Overall the store is very tight inside. they have a large variety hair,clothes, lashes,shoes and etc, But this location rarely have deals on hair. Not a very good variety of wigs would not shop here for wigs. their items are high priced. I go here for the basics.

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, THEY HAD ALMOST EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED. ENJOYED MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE THERE.

Have a lot of supplies, like clothes, bags, hair supplies, and more at your fingertips. Very narrow aisles to get to the product however.

Beautiful store

I went two days ago and I am excited to go back. The lady asked if we needed help as soon as we got there. She not only took me to the product I was looking for, but also showed me new products that i could use as well. I have never had such help from other places. And so far the hair that I purchased is of good quality, just wish I could remember the name of it. :)

NEVER GO HERE ! I went to get a pack of hair I picked out the hair I wanted and sat it on the counter & the Asian man at the register CHANGED THE PRICE & made it more expensive after a price was already on the pack . After I told him how wrong that was, but still said I wanted the hair he refused to sell to me, cursing and talking very disrespectful . Of course, Im expressing how mad I was while walking out, one of the workers which was an Black female came out talking really disrespectful, trying to fight. This is the most ignorant beauty supply Ive ever been to . It was a horrible & terrifying experience

If I could give this place lower than 1 star I would . I went into this beauty supply store today I walked past a girl on my way in the store . I was looking for a shampoo by the company Sunny Isle . All of a sudden I heard a voice behind me asking me if I needed help finding what I was looking for , it was the girl I had passed on my way in the store. As Im looking for the product she is steady asking me the same question over and over. I had already told her the name of the company - Sunny Isle a few times so by now I had looked at the small selection of natural hair shampoos that they did have and saw that they didnt have the product, the girl that works there I guess took offense to me just wanting to just look for the product myself, next thing I know she goes into the main isle and she said I hate these stupid a** people, b**** gone make me smack the f*** outta her there was another girl that worked there, plus Im assuming the manger or store owner behind the counter. They both stood there saying nothing. I then stepped into the aisle and asked was she talking to me ? She then approached me like she wanted to fight or something saying I could be talking to you I then asked dont you work here ??? she replied Yes and I said Wowwww so at this time I decided that I would never spend another PENNTIE at this beauty supply store I exited and called the police, they came and talked to her and gave her a warning about her behavior. My family and friends will never patronize this establishment again. Very poor, low quality, customer service and employees.

I go here for basics. The store is small and tight. The prices are high and they hardly ever have hair sales. Their hair selection is not very good. They dont have discounts for beauticians.

Will be returning and will be the place I go to from now on. Very helpful to me and my daughter.
