Really good communication throughout the process. Chris and Mike were really nice and easy to work with. They really look at your car under a huge microscope and see little details I didn’t even see. Hopefully nothing happens to my car again but if it did I’ll def bring it back to them.

B & L has been a great neighborhood business that just added another enormous building specifically for Engine Repairs across the street from its already large facility. Weve planned a 3000 mile trip, I brought my SUV in for a overhaul. Good thing I did! Jimmy found that the front end suspension control arms needs replacing. The paint job was good. I wasn’t told that the front grill had not been replaced because they received the wrong part from the dealer until I went to pick the car up. They told me the part would arrive in a week and that I’d have to bring the car back.

I was referred to B&L last year and have come back many times for all my repairs. I especially appreciate how they come up with a plan with respect to my individual needs and budget! Like I was mostly concerned with safety and couldnt really afford style at the time, but they came up with a win-win solution so I could have both. Sometimes it took awhile but totally worth it because they take the time to find quality parts with respect to your budget. The girls in the office are wonderful, too!

Amazing customer service, highly transparent and honest. Went in to get my steering wheel system checked out as it was occasionally getting really stiff. Jim kept me up to date on what they were planning on doing and always asked if they should proceed before doing anything so that you don’t get surprised with a being charged for a bunch of random things. Those at the front were also very friendly and welcoming(thanks Diamond!). Would recommend them in a blink of an eye.

After dealing with a fender bender on my way to work, I was overwhelmed with the process of finding a place to repair the damage done to my Subaru. Car was there for about 40 days. Had to go back numerous times for body work not done right. First they lost my front plate. Then upon pickup my bumper and fender liner werent bolted on. The second time the chrome molding on the door wasnt attached. The third time the caulking on the inside of the fender wasnt redone so there was openings in the metal. They offered to detail my car and whoever they have polishing cars should not be near a polisher. My car looks like a hologram from all the swirl they left behind. You can also see a lump on the door where the body filler begins. Overall I regret taking my car there and nothing done was the gold standard they claim.

Fred was awesome and kept me informed the whole time. 2021 parts are not easy to come by so it took a but longer to get my car back after an accident...but he made sure to keep me updated through the process. My car looked just as it did before the accident! When I got there to pick it up, all of the front desk staff were friendly and so was fred.This business is so efficient! I used them as a referral fro. My boyfriend who also had body work done and also had a great experience.

I enjoyed possibly the most positive experience imaginable post fender-bender from my first phone call to driving away in my car that looked new again! I suffered some body damage upon my beloved MKZ and even worse, it was MY fault. I would be paying the entirety out of pocket myself. Not only was the necessary work done UNDER my meager budget but rather than quote one price to do everything above and beyond as an only choice, I was given options allowing me to save considerable money. Not that I would go driving into trees on purpose just to enjoy stellar customer service like this again but.... I STRONGLY recommend B&L if youre shopping body repair. Unfortunately, this is the third time I’ve had to take an automobile to B and L. Fortunately, every single time has been a near perfect experience with them. I’m happy to give them my business because they do very good quality work, they are timely and communicative, and leave the guesswork out of it. Roddis helped me tremendously this time. The place wanted to charge me $1,100 to put an AC compressor on a GMC Envoy 5.3 V8. They wanted to charge me almost 400 for the compressor when the average price is around 250. They wanted to charge me over 4 hours of labor would it only takes about two and a half. They use 4 different programs to get estimates and they give you the highest estimate. I offered to supply the freon they didnt want to do that they wanted to use theirs for they can charge more. Stay away from this place. Get estimates. They beg people for good reviews on Google thats why they have so many. When you call them for an estimate. They say theyll call you back hours later. Dont waste your time. I went there in person and still they said there was no one for me to talk to you about the car. They said theyll call me back when I physically in their building. Crazy

Fair, honest estimates. Its clear that this business cares about the satisfaction of every customer. My bumper and fenders were replaced in 3 days with non-manufacturer parts at the best estimate I got from anyone. The work was perfect. It will be a no-brainer for me to return to B&L next time I need a body shop.

Everyone at B&L was professional. Chris explained what would be required for my repair and told me it would take a couple weeks. 8 days later I was picking up my car. They also have a relationship with local car rental companies, which made it easy to drop my rental at B&L, take my car, and just leave! It was so easy, and the repair work was flawless. They even washed my car inside and out before I arrived. I hope I don’t need car repairs again, but if I do, I will absolutely use B&L again.

We’ve been using B & L since 2015 when we were referred to them by our insurance company after my car was involved in an accident. Since then, we go to them for all of our car repair and maintenance needs. We trust them completely. The entire staff is incredible. They do honest, very high quality work. Since we began bringing our cars here, we’ve never been anywhere else. I can’t recommend them enough!

The repairs do not get done unless you push for management to oversee it, Had to take in my car multiple times for a job that is should be done only once. The company is more concerned with problems that they created when you take it in, then fixing the original purpose you are there for. I took in my truck for an accident to repair the door, and received the car back with a flat tire and what has now grown into an electric issue. They were quick to admit to the flat and repair it but it seems that too was done poorly since the repair only lasted 24 hours . Now I am stuck with a car that won’t start and whose passenger window won’t work from the driver side. Their front desk receptionist are mainly rude and excuse themselves by stating how “busy” they are. Management is the only staff who are willing to do anything. If it’s not going to be done by management don’t bother.

I went in for some paintless dent removal work on my Mini Countryman this week and enjoyed my experience here. Friendly staff, nice shop, very professional through and through from the estimate process through to the completion of the work. I spoke with both Diamond and Stephanie to coordinate to work schedule as well as discuss the estimate. They were both very thorough and explained to me exactly what the PDR tech (Tommy) was going to do and the timetable for the work which specifically included the repair of about 10 dents ranging in size from a dime to a tennis ball on various parts of the car (hood, roof rail, roof).I also had the opportunity to speak with Tommy directly before he did the work to discuss what he would do. He was very honest with me and mentioned that he might not be able to completely repair a specific dent, but he provided me with a good reason as to why (proximity to the sunroof would make it extremely difficult to access from anywhere but the exterior of the car). The shop did promise to have him take a pass at that dent for no additional cost, and I am very pleased at how it turned out.I brought the car in at 10am and picked it up at 5:45pm the same day so the service was convenient and fast. A definite plus that I didn’t need to leave my car overnight.The work itself came out to about the same price as buying a new hood myself and getting it painted to match the factory paint. If I went that route I would still have to install it myself or pay for installation of the hood and I’d still have dents on the roof and roof rail, so the cost of the job itself was definitely reasonable.Highly recommended.

I recently noticed that my brakes were weak in my 2008 Mercedes which activated the brake light on the dashboard. I took the car to the dealership which gave me a ridiculously high estimate to repair the car and recommended that I simply buy a new car instead - for my birthday. I then took the car to B&L which made all of the repairs in a few days for a fraction of the Mercedes dealership estimate! They also washed the car for no cost. The right rear brakes were making loud noises. Before giving me an estimate for the work, he inspected the inside of the right rear wheel and determined that the noise could be easily stopped by removing a part that was stuck inside the wheel. Very, very professional from the damage appraiser to the people in the office. The appraiser explained in detail all work that was to be done on My car and heard all my concerns. He also kept me posted during the job. My rental car was ready right away because the people in the office called for it. My whole experience with them was (TRIPLE A PLUS ).

Chris G. was our recent estimator for our 2008 Infiniti G35x and he was nothing short of stellar. There were a few issues with parts supply and they did everything they could to make it right. Had my rear end repaired at B&L. From the very beginning, everybody that I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and nice! The estimator , Chris, was the same gentleman that was in charge of fixing my car too! He explained from the start what work he thought needed to be done and wrote it all up for the estimate.The shop also made it super easy to get my rental car, enterprise dropped it off at the shop less than 30 minutes after I arrived to drop my car and let me leave my rental once I picked my car up. All while the car was being fixed, Chris phoned and gave me updates on the car.Overall I was thrilled with the work theyve done and would return and recommend this shop to everyone!

Quick easy and wonderful service! Since my car needed a quick 1-2hr fix, I brought homework to wait. They even brought a small table for me to use while I waited. If I decide I want more cody work done, Ill definitely consider B&L!

The employees were polite, helpful, and very professional. The repair of my car was satisfactory. It was completed on time as initially estimated. My car was clean outside and inside and things inside were neatly organized. The office was clean and comfortable, the facility seemed organized and easy to access and get out of.
