of money on a dress. I know of other bridal salons that are allowing the brides to try on their dress when the dress does come in.

The team at Lovely bride are so professional. They provide such a relaxed atmosphere when assisting you in finding the dress of your dreams! I went in to the store with no clue as to what I was looking for and the collection Lovely has to offer is truly exceptional and unique! I only tried on 2 dresses before I found my dream gown! Came here for my first ever bridal dress shopping experience the other day with my mom. Madison was the stylist who worked with me and she was amazing! She listened to me in terms of my style and budget and had an eye for dresses that were similar to the styles I liked. I tried on about 5 or 6 dresses and it was the third dress I tried on that ended up being the dress. Ultimately I did not buy my dress at this store for logistical reasons but in retrospect I wish I had because I enjoyed my experience at this store more than the place where I ultimately bought my dress. Madison made me feel at ease helped make my first bridal dress appointment incredible and fun.

Amazing place! Very friendly and helpful staff. The shop is smaller but very comfortable and intimate. I prefer that. My stylist was very knowledgeable about everything in their store and found exactly what I was looking for. I am getting married this August and I didn’t feel rushed or any pressure to choose right away, but given a very appropriate timeline of when I need to choose a dress by. Most of their dress designers do rush orders, but it is recommended to plan for about 6-8 months for the dress to be made and shipped back. I had a great experience here and definitely recommend this shop.

SUCH an amazing experience here!! This was the 3rd place I went, and was on such a different playing field than the first 2. They didnt make me feel rushed at all, had amazing advice/opinions/ideas in all the right ways, and made me feel special when I eventually said yes to my dress. I also loved that they have so many different types of styles of dresses, I feel like every bride needs to do an appt here! 100% recommend this place.

I had a really great experience at Lovely Bride for my first appointment. It’s a pretty busy place - the space is a little on the small side with several groups in there at a time, but it really wasn’t a problem. Everyone was very welcoming to our group. We got checked in and helped ourselves to some complimentary champagne from their wine fridge while we waited, then got settled in our own room. I got to work with Heather, the salon owner, and she was a dream to work with. She took me through all of the gowns by designer, getting my thoughts on all of them. They have a really nice selection! Once we were done with that, she started pulling ones I had liked and some she felt were up my alley based on what I had told her I was into. She was really great about taking my feedback (as well as the groups’), narrowing down the selection based on that, and overall just a joy to chat with and spend the hour with! She never rushed me, even when we were coming up to the end of our appointment time and totally gushing over our the top choice for maybe a few minutes too long. Overall - we really enjoyed the whole experience and I’d recommend this spot to anyone on your hunt.

I am so happy I went here. I had initially thought I was going to go with a dress at another store, however I was so impressed with the selection and quality of the dresses at Lovely Bride. Epiphany was awesome! She helped me find my dream dress, she was very laid back, thank you Epiphany!

I had a great experience at Lovely Bride in Chicago! I worked with Jules, who was extremely knowledgeable and had great intuition in picking out dresses that matched my style. I also appreciated her honesty in gently guiding me away from dresses outside of my budget so that I didnt end up trying one of those on and falling in love with something I couldnt afford.I had previously tried on dresses at a bridal boutique with over 700 dresses and found it overwhelming. Lovely has a great but manageable selection. You can easily look at every dress and still have time to try on your favorites.

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Lovely Bride Chicago! From the moment we walked in we felt how special the day was going to be with a warm welcome and the beautiful showroom. I worked with Brie and she really made the experience what it was. They have adjusted to working in Covid times seamlessly, it felt beyond safe but also did not let it get in the way of making it the most fun day. She also got me all setup on the WiFi so I could have family that could not be there be apart of the day. I had a pre-call with Brie to select dresses - she had those all ready and pulled for me, as well as, others she thought would be great and gave me a well rounded selection even outside of what I thought I wanted. When I was stuck between 2 gowns she really helped me step back and envision the day and what I wanted to see myself in. It helped so much. For starters, I highly recommend viewing their dresses online and adding your favorites to your wishlist. They have many other dresses in their store, but this helps give you a baseline. When I arrived to my appointment Toni greeted me with a genuine smile and made my friends & I feel welcome. We sipped on some champagne though out the appointment and they gifted me a wedding magazine (so thoughtful!) Toni really helped me discover what I truly wanted. Having a couple opinions from the group can be overwhelming and she was there when I felt it. She was very accommodating when I had asked to see different veils, lighting, and the unclipped back of the dress while still form fitting. I cannot say enough good things about this bridal shop! I highly recommend to anyone looking to have a stress-free and fun experience!

Long story short I had a horrible experience at another boutique and Olivia completely took care of me at Lovely Bride. She treated me like family instead of just a customer. She went above and beyond and I’m not just saying “above and beyond.” She literally went out of her way to make sure I was taken care. From making me feel comfortable, to fitting me in to handling things with the manufacturer to make sure everything was more than perfect. Love this shop but more than that I loved my experience with Olivia.

Although I didnt find my dress here, Heather was an amazing consultant! She noticed right away that I had already found my dress elsewhere and was having FOBO (Fear of Better Options). She encouraged me to sprint back to the store and get my dress. The dresses here are beautiful and bohemian.

I had a wonderful time dress shopping at Lovely Bride. I went post-COVID, and they had a ton of safety measures in place to ensure brides, guests + staff were all safe & comfortable. Anesha was my assistant, and she took the time before my appointment to VC me and walk me through some gowns I may want to try. Throughout the entire appointment she made me feel super comfortable trying own gowns and figuring out what I liked. She was also very knowledgeable about each gown and was respectful of my price point and preferences. Thank you Anesha and Lovely Bride for treating me so well during my appointment!

The space was very cute and while small, it did not feel crowded. Nathaniel was great and really listened to my style without pushing me in any direction. While I did not purchase my dress there (only because I wanted Customizations that the designer would only do directly), they still were excited that I found my dress and wanted to see pictures of the final turnout.

Melissa was great! I came into Lovely Bride with one dress on my radar but she still showed me around the store before trying it on. There was absolutely no pressure to pick anything else and she was very helpful to point out the dresses that were in my budget. We did add a couple more options but in the end, I picked the dress that I had my eye on! Melissa made it really fun and special!

My MOH and I had a really wonderful experience at Lovely with our bridal assistant, Nathaniel! The shop is adorable and they offer you delicious (and super cute!) sparkling wine options the moment you walk in. Nathaniel took us on a tour to browse through the dresses, which were perfectly displayed so you could get a great look at each one. Nathaniel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses. Although I found the one at a different shop, I highly recommend coming into Lovely! Their selection, store, and service is fantastic.

I was initially very happy with Lovely bride, they were able to help me find a dress quickly due to some unforeseen circumstances and they were easy to work with.However, when I ordered my dress they told me it would arrive around June 1. I ultimately received my dress in late July for an August wedding and it was a scramble to get alterations done in time.When following up on my dress, I called a day before June 1 and was asked to call back the next day to get a status on when my dress would arrive. When I called back the next day I was told it was not there yet and they would call me when it arrived. A week went by and I had not heard from anyone at Lovely. I continued to call for the next few weeks and felt like I was not a priority because I had already purchased a dress and was not in the process of buying a dress. It got to the point that I didnt think I would have a dress by my wedding.My mom ended up calling the designer of the dress to see if they could ship one to me directly because Lovely kept putting us off and not giving us any timeline on when the dress would arrive. After talking to the designed in NYC, we were connected to the designers LA warehouse where they had one dress in my size left. We worked with the designer directly to have my dress shipped to Lovely for me to pick up.When the dress finally arrived, the designer gave us the tracking information for when it would arrive. I called Lovely to explain the situation and they still did not provide any tracking information and said they were unable to.Ultimately, the dress arrived at Lovely and when I arrived at the store, the salesperson who knew the situation never apologized to me. She acted as if nothing had happened. When I mentioned I was a bit concerned about my dress coming in, she replied you should not have worried, we knew it would come in the whole time.I then asked for a discount on my dress because of the nearly 2 months the dress was delayed in arriving and because we felt we had to order the dress on our own. They said that we could pay the full price and leave the store with the dress or not pay for the dress and leave without it. I ultimately purchased the dress for full price because it was a month out to my wedding and expressed my frustration.A few days later, the owner called me to understand the situation, which I appreciated. She offered me a $500 credit to the store for the situation, which I could not use as as I had already purchased all other items. She then mentioned she would mail me a $200 check, which never showed up in my mailbox.Overall, I thought the dress was lovely but the service was not always lovely. Because of the stress of this situation, especially while planning a wedding, I unfortunately would not recommend Lovely to others.Update: Lovely contacted me after I posted this review and sent over the check, which I appreciated.

I actually found the dress during that appointment (best day. ever.), and they made time for me to come back the next day with girlfriends to make sure it was the one! Ive been to at least a dozen bridal salons for both myself and friends, and Id have to say this was the worst Ive stepped foot in. I went with a friend to shop for her dress. The consultant was pretty cold, the dressing room was not nice, and the sample dresses were in, hands down, the worst condition of any sample dresses Id ever seen. So so dirty and torn and zippers broken. To top it off, there wasnt a single other person in the place either before or after her apt, but the consultant would not let her look at any more dresses even though there were others on the rack that she wanted to try on. You can get a 5-star experience at other salons in Chicago for sure (Bella Bianca was wonderful!), please dont think this is your best option.

I absolutely loved my experience. I was very comfortable and loved my stylist, Morgan! I never felt pressured and I ended up ordering my dress the same day!

Amazing bridal salon, beautiful dresses. Jules was so helpful and knowledgeable on all things bridal. Definitely the places to go for a simplistic, classy bride.

To preface, me and my bride basically walked in blind. No idea what we wanted or what to expect. The salesperson was insanely nice and friendly and helped us through it all. The process was very low stress: we got to look around, point out the dresses we liked, then the bride tried those. After that the salesperson helped identify what we liked about those dresses (which is no small feat, believe me), and found us more dresses like that.I cant suggest the store highly enough. Honestly the staff was friendly, the dresses were beautiful (and varied), the whole experience was lovely (as the name suggests!). We might re-affirm our vows in a year or two just to have an excuse to come back and talk with the salesperson!

This place is very professional and full of pretty dresses!! I had a great experience shopping here!! I loved my stylist and the privacy of the rooms is a great touch too!
