My car was leaking steering wheel fluid. Dropped it off Monday late afternoon, was told probably couldnt look at car until late Tuesday. I received a call Tuesday morning, was told what the problem was, waiting for part from dealer. Got the call Tuesday afternoon that the car was ready. Fast and great service. Very friendly, and polite! Very understanding! Well explained the problems, solutions, and repairs! The last shop I visited refused to repair my car. But the technician took the time to repair my car. I do not hear the loud vibrant sound. The car is driving smoothly!

Over heating issue thats what brought me to USA Automotive Services. Got my radiator and 2 hoses replaced and fan fixed for thousands plus on my Cad DTS 06. Ended up not being able to accelerate pass 30 mph. 30 mins after leaving the shop. I called the owner and was told I have wiring problems and that itll cost ninety plus and hour to fix. I went to get a second opinion and turns out my trans was filled 4 qts extra fluid. The torque converter is ruined and I have to get a new vehicle.Reply. Thanks for the details. My car was not going 30mph after i picked it up not before. You guys should have drove it more. I dont know what to tell you. Please to dont blame anyone else. Explain 4 extra qts in the trans. How did that get there. And do you change the thermostat when doing a radiator job? Because I had to do that myself after leaving you all.

I went to the shop unsure what to expect. I have had unsatisfactory experiences with mechanics looking to fix the problem as I see it instead of helping me to understand the underlining cause. Joe, explained the situation, but most of all he called me and walked me through all of my options. We made the decision together. I told him that my goal is to keep the car for four more years. He explained my options and how they would affect my plan. I have been twice for two separate repairs, and it has been some of the best money I could have spent on my car. Ive been doing business with Joe @ USA Muffler for over 15yrs. I trust him 200% with my car and any services I might need. He will always tell you, hey, you can drive it for about 5000 more miles but I wouldnt go pass that, but it will be ok up until that point. Or he will say, you need to fix that now, Im concerned about you driving it, I dont want you to drive the car until XXX is fixed. Hes always ready to help if you have an unexpected flat, etc. And, if you bring him some major work, he will ask you about your factory warranty on the car and he will tell you to go and get it fixed at the dealership, its under warranty. I dont want to take your money and its already covered. Who does that these days. 100% trustworthy and good group of mechanics. p.s. the coffee is great there, for a repair place, Im just saying.

Son had an issue with heat in the car and the car overheating. Joe took a look at it and called us with a detailed list of steps to take care of the problem. I mention this because if you dont follow the recommendations of the mechanic, you cant get mad at the results. Anyway, we took his advice and followed all suggestions and car has worked properly ever since. Joe is really nice too. Thanks guys.

They were supposed to fix my car where the engine light was on when I got it back it was still on I paid 900 and something dollars also another time they were supposed to fix my air conditioning but it went right back out in 2 days never again Im only speaking for myself people shouldnt treat other people like that.

I have had a odor in the cab of my Chevy Equinox for over a year. I had taken my car to three different mechanics and none of them could figure out where the smell was coming from. I saw that USA had excellent reviews online so I thought I would give them a try. I dropped my car off and within a couple of hours Joe called and told me he had found the problem. They repaired the car and solved the problem. In addition to my initial problem Joe also recommended other maintenance repairs which they took care of. Their customer service is beyond compare and I will definitely will be a returning customer.

The service was HORRIBLE! I had my Chevy Tahoe towed to this shop to get it serviced and soon as I drove it home the problem that I had it towed to the shop to get repair came back again. I will never come to this shop again! Nor will I recommend this shop.
