Ive been going to Joy Auto repair for almost 20 years now. Its the number one stop to go to when I need a tire fixed. The people there are fair polite and honest. Have absolutely nothing bad to say about them.

I first want to say great place if you have a flat very quick and reasonable price. The only reason i didnt give 1 star. The reason for the low rating is the guy lied to me about what it took to fix my car so he can charge more. Told me i had to take the axle off to change my alternator. The only reason i went to them is because of my work schedule and i didnt have time so when he said it i looked at him weird and declined and just fixed it myself when i got time. Cars working fine now. Its a pretty nice car so he probably looked at it and decided he was going to try and get more money after he saw it. So if you need your tire patch great place but be careful otherwise.

Horrible. This should not be a pick up spot for uhaul. They said no trucks were available and they had 2 trucks parked on the street, which they stated that someone broke into them and stole the Cadillac converter. I had reserved the truck. Uhaul did not try to rectify the issue.

I had a radiator replace. One mechanic said buy a used one while the other mechanic said buy a new one. It was one problem after another and still my vehicle is not fix. You pay for ever thing and you buy your own parts. Nothing was fix right and they say if you have any problems bring it back. What they dont tell you is their work is not underwarranty. Therefore, you keep coming back because the work was not done correctly just for them to get more money out of you. If you want your vehicle fix right and not be cheated out your money take it to Another mechanic shop please not Joy Auto.

They are ok I think their prices are a bit high, and their a bit slow but I’ve been to worse.

Busy but professional. I’ve been here on at least 5 or 6 different occasions. Yesterday, I realized every time I referred someone with tire issues I ALWAYS suggested Joy Automotive Repair. Don’t pass them up. They get the job done. 👍🧰⚙️

The service was horrible. They scratched my rim . I watch the gentlemen struggle with my tire. Instead of asking for help. He damage my rim. Then tried to play it off , until I said something. Then the owner gets upset . If you have untrained employees dont allow them to use the equipment. If you have rims dont go to them at all. I needed a tire just to make it to the shop ended up with more problems then when i started...

Awful service, they left bolts and finishing hardware off,then they said it was never there, you could see were it was!, nothing was done and they wanted to be paid!!?

First and last time going to this place, even though its a block away from my house.Went to this place to patch my tire. They charged $25, which it normally cost $10-15 at other places. So thats a bad experience first off. The guy servicing my tire is preparing to patch by buffering up instead the tire only to see that hes going far into the thread. Talked to the owner and he didnt know how to respond so he said just $20.Long story short, didnt have a good first experience. Probably wont be back any time soon.

Paid to get two tires repaired that had slow leaks and they began leaking again less than 10 days later. In all.fairness found out the valve stems leaked

Joy Auto is the worst repair shop I have ever encountered. When you ask them to fix one thing, they will brake another. they broke my window switcheswhen they have no business touching it. I told the owner and he agreed, if I get the part he would have the person who broke it install it at no cost. However, I got the part and took it to them to install and the owner wanted to charge me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They over charge, misquote charges, brake things on your car, then do not know how the repair it, liars, and very unprofessional. They are like back alley mechanics, no professional training, trial and error work.
