I have tried contacting this company for three months with no reply. Your customer service Sucks to the highest I’ve ever known. Why would it take this long for any company to respond. I am beyond discussed with the company. How do you continue to exists. My last attempt I will go to the better business bureau next

They are horrible at responding to emails. Bad decision to try to sell with them. Read the fine print - you have to pay to get your dress back.Would not recommend.

I originally had posted a negative review and was contacted by Maggie shortly after and she has been nothing but pleasant and extremely helpful with a hiccup with getting my dress try on to me and then it being delivered to the wrong address, she spent hours on the phone to get this issue resolved and I am extremely pleased with her professionalism and willingness to help.
