I’ve been coming to this store before I even started nail school. The owner has always been pleasant and honest. She has never been rude and does a great job in helping us nail techs to pick out products. Please don’t believe anything negative that someone says about her on here because it’s not true. She’s amazing!!

Went to school down the street and would come in to get supplies with my classmates. They were always nice, had good deals, and they were helpful. Plus, theyre a Black and woman owned business. Some of the negative reviews seen are not from personal experience, but from one popular person telling others to give them bad reviews which I think is unfair. 💛

I usually don’t leave reviews but I love this store so I had to... It’s conveniently located on the south side so I don’t have to travel all the way north or wait for online orders to get supplies. The girl who works there is always so helpful and patient. The prices are good also.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review about a place but I just have to for the nail store, she absolutely has the best personality and gave me a discount on my items since the first time I went the store was closed although online it stated it was open. I believe that she handled this inconvenience for me perfectly. Her selection of items is great also! Great for upcoming nail techs and this is now my only nail supply store I go to and support.

The owner is amazing. I love the selection and the fact that the owner is willing to order whatever it is you cant find. Every I stop by a 10 minute trip turns into a 45 minute trip because Im always running my mouth with the owner. Ive recommended this place to my coworkers.

Found this store on google and was more than excited to see that it was located near the south side. When I walked in, I was greeted with a huge smile and warm welcome. The young lady customer service was awesome, I have found my new store for supplies and will be returning.

I love this store. The owner is very personable. If you do not see what you want or need shes writing down to make sure she has it next time. The prices are decent. If you dont know what something is she can inform you about it.

The Nail Store is Heaven sent! No only is the location perfect because is on the southside of Chicago, but they are opened on Sundays. I dont have to travel to the Northside for supplies or wait for shipping, just grab and go. I purchased UV lamp that is so roomy in the inside that my clients dont bump their no chip polish before its cured. The nail dust collector works better than any others I have purchased in the past. Its light weight, the fan its louder than my clients conversation and its a comfortable arm rest. I am so pleased.

I went in for a toenail clipper and came out with other products like gloves, filers, an alcohol, polish for my daughter, the woman that works there was so nice I had spend more money, she was very patient with me, lol I would recommend it to anyone. Great Job Rachell
