I went there to fix a flat tire and they took 4 hours to just put the spare tire because I want to buy a new one but they told me that they don’t have any tire for my vehicle.Also they told me that my vehicle needs new lug nuts which it’s understandable and I bought them but the worst it’s that I was waiting for the lug nuts almos 3 hours which it’s not good.I’ve been in different places which they only take not even 20 minutes to fix a tire and that’s why I’m giving them 3 stars rating.The guy in the front was respectful which it’s good.

I use Cassidy for snow tire storage and swapping. Ive been with them for maybe 4 years now? Theyre great. Theyve been very responsive on all levels, courteous, and remarkably self-aware (compared to other auto shops Ive dealt with). When I let them know Im going to wait for my car, they do their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend.

Very unpleasant experience...My old but overall, in a good condition Mercedes’ power steering system started acting up so, after researching internet for good reviews, I took my car to Cassidy Tire & Service on Diversey, Chicago.They found that it’s a pump that needed replacement. I agreed to repair, got an assurance that I have a warranty on this work and, after receiving the solicitation email asking for five-star review, I gave them five -star and happily went to my trip to MI.It was fine on my way there but on my way back to Chicago I started to hear “unhealthy” noises from my car and started to feel that my wheel isn’t as responsive. After a little while I couldn’t steer any directions other than straight forward and needless to say how scared I was as I was driving on a highway.After finally making it to Chicago I went back to Cassidy garage. I left my car and was assured that everything will be taken care off. Few days left – no call or anything- so I called and was told that they are diligently working on my car.After more than a week I got a call asking me to come over.I see my car – dirty and in the same condition as it was (almost impossible to drive) and I hear from the manager that my car need different repair and that the person that can do it isn’t available now. On my question - so what should I do and what he would recommend - I hear something undecipherable.I called Mercedes service, and thankfully they were able to accommodate me right the way without scheduled appointment. Below is their conclusion:“Vehicle has after market power steering pump installed and power steering line was not connected correctly and was rubbing against the AC compressor putting hole in the power steering hose…”Now I have couple questions for Cassidy Tire & Services:If they checked the car but haven’t recognized that they caused damage to my car and jeopardized my safity - how professional is this?Or, they checked my car, realized that it’s going to cost them additional money to fix it, so they just decided that it is okay to get rid of me. If that the case - how ethical is this?

My wife and I were traveling from out of town and stayed overnight in Chicago. We woke up next morning to find out our rear left tire had gone completely flat! We had another very long drive ahead of us and a flat tire was our worst nightmare! We went to Cassidy Tire and the employees there were very quick and helpful! We were expecting a bigger bill for the repair but pricing was very fair and proportional to the damage done (a nail caused a small hole in the tire). Overall fantastic service! If I lived in Chicago, I would definitely continue to go back to Cassidy Tire!

I genuinely cant make it clear enough how much better this place is than the other place I took my explorer to several times before considering Cassidy. The other place was the local Ford dealership which I presumed would be a decent deal....I was very wrong. The price difference was less than half and it was turned around in just a few hours from my first exploratory phone call. Other place wanted a fortune and were too busy to schedule in the work for at least three weeks and even then needed the car for at least one full day. I really mean it when I say the other shop are sharks but the team at Cassidy are truly helpful, professional and affordable....a rare thing nowadays. Thank you gentlemen, well be referring everyone to you for ever more!

Very helpful, had screw puncture tire, luckily it was shallow and didn’t need repair, they didn’t charge me since no repair. However they were willing to take a look, even when they were really busy. Great bunch of guys!

Very happy with my experience with Cassidy Tire! They were so kind and easy to work with from scheduling the appointment, explaining what needed attention, to picking it up. They also sent a great text link with a form and pictures outlining all their recommendations before calling with next steps. I loved my experience and will return!

Always open and ready for free tire pressure checks. I visit here regularly to get my tire pressure checked. Staff are always friendly.My only complaint is that there are so many cars parked in the driveway and one has to drive all the way around the block to enter the location through a back alley. It would be great if they provide the tire pressure checks through the front entry. But this is no deal breaker.

It was our first time getting the car checked after purchasing it used a few months back. Cassidy did a thorough inspection and did find a few things wrong. Sal was ever so patient as he explained and waited for our decision and on top of it, was quite generous with his offer and quote. While the findings were unexpected, we definitely feel safer driving the car now, with a better peace of mind. Cassidy definitely has my loyalty and Im happy we found a place in Chicago!

I got a large screw in my tire, on a brand new car of course. I used an AirMan compressor with sealant to inflate the tire and get me to this location. Im so glad my neighbor told me about Cassidy. They got me right in and cleaned out the sealant (not everyone will do this) and quickly and expertly patched the tire. I extremely highly recommend this place, theyll treat you fairly! This place is excellent. Made an appointment on Monday for Wednesday. I arrived at 9 and was out the door at 9:20. The place was clean, and I felt safe there mid this pandemic. Most importantly, Sal was just a super nice guy to work with! Customer service is very important to me, and I applaud their amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend.

Came in last minute with a flat tire that was hanging off the rim.. They went above and beyond filling up and fixing the tire and only in 15 min or so everything was good to go.. Great place and wonderful service!

I had a flat tire and decided to try Cassity Tire and Service based upon the stellar reviews that I saw online. I was not disappointed at all. Everybody there was extremely courteous and professional. In less than one hour they had diagnosed the problem, repaired the tire, and checked all of the other tires for leaks. They fixed the underlying problem of corrosion around the wheel for all of the tires. I was stunned at the end to find that my bill was zero. That’s right, there was no charge at all. Let me tell you this is a very different experience than I have had in the past when I have taken my car to the dealership. I can’t say enough about Sal and the others at this family owned business. Dependable, trustworthy, and efficient!

These guys are great!!! They go above and beyond. Definitely more than just a tire shop!I brought my car in for new tires, during inspection they noticed that my two front axels were blown out. They quickly notified me and gave me a new quote including the additional repair if I’d so choose to also have that work done there. During the call I could tell that these guys were full on knowledgeable professional and legit mechanics. Normally for any work that needs to be done on my cars big or small, I bring them to one of my best friends that’s a great mechanic! But after talking on the phone, I felt 100% confident and had no doubt that they could handle such an important job that I wouldn’t let just anyone do. My car was ready the next day. They’re all great guys that obviously work really well together and make an awesome team that speaks for itself in the work they do. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anybody that’s looking for a mechanic that they can trust.And hey, they also sell tires👍👍

The customer service is great here, but the mark up is pretty high. I brought my car in for a flat tire. After it was fixed the TPMS still showed low tire pressure. I was told that it would reset automatically on its own after 30-40 miles. I drove it around for a week and it still showed low tire pressure. I had another mechanic take a look and he showed me that it doesn’t reset automatically and how to calibrate it. I also noticed that my car needs an oil change. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere in their diagnostic report. This leads me to question their competence.

Great experience. The team was very polite and helpful. I had a flat tire and they quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. When they handed me my invoice it was for $0. They didn’t try to charge me for unnecessary things and didn’t try to make me buy new tires etc.Overall great experience and I’ll definitely bring my car to them when I need help again.

Told them I didn’t want synthetic oil and they gave me synthetic and charged me $50 for an oil change, stay away. They just want your money

I have never been to a repair shop so friendly in my life. The people here are amazing and always try to go above and beyond to help you out. There was a gentleman named Sal who was just terrific !!!!!!

Had to edit my review.. they ordered the wrong tires and I waited over 2 hours the day I came back before they even realized it. Then they said they would be there next day. I waited an extra day and called to be sure I showed up early morning and after much back and forth they said the tires would be there at 11. Hoping this gets resolved today.Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. After calling a number of other places (closer to me) Sal went above and beyond to get me in the door, offering to get me in and out quickly since we both knew we needed to order specialty tires and I would have to come back, which he did.

I highly recommend Cassidy Tires. I have used them over the years and have always had a great experience. They provide great service in a very timely manner for a very fair price. This time I used thier Diversey Pkwy location and the service I received was great. As soon as I walked in for my appointment I was greeted by the gentlemen at the counter and within 5 minutes my vehicle was in the shop being worked on. Within an hour I was back on the road with four new tires. I highly recommend Cassidy Tire and Service.

My husband had tire service here and said that they were exceptional. Although he normally deals with the Canal Street store, they were able to shoehorn him into their busy schedule for an emergency tire swap. The turn-a-round time and service made him feel like he was one of their loyal customer. I guess it runs in the family.

Great service, super friendly staff, and I felt totally safe (socially distanced, sanitary) while waiting for my repairs in the lobby. 10/10 would recommend!

Courteous staff performed a front end alignment on my newly purchased used Honda, which was experiencing a shimmy in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Sal was able to get me in for alignment service and they also checked the balance of the tires and checked the brakes, front and rear. They didnt try to upsell me on anything. The service was supposed to take 1.5 hours but ended up taking 2.5 hours as I brought it in at a busier time. Sal was apologetic for the delay, which I appreciated. I would have liked some earlier communication on the estimated time of completion, and there were a few instances where the staff pulled their facemasks down. Not cool during the Covid-19 pandemic, hence the -1 star. Overall, I would come back for tire related service again.

They up charge and when they didn’t fix what was wrong with my car instead of finding out what they missed told me that they didn’t have a diagnostics person to fix it. When they have multiple locations!

I had a screw in my tire. It was in the outer most tread on the tire. The manager told me it could not be repaired. He recommended I replace the tire for $200. However, it was in the tread and not anywhere near the side wall. I asked that he put on the spare and was charged $20. I took the tire to All-Day Tire Shop at 1900 W Division and they patched the tire for $20.

I needed a tire replaced, so I price shopped with 3 different tire shops in close proximity of each other (Cassidy’s, Tuffy, & Costco). Cassidy’s was the lowest. Excellent experience at Cassidy Tire. Tire Rack delivered my choice of tires to Cassidy Tire on Diversey in Chicago. Installation and balancing were completed within an hour and half of my arrival. Will definitely go back for future service at Cassidy.

Ramon was fantastic. He was able to get me a new rim ordered, delivered, and installed along with two new tires and an alignment in less than 4 hours. On top of that, he topped off my oil and gave me some helpful tips. Excellent customer service, friendly and professional. Briant was excellent, he helped me find a good set of tires that I needed for a cross country trip. I needed something for the mountains and my vehicle is a Nissan Rogue (not 4 wheel drive). I priced tires at other shops but Cassidy Tire had the best deal, great place.
